The location is perfect. The staff is amazing, from the reception, also the guys from the breakfast that made a delicious omelet, and was very kind to buy papaias for me. Great information about the best places to visit, avoid tourists and see the real Vietnam. Also to wash our clothes after so many sweaty days.

The hotness at the corridor, because they don't have ventilation looks like one oven, maybe some ventilation helps against this suffocated sensation.

The staff very kind, I check in at night time without any problem, the room was ok and toilette new and clean. The breakfast is ok with some fuits jam and coffe and tea, you can ask for the eggs or and the will made very fast, I ask for omelette and it was delicious. There is the elevator and you can leave your baggage.

If you’re travelling to Hanoi and wish to experience Vietnam this hotel is great value with exceptionally friendly and genuine staff. Diep at front office was always smiling polite and professional to assist me with any help I needed and we enjoyed nice chat together. Niam was also extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. I would recommend this for easy location- Clean and styled room and privacy away from to much busy party crowd. It is also very close to bail salon and amazing banmi shop.

Die Lage war spitze, es war extrem zentral. Das Personal war sehr liebevoll und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und neue Handtücher gebracht. Das Zimmer ist außergewöhnlich groß und das Bett war bequem. Alles in allem hatte ich einen top Aufenthalt für einen fairen Preis!

Das Hotel ist zentral und wir konnten uns überall im Zentrum zu Fuß bewegen. Das war für uns perfekt.!

On a bénéficié d’une très grande chambre nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Nous connaissions ce vieux quartier d’Hanoi et très bien situé.

Nous n’avons pas trop apprécié le petit déjeuner mais il y a toujours possibilité de le prendre à l’extérieur

The location is fine as in the Old Quarter of Hà Nội. Staff was nice too.

Room was dirty with ants found inside. The bathroom is a wet room with an open shower that makes a mess everytime you shower and mould was in every corner. Breakfast is very poor too.

Absolut empfehlenswert, Lage ideal in der Altstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig, sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , gegenüber ein super Restaurant. Immer gerne wieder 😊

They have us a room with everything malfunctioning. Bathroom shower didn’t work. Room didn’t match with booking. However lately they agreed to change room. The receptionist was too harsh when ai asked for a clarification she answered rudely.

For a small hotel amongst hundreds of others, this one stood out because of the staff. We booked three rooms and were upgraded to slightly better ones. So how was the staff good? One of the rooms had a bad Air conditioning unit. We complained and were switched to a better room. One room did not have a fridge. One was brought in almost immediately and one room was missing the tv remote...5 minutes and a service person brought one. Breakfast was very tasty and there was enough choice for everyone. We took a tour through the hotel to Halong Bay at an exceptional price and the boat was real nice. On our last night we informed the front desk that we will be departing early and without hesitation the person at reception offered breakfast boxes to take with us early in the morning. One word of advice, if you book a shuttle bus or trip make sure you confirm the hotel address because there is more than one Starlight Hotel. Five stars for this place....

The staff was nice

It is in need of serious maintenance and upkeep. No soap dish in shower, toilet clogged upon arrival, no refrigerator or safe. It was in rough shape. Only nice area was the lobby and even that had no aircon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They looked after our luggage for a day and laundry reasonable.

Room dark and small. Bathroom tiny, sink leaked, no shower screen so water went everywhere. Little to no hot water. A/C could not be adjusted and blew very cold air. A fan would help. Bed was small and pillow rock hard. There was a dental pick on the floor and surfaces grimy. Breakfast was meagre- not replenished, no juice, tea .

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage im Old Quarter von Hanoi - Massagen, gute Restaurants & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar vor Ort. Auch zur Train Street ist es nicht weit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, vorallem Minh an der Rezeption. Wir haben über sie spontan mehrere Touren gebucht (die super Organisiert waren, man brauchte sich um nichts kümmern!), konnten unsere Rucksäcke für eine mehrtägige Trekking Tour im Hotel lassen & spontan zwei Nächte mehr in dem Hotel buchen. Sie hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen & hat uns wirklich gut beraten! Aber auch das weitere Personal war stets sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.

The staff was pleasant and willing to help with any questions, the breakfast was okay, the location was a little far in my opinion from the bustling area of ​​the old city but not too far (10 minute walk)

The shower was very small and cramped and with a lot of mold on the floor and walls between the tiles.

Location was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Room decor needs some attention and towels have seen better days. Breakfast was not great but not bad either.

There's not much space for the luggage

We compared many hotels and finally chose Starlight Hotel. The location is excellent—super convenient to go anywhere, and there are delicious pho restaurants nearby. The room is clean and tidy. What surprised me most was that every staff member was so friendly and kind. I had a really wonderful 4 days and 3 nights here. This hotel is really great, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Hanoi!

卫生环境很一般，没有窗房间里潮湿不通气。

Very kind staff, room was adequately private

Great location, very central and only a few minutes walk from everything.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal auch echt total freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlage war direkt aufs Bett ausgerichtet und das hat nachts beim Schlafen gestört, aber ohne ging es auch nicht. (hatten kein Außenfenster)
