Это супер место для релакса, есть частный Онсен, утром вкусные завтраки в японском стиле. Очень аутентично и красиво. Номер после Токио ощущается громадным

До ближайшего маркета минут 8 пешком, что в общем не проблема. До жд-станции мин 15, но это типично для этих локаций.

Hotel is convenient for visiting Hakone area. Has plenty of free parking, and is about 20mins walk (fairly pleasant) from station. Rooms are very large. Room has windows you can open!

Although Hotel on the side of river, and most rooms face the river, there are some rooms that face the other side. I was expecting a room that i could hear the river running by as I slept; but actually got one facing a car park. When I booked I had impression I would get river side room.

El hotel requiere mantenimiento ya que muchas zonas estan a mal traer y skn muy antiguas.

Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. Комната очень просторная. Особенно хочется отметить чистоту Постели были белоснежные и очень удобные.

Das Zimmer war ganz toll. Das Frühstück ebenso, auch wenn wir nicht alles essen konnten.

The bed was large and comfortable.

Cleaning in the toilet was poor. The room was shabby, was scuffed and in need of painting.

Not in a great location - further away from train station than expected and up a hill. Staff were not particularly helpful - even though room was ready would not let us in to the room a minute before check in time. Would not let us leave luggage the day of check out. Offered us a service to have luggage taken and kept at train station - was extremely overpriced. Felt like every question we asked, the answer was no. The accommodation was very dated and not good value for the price.

Wonderful experience. Staff so friendly, check in easy, set meal superb, waitress couldn't have been more helpful. Futon provided the first full night's sleep in ages. We hired one of the three pools for an hour. Again, couldn't have enjoyed it more. Free tea, coffee, doughnuts when we arrived, and free tea and coffee up to 11.30pm. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated, but the staff and what they do with the hotel means that it's the last thing to notice and doesn't detract from the experience.

It was very spacious and clean. It had everything that we would need, the Onsen was great, too. A perfect place for relaxation.

I was on my own and only there 24 hours. Staff didn’t let me check in earlier even though I just wanted to leave my bags in the room and go to the bathroom before Hakone loop. They were not full they could’ve let me but instead made me leave my bags in lobby which was ok but as a solo person I really didn’t like leaving my laptop in a lobby not in a locked room. The bathroom wasn’t very nice specifically the wooden bathtub. I preferred onsen. It’s a walk uphill from the train station approx 8-10 mins

Es gibt Zimmer im westlichen sowie fernöstlichen Stil (East und West Wing). Zimmer sehr geräumig, Handtücher und Yukata wurden täglich gewechselt. Der Onsen ist Entspannung pur. Zentrum Hakone ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß

Bathtub shows signs of early mold, due to wood. Rooms could be decorated more warmer, feel empty.

Nice, but at $500+ /night it was somewhat disappointing. We spent 3 weeks in Japan and this was the most expensive hotel by a considerable margin, though certainly not the best or 2nd best either, maybe 5th or 6th all things considered.. But it's a very nice hotel just the same, just a bit disappointed . Big room but sparsely furnished with a small coffee table and two single chairs, no sofa etc leaving ample room I guess to spread extra Futons for larger groups. Traditional quality Japanese clothing provided was great fun and enabled fab picture taking opportunities. Convenient location to walk down into town though if you have heavy baggage take a taxi which only cost Y1,200.

Our private spa was no bigger than a small bath tub. We experienced bigger tubs in other stays. Also the spring water was indistinguishable from regular tap water. The in room TV was full of Japanese tv channels, not even one western station or you tube, Netflix etc. Despite having a balcony overlooking the small river, you could not see the water unless you stood at the balcony railing as the railing is not see through. Far too cold in mid March to leave the doors open to even hear the sounds of water flowing over the rocks.

The peaceful ambiance of the property. It was very relaxing and had a really nice energy to the hotel. It was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The only redeeming quality of this property was its proximity to the lake. The location is decent, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my experience.

The staff was extremely unhelpful and I felt completely unsupported. When I arrived in a nearby town and couldn't find transport, I called for assistance, but they essentially told me to figure it out on my own. The room condition was also unacceptable: the bathroom was tiny and had visible mold in several places, which is a serious hygiene issue. Additionally, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and fluctuated constantly, making it hard to relax.

La stanza era molto grande e spaziosa, oserei dire enorme per gli standard giapponesi. La colazione è molto ricca, con opzioni sia tradizionali che occidentali. L'onsen è molto bello e la possibilità di avere un onsen privato è un grande vantaggio, occorre però prenotarlo con anticipo

Purtroppo non ci è stato consentito di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out: la condizione era di ritirarli entro le 14 (per via del check-in dei nuovi ospiti). Comprendiamo che questa sia una politica dell'albergo, però ci ha arrecato un certo disagio. Questo comunque non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno presso questa ottima struttura

Moderniserat rum! Bra med USB-uttag (typ A och USB-C) vid sängarna. Väldigt mysig utsikt mot vattnet och skogen.

Det fanns en viss lukt i rummet och korridorerna. Vi misstänker att rökning tidigare varit tillåten i rummet. Frukosten stängde kanske lite onödigt tidigt vid 9, detsamma gäller utcheckning vid 10.

まず立地が良かったです。あとは、朝食のブッフェの種類だったりエントランスが素敵だと思いました。

売店の中身が質素で中で買うよりは外で買うほうがいいとなり外に出て買い物をしたことぐらいですが立地がいいのでそこまで気にしていませんでした。

Tout était parfait. Mieux que les photos!!!! Relaxant à souhait. J'aimerais y revenir.

Second time at Hakone Pax Yoshino and loved it again. The facilities are lovely, with big public onsens and additional options including a Japanese breakfast buffet (can book your room with this options), private onsen for 3,300¥, and a lovely traditional dinner. We booked a room with a (very) small private onsen we ran for ourselves but it was so lovely to have our own space and enjoy the peace and quiet. All the food was excellent, the staff were lovely, and I would absolutely come back a third time!

Option for a double bed rather than just two rooms would be lovely for couples, but understand it is a traditional design!

Good location and I enjoyed the Onsen, wich was nice (but not spectacular). I really enjoyed the private Onsen which you see in all the pictures. Don’t mistake this as in your room, you have to book and pay for it separately but it is worth it. Also the breakfast was outstanding. Overall I enjoyed my experience and I would go again if it was a better price. You will have a good stay here, I did, but lower your expectations and be surprised.

I don’t think the price reflects what you get. Although I enjoyed my stay and time, it is a little dated and worn. Also there is no place to get food or a drink (alcoholic) unless you book the pre fix dinner and it’s impossible to get a spot. Then when I asked for suggestions they were not helpful at all, so do some research ahead of time. I did t find the service overly helpful and had to figure out how too get to the hotel myself (I asked them and no one responded). There is a shuttle but it’s too full most of the time so you can’t get on it (it stops at other locations). Lastly, the view isn’t what they show on the site, you look at a parking lot. You still get some nature and the location is good but don’t expect to be looking at the forest.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Initial Room had a strong odor- asked to change it but was told it would cost money to do so. After pushing back was offered a room next to the other one which was slightly better smell wise but definitely weathered looking. Other rooms looked better and had been renovated.

Excellent hotel. Superb staff. Beds very confortable. If you get the river view, it's just perfect. Although 15mins walking to the train station, the hotel is located in a wonderful spot, just next to a river and you can sleep with the sound of it. Breakfast buffet also very good.

Das private Onsen und die Matratzen. Habe sehr gut geschlafen.

Nur jemand konnte wirklich gut Englisch. Alle anderen waren verwirrt als wir um eine Nacht verlängern wollten.

A szálloda nagyon csendes környéken volt. Kipróbáltuk a közös fürdőt is, ami nagyon tetszett. A reggeli elképesztő volt!
