駅から近かったので移動が楽でした😊 スタッフさんもていねいな対応をしていただきました。

全体的にコンパクトな造りでした。もう少しゆとりがあるととても良かったと思います。

Price, staff, and location to train station

It was attached to a Lawson, so easy to grab early breakfast or late supper. The location is extremely easy to go to the airport, just 6 mins walk to the train station and take the train that goes directly to the airport which costs less than 2000 yen

The hotel is old, the bar fridge outer wooden door handle was broken. The carpets have a smelly feet odour. I would suggest for the hotel to at least steam clean their carpets to get rid of the smell

The staff was very nice and helpful

Room was perfect for me as I was travelling solo.

O hotel é excelente, bem localizado muito próximo da estação de trem e com vários lugares de comidas bem próximos. O quarto é nos padrões de Tokyo, mas bem organizado. O staff foi super educado também em todos os momentos. Recomendo

飯店略老舊所以進去略略有一點霉味但冷氣開下去有好一點

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la estación de tren y del metro. El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento.

El baño tenía un olor muy fuerte a viejo y apenas entrabas a la habitación se sentía mucho.

Adorei a localização, muito prática. O hotel conta com lavanderia o que é bem cômodo para as viagens. a recepçao foi muito calorosa. As recepcionistas foram muito solicitas e gentis.

料金が安く助かりました（笑） ミユキファクトリーに用事があったので、目の前で 感激しました。

外面灯光感觉会有点透窗帘，除此之外没什么问题了

部屋は快適で、スカイツリーも見えてゆっくり休むことができました。フロントの方も親切で大変良かったです。

部屋の鏡につけまつげがついていたり、トイレの裏は埃が溜まっていたりと、清掃がイマイチでした

駅からも近くコンビニが併設しているので、利便性がとても良かったと思います。また、連泊したのでコインランドリーが無料で使えたのも有難かったです。

コインランドリーは良かったのですが、乾燥機を利用する方が乾いていてもなかなか洗濯物を取りに来られないので、外出時間が迫っても乾燥機が使えず1時間待ちました。スタッフさんに困っている事はお伝えしたのですが、最初の方には上手く理解してもらえず、2人目のスタッフさんにやっと対処していただくことが出来ました。結局洗濯物は時間が足りず…生乾きのまま部屋でハンガーを使って干しましたが、下着等はお掃除のスタッフさんも入られる事を考えると干す気持ちになれず1度しまって後に出た洗濯物と一緒に洗い直しました。 出来ればスタッフ間での対応が共有出来ていたら良かった…とは思いました。

Location is in a quieter residential area but close to many restaurants and combinis. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Conveniently located next to a Lawson’s so we were able to grab snacks before heading out for early sightseeing. Many extra amenities were provided in the lobby such as face cream or other toiletries. Daily housekeeping kept our room and bathroom sparkling clean.

No A/C in lobby and elevator but we also experienced this in another hotel. The walls in the hotel room where my kids stayed were scuffed and needed cleaning.

First of all, the hotel is a short block away from the station, and is surrounded by great little restaurants and there is even a door in the lobby to the conbini on the other side of the ground floor (a room key is needed to enter the lobby from the conbini, otherwise you'll have to walk around the outside of the building). The station itself is well situated, giving direct access to either Narita or Haneda airport, which is huge. I think we sprung for the modern Japanese room, which was a very nice space and I enjoyed the kiriko details and bed light, and the shoji-style blackout curtain.

If I had to nitpick, the mattress was a bit stiff, but the pillow was excellent and I still had one of the best sleeps of my trip thus far.

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy amable y atento. La lavadora y secadora no tienen costo. Encontramos una tarifa muy económica y todo superó nuestras expectativas. Fuimos en familia, estuvimos dos adultos por habitación en la cual había una banda grande. Paseamos mucho y solo llegábamos después de la cena a descansar lo cual fue posible porque las camas estaban muy cómodas.

No pudimos encontrar la misma tarifa para otra visita, considero que aprovechamos la oportunidad.

La zona, la limpieza y la atención del personal, que fueron excelentes.

El tamaño reducido de la habitación, que no se pudiera abrir la ventana y la puerta del armario de la nevera (no cerraba bien), falta de algún utensilio de cocina (palillos, cucharas para el té o café, por ejemplo).

Ubicación excelente muy cerca de la estación, cuenta con un kombini en la planta baja y con acceso directo al hotel, también cuenta con lavandería gratis solo pagas por el detergente 100¥ en la recepción, alrededor muchos bares y sitios para comer. El personal amable, te guardan el equipaje después del check out gratuitamente, limpieza de la habitación y cambio de toallas diario, tiene una pequeña neverita dentro de la habitación, amenidades gratuitas en la entrada. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

Las instalaciones están un poco antiguas y el cuarto de baño la verdad es bastante pequeño.

Easy check-in, just sign a form and the staff give you the keys! No need to fill out a load of info. Loads of good cheap places to eat in the area. There’s a conbini on the ground floor.

The room reminded me of an old-style Japanese business hotel, clean but a bit austere.

仕事場に程良い距離で、駅チカのため周辺には飲食店も多いのですが、電車の音も、ホテル周辺の喧騒も聞こえなくて良かったです。

非常階段と客室廊下が仕切られていなかったのか、廊下が結構暑かった。

Habitación cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Buenas vistas de la ciudad. Me gustó que pongan dos tipos de almohada por persona. Nuestra habitación tenía un escritorio amplio y sillón con reposapiés. La zona está muy bien. Cerca del hotel está la estación, supermercado, restaurantes, tiendas…

Es un poco antiguo, sobre todo lo notamos en el cuarto de baño. De todas formas todo funcionaba correctamente.

The Staff were helpful. It was near a lot of good restaurants. The convenience store being attached to the store was indeed very convenient.

The room had a smell. The refrigerator didn't work. It was easy to get to the Tokyo Dome and Korakuen Hall, but many other places seemed to take a little extra time to get to.

I like the location

I didn't like because there were flies inside flying though we never opened the window. There was no free bottled water included. The beddings were dirty..there were stain on it...I could see it clearly.

La chambre est très confortable et offre largement assez d’espace pour déposer une ou deux valises au sol. La vue était agréable et dégagée, avec très peu de vis-à-vis. Les machines à laver sont également très pratiques et faciles à utiliser. Le quartier est très agréable pour des balades nocturnes !

Malheureusement, la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas, ce qui ne permet pas d’aérer naturellement la chambre. Heureusement, la climatisation est performante. Il est également dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de fontaine à eau.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was welcoming. It's close to the train, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.

Housekeeping is included daily, unlike othet sister properties charge an additional fee for this service. Near the JR and Subway Stations.

It' s a bit far from major attractions which mean will take a bit longer getting there.

I like the interior design feels very Japanese style. The view of Tokyo sky tree.

The room where we stayed in 1403 needs a little updating. Marks and stains on the walls and the kettle area.

Todo!! Las habitaciones eran pequeñas (como todas en Tokio), pero super bien montadas. La bañera con buena presión, la cama cómoda y con todo el equipo necesario para pasar una muy buena estancia. Además, tiene acceso directo a Lawson desde la recepción del hotel. Ideal!!

The staff was nice, the neighborhood as well and close to both Akihabara and Asakusa, plus nice beads and craft shops around. Calm in the evening. Very good for the price.

Even if surface cleaning was everyday, and was done right, it felt in need of a deeper clean for the ceilings, textiles...

Ochotný a milý personál nám ihned se vším pomohl a poradil.

V tomto hotelu jsme se ubytovali dvakrát (na dva dny jsme vyjeli z Tokia a hodilo se nám nemuset se stěhovat a tahat s sebou kufry), a pokaždé jsme obdrželi plesnivý pokoj. Jakmile jsme do něj vešli, intenzivně jsme cítili vlhkost a stěny byly podivně zbarvené a tapety zvlněné. Pokoje nám vždy bez problémů vyměnili, ale je to nejspíš obecný problém této budovy.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and found it to be a thoroughly comfortable base for exploring the city. We travelled as a group of 5, and we booked 3 rooms at this hotel. The rooms themselves are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering plenty of storage space for luggage and belongings, plus a fridge that comes in handy for keeping drinks or snacks chilled. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Down in the lobby, close to the front desk, there are thoughtful mini toiletries and freebies available, and the staff will even store your bags after checkout (as long as you return for them later the same day). Location-wise, the hotel is excellent. It is located very close to Asakusabashi Station. On the ground floor there’s a Lawson convenience store that you can access directly from inside the hotel (without having to step outside the hotel), which is incredibly convenient. The surrounding area also has no shortage of restaurants, so finding a good meal is never a problem.

The only real drawback is the laundry setup. The washing machines clean clothes effectively, but the drying facilities rely mainly on air-drying and often leave items still damp at the end of the cycle. Fortunately there are laundromats within walking distance. One other minor note is that the windows cannot be opened (I guess - for safety), so you can’t air out the room naturally, though it's not a big deal.

総武線浅草橋駅西口から徒歩2分ほどで駅近で便利、コンビニが併設されてるのも良い

建物が古いからか壁紙が破けていたり、飾られてる額の一部が剥がれていたり、水回りがあまり綺麗でなかったりした。 エアコンの風がベットを直撃していて、辛かった。

O hotel é bem localizado, limpo e a equipe foi atenciosa. No entanto, fiquei decepcionada com a configuração dos quartos. Reservei dois quartos: um de casal e um solteiro. Minha expectativa, com base nas informações do site, era que o quarto de casal tivesse uma cama maior. Porém, as camas dos dois quartos eram praticamente do mesmo tamanho, o que tornou a acomodação do quarto de casal bastante desconfortável. Escolhi reservar apenas um quarto de casal, e não três quartos com camas de solteiro, justamente porque acreditava que a cama seria maior, conforme indicado na descrição. Sugiro que essa informação seja apresentada de forma mais clara para evitar que outros hóspedes tenham a mesma expectativa.

Location is great, very near the train line. Staff were great, convenience store right below it. Quiet and everything we need were met. Lots of food places around it as well.

For me it was perfect. Was too busy, good choices of food in walking distance (5-15min walks) for good food.

The bathtubs feel like huge buckets lol funny snug.
