As an older person using a cane and traveling alone, this has been an easy and pleasant experience in every way. In two of these trips, I have extended my stay and certainly would return on my next trip through KL.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025What I liked about this hotel was, first of all, the location. It was very convenient and close to public transportation, which made it easy to move around. I also appreciated the housekeeping staff, who were kind and polite. Their attitude added a positive touch to my stay.
What I didn’t like about the hotel was the check-in procedure. The lady who received me couldn’t find my name at first, even though it was clearly mentioned in my reservation letter. She finally accepted my booking, but only after some difficulty. Moreover, she asked me to pay for the entire stay upfront, without even allowing me to see the room. Normally, she could have requested payment for just one or two nights first. I even asked to pay for one or two nights, but she refused. She didn’t let me see the room before paying, which I found very unreasonable. Imagine if the room had turned out to be terrible—I would have already paid for the whole stay and couldn’t change hotels. That’s what I really didn’t like. In addition, I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It was catastrophic, very monotonous, and not a buffet. The portions were extremely insufficient for a proper breakfast, and it was not rich at all. There were no drinks (no juice, no water), no fruits, and really nothing worth mentioning.

1. Air-conditioning in my room wasn't functioning well & less cooling (needs maintenance & servicing) 2. Limited TV channels (6 channels).The tv was blurred & a little hazy. 3.The auto on & off insert card slot wasn't functioning. We have to switched off all lightings, air-condition & water heater manually before leaving the room.

Смотря фотографии на букинге , сложилось впечатление что номер не плохой. Но заселившись были крайне разочарованы. Номер честно сказать вызвал ужас , запах какой-то стоял невыводимый, окна с прокладками из бумаги , двери в номере с щелями более чем палец. Ваучеры дали на завтрак так вообще непонятно где и какой то бистро индийское что ли , но нам оно вовсе не зашло. Телевизор не работал

Our Stay was comfortable. 50 meters away from KL Sentral Metro LRT/MRT/Bus Station, Adjacent to KL mono rail & NU sentral mall.Lot of good quality restaurants are around. Sugu & shuadah- not sure if the name correct is friendly

Reviewed May 15, 2025Great location close to KL Sentral (train, metro) and Nu Sentral (shopping mall). Train from airport direct to KL Sentral. Walk 5-10 minutes to hotel. Lots of places to eat. Laundrymat. We booked the bigger room with windows. Low noise level from street below. No mini fridge. Tea/coffee and electric jug. Breakfast voucher for ABC cafe which allows you several choices. The towel had a hole and grey color. The sheets were also grey. But clean. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick. Lift to rooms. We have stayed many times when in KL.
Better if it had a mini bar fridge.
