Didn’t have breakfast there.

We were on our way back to Kalispell from Jasper so Radium was a perfect place to overnight. Plus we enjoyed the Hot Springs. Everything at the property was clean, updated. Least expensive place we had stayed on our trip, but the quality was as good as the places that cost more. Very good value

Large, clean rooms. Lots of parking, biker friendly.

Earlier breakfast hours would have been nice, but staff kindly directed us to the restaurant business next door so worked out fine.

Cleanliness and treatment by staff. We took a deluxe suite for two nights. We were travelling with two special needs kids. But the suite was not properly cleaned. We shared the suite photos with the staff. They said they can't move us to a different suite at the moment but they will send the housekeeping the following morning to clean up and also mentioned they will give us a discount for the inconvenience. But nobody came. We informed the staff again and they made a note and said it will be addressed ASAP. Still no one showed up. Then during the time of our check-out, we brought up the issue again but the person in the reception said it's unfortunate but we can't do anything nor we can give you a discount.

No back up power in case of power cuts!

Excellent customer service, didn't retain the reception lady's name (long silver hair), she was on duty the evening of Aug 19, but she is wonderful and courteous, exemplary of how she patiently listened and then responded to my feedback.

Nothing to do with your hotel staff. I didn't like how for two nights in the row CP Rail trucks were backing into the parking lot at 1.30 AM, beeping their reverse signals for quite a bit, that wasn't quite fun to be honest.

Going in the back door to go to second floor it’s hard because of our luggage, we used the stairs closer to our room .

The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a nice hot pool and an excelent restaurant.

Room we originally got had a broken shower handle. After unpaking and attempted shower, had to go to the lobby,since the phone in the room was not working, and ask for repare. 2 hours a Into our stay, the reception person,aka plumber or handy man,could not fix it and asked us to move rooms. From top floor to basment. Can not charge to the room at the restaurant on the hotel premises... Kids can not use the gym The water in the bathtub was not draining fast enough. The Tv stopped working on day 2...

The lighting in the room was poor and the night restaurant food lacked flavour. Breakfast however excellent!!

Location, facility, cleanliness and staff all are perfect what they should be. There is no any complain. There is an EV level-2 charger (that was unexpected and very useful during our stay.). In future they should think to include in their facility features in the listing and also think to increase the numbers as well.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and the coffee bar was a life saver. Nice touch.

Great location for walking around Radium!

The bed was uncomfortable. There was only one pillow option and it was very stiff so I suggest bringing your own pillow.

The location was really good. We could do early check-in.

The Wi-Fi didn’t really work and the cellular connection was also really bad. Unfortunately there was a power outage for 2 days and therefore no hot water.

It was clean and modern.

The automatic sprinklers hit the room window in the night waking us up.

All things considered, good place, worth the drive. Room within a room is definitely unique and we appreciated the privacy, staff was friendly, even had access to a door on the back of the building to load/unload the car instead of making the trek to the front.

This isn't really a shortcoming of the resort itself, but if you stay here be prepared to take the hike up the hill from the parking lot to the front entry with luggage at check in. The hotel entrance is right past the exit of a traffic circle too, so please be careful pulling in!

The room was spacious and the hotel was quiet.

Our room didn’t have enough towels, toilet papers, sheets, pillows… No towels at the pool facility. Called the front desk but no one was answering.

Housekeeping not being done after being asked if I would like to have it. The first day I had to ask if it was going to be done and this was around 5:00 pm. Second day, the housekeeper asked if I needed to have my garbage emptied. He said he was not there to clean my room. I was beyond annoyed

The room was dusty smelling. One of the pillowcases has blood from a nosebleed on it. The bathrooms were too plain. Only one towel for two travellers

The room is spacious, clean and nicely designed. The house keeping responded to our request quickly.

The restaurant. The quality of food is bad. We ordered 3 dishes and like none of them. The service is just OK.

Very friendly staff, easy check in. We booked a dog friendly room, when we checked in a Jerlyn gave us some treats and pop bags. When we got to the room there was a dog bed and bowls. That was a nice touch. Had dinner in the restaurant, the barman "Froggy" was good fun and the food was good.

The only down side for us was that it was fully booked, so the pool was pretty busy and we didnt end up using it! But thats just the way it goes. Other than that, great stay

Great location near the highway and Radium Hot Springs. The room was spacious and well appointed with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size.

It was so expensive, I appreciate it was high season, but, wow! Perhaps if a free breakfast had been thrown in for the cost it would've felt a little less like we were being gouged.

Elevator fit our e-bikes. Location was good. The restaurant was nice, with good service. The front desk people were helpful. I think that is all.

Location of room near elevator, across from commercial laundromat, and guest laundromat. Staff, 5-6 women were talking loudly in the area of the laundromat, waking us up earlier than we wanted to get up. ( We were on our Vacation!) My wife politely asked them to keep their voices down; we would like to sleep, but they did not comply. The hallway was loud after 11 pm.

well for starters, my room was absolutely filthy and smelled like urine when we walked in, I ended up going to the grocery store and cleaning the bathroom myself, we were four people in our room and we're only given three towels, we had no body wash, no conditioner, no shampoo and one roll of toilet paper when confronted staff at the front desk about this, we were laughed at!! and the night before we left. There was a huge party in the room next-door to us that went on till 2 AM.... staff was told about this party and asked to shut it down, but it was not... I will never stay in this hotel ever again. I will go straight to Invermere and stay at one of their beautiful hotels nor will I recommend this place..

Location was excellent, having gas station close by, local restaurants and view is amazing.

The service should have been better, we had asked for our rooms to be cleaned and they were not on those days, when asked for towels they asked us to come down to get them as their staff is busy/short on staff, asked about laundry timings and the staff was unaware of the times.

I liked the location. It was in walking distance of shops, restaurants, and more. The beds were comfortable and my room was a good size. The restaurant and lounge were convenient and food was decent.

The pool was in a cement room, only 2 windows and they were up high

Restaurant had awesome dinner. Breakfast was OK, (basic) but lunch and dinner menu were awesome.

Too noisy. You can hear all your neighbours in the morning when they checking out. Old place, overpriced, overrated.

Loved the location. Was perfect to go on any direction for sight seeing. Many amenities nearby to grab food or coffee, or snacks. The room was very clean, smelled good and the bed was very comfortable. I loved being on the first floor as it was super easy to walk out the side door to my car which I could park right outside my window and keep an eye on it. No need to take the elevator to come and go. The bathroom was nice with a well pressured showerhead. We used the pool and Horton which was clean and well maintained. There were no towels, but staff was super helpful and fast to get more in there. Thos hotel has two restiraunsts and a massage spa as well, which we didn't use, but nice to have the option. We loved our stay and would definetly stay here again

The coffee maker. As a coffee lover, this machine was not enough to sustain my morning coffee habit. But there is delicious coffee at the steamboat cafe next door, so not a big deal.

No handicapped bathroom accommodations, like grab bars on tub walls or shower chair when no walk-in shower was available. The US has regulations for people with limited mobility, a handicap, or disability.

Nette kamer en gelukkig geen airco die veel herrie maakt. Was 9 jaar geleden wel het geval. Ontbijt is restaurant wat aan het hotel grenst, en die is nog steeds heerlijk. Jammer genoeg is voor diner in het zelfde restaurant de kaart gewijzigd en vonden wij het niet echt wat. Mijn man had fish and chips, vis heel dik gepaneerd en geen smaak. Heel jammer.

Dat er sinds overname door Worldhotels, was Best Western, niet veel aan de kleur van de gang en kamers is gedaan. Donker en niet echt uitnodigend.

swimming pool was not working during our stay and staff’s service is just fair and not that friendly…we ask the housekeeping to just change and pickup our garbages and replace towels bec upon checkin we were given a choice if we want housekeeping to fix our bed and clean the room and i said no but communicated that we just want the garbages to be picked up and changed as well as the towels and i even talked to the cleaning lady but they did not do it for us and when i called front desk they instructed us to bring our garbage in the front and get new sets of towels there they didnt even bother to send somebody in our room to quickly pickup the garbage and give our towels its like they made it self service????and we are not happy with the service in general

Front desk staff incompetent, and unprofessional, didnt know how to operate the debit machine when i showed up, forcing me to make a bunch of transfers just to find out that he didnt imput my card as a visa debit. He Was complaining about other guests to me as soon as i arrived, and behaved very flippant, displaying to me how other guests were behaving by tossing my card back at me. Facilities and room were clean and adequate for the price.

Well situated to Main Street of Radium. Staff v helpful and friendly. Rooms very comfortable. Didn’t eat here so couldn’t comment but enjoyed our one night stay

Breakfast was okay. I had eggs and sausage, everything was deep fried except the eggs. Not a fan of deep frying.

Change room by the pool, nothing to hang your clothes on so you have to use the floor. Not sanitary.

I love the gym and swimming pool. I love the air conditioner which is easy to adjust. Love the room were clean

Super clean, large rooms including a large modern bathroom. Comfortable beds and quiet area. The gym and pool/hottub exceeded expectations for the price. We’d definitely stay again.

Location was perfect our room was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Oggie (I think the name is correct) at the front desk did a great job. Breakfast very good, server excellent.

The beds were awful. My bed was so hard and I could feel the coils when I laid down. After my stay I had to schedule an emergency visit with my chiropractor. The hotel was loud, I could hear the upstairs toilet flush, I could hear everything in the hallway, entire conversations. There are no smart TV's so if you don't come prepared your stuck with cable television. I expected more from a Beat Western, especially for the rates charged.

Location was good. Lots of parking. The kitchenette was nice to have with all the dishes we needed but no real dish soap. There was a tiny bottle of soap, im not sure was intended to be dishsoap.

The beds were not comfortable at all. We had 2 queen beds in the room, which both had dips in the mattress, so they slanted. The pillows were very flat. Both of my kids woke up with sore necks and backs. Had to wash a load of clothes, which cost $9 to wash and dry. We purchased a small packet of tide soap and a single use bounce sheet packet from the front desk.. it is a nice option to be able to clean your clothes, but at a big expense.
