Everything, room small, bed small, noise from outside all night never slept a wink. No staff about to complain

Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, posti anche per fare colazione vicino.

1. È importante dire che la porteria non funziona 24 ore e se arrivi la notte devi andare a prendere le chiavi in un'altra struttura che loro dicono sia vicina ma sono 10 min a piedi per andare e poi 10 per ritornare, non è il fatto del tempo a piedi ma che arrivi molto stanco a volte da un viaggio lungo, penso che ci vorrebbe una soluzione solo per fare un self check-in la notte. 2. Piccola suite sfruttata male in pochi spazi, mobili inutili, è difficile anche spostarsi in camera.

We arrived an hour earlier than the time on the booking and we were given the key and could access the room.

At approximately 12 m², including the bathroom and kitchenette, the room was not reasonably suitable for two adults. There was so little circulation space that I had to stand inside the shower while my husband got dressed. It should not, in our opinion, have been marketed as comfortable double accommodation. The badly worn bed base, together with persistent itching throughout the night, raised concerns about possible insect infestation.

La atención cuando llegas, hay un ambiente tranquilo, tiene buena comunicación a pie y en metro...

La habitación es muy estrecha para pasar, no hay casi espacio para dejar el equipaje.

TODO, es un pequeño estudio pero tiene todo lo que se necesita en la cocina, muchos enchufes, secador, horno, (de todo). La ubicación está muy bien porque tiene algunas estaciones incluso a seis minutos andando. Tiene supermercados cerca. Uno de los días nos levantamos y no funcionaban los enchufes ni el microondas, pero nos acercamos a recepción y no duraron ni 5 minutos en acercarse el técnico a solucionar el problema. Solo puedo decir que estoy encantada.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de metro y supermercado. Hay restaurantes y bares por la zona. Se puede ir andando a sitios de interés. La habitación contaba con neverita, hervidor, microondas, fregadero y utensilios. Perfecto para ahorrarte unos euros. La cama muy cómoda y buen tamaño.

El baño es muy estrecho pero no es excesivo problema si no eres de tamaño grande. Las limpiadoras meten mucho ruido por las mañanas pero entiendo que al estar al lado de la lavandería se escuche más.

El personal super amable, la cama cómoda, la ubicación perfecta, super bonito!

Terza volta a Londra, terza volta in questa struttura. La posizione è strategica per spostarsi con la metro, le camere hanno tutto il necessario e lo staff è sempre gentile.

The location was great.

Although I thought that we had inspected the bed upon arrival. I received approximately 20 bed bug bites. I wasn't sure what was happening, until I caught one(nymph), the day we left. The staff member was unconcerned, even as he was presented with the critter. It has taken a very long time to heal from these bites, and we had to inspect all of our luggage (we always store clothes in plastic compression bags) so that we wouldn't carry them with us.

Very small room, but good value.

Studio was quite small, but totally adequate for a brief stay by the solo traveler. It was very clean. Although a tiny bit slanted, my bed was very comfortable, with fresh-smelling linens. The kitchenette was more than adequate for my needs, with a small fridge, microwave, and the all-important electric kettle. The bath was also nice, with pretty blue tiles and a decent-sized shower. I stayed on the 3rd floor, so appreciated the oscillating fan provided and being able to open the window for cooler fresh air. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Euston Station, where one can access several tube lines and National Rail trains. There is a pub right across the street, and plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities within minutes of walking. Quiet area, even with the pub, University College Hospital, Euston Road, and Tottenham Court Road so close by.

These are more quibbles than serious complaints: Would have loved a spot (small table or similar) to put my open suitcase on. My room had a tall bookcase instead; it fit well in the wall area, but isn’t terribly useful for travelers. Kitchen equipment (cutlery, dishes, pans) was also on the spotty side.

Location is great... 5 mins walk from.Euston Station. Power of the shower was good. Bed itself was comfortable... glad only me stayed as meant had extra pillows for comfort.

I had a basement studio, and the noise from the underground was waking me up extremely early.. The wooden flooring planks were starting to come away from each other,uncomfortable walking around the studio.. Although they state luggage storage... this just means that your items are left in the communal reception area available for anyone to remove... no separate small room in which you are given a key/fob to get your left luggage out. When I returned the afternoon to collect my luggage, the person on Reception was different from who I checked in with... no issue except however. How did he know a.. I was a guest who had checked out earlier that day & b.. it was my luggage. The bathroom was very small, and there was no area to put any toilttries when taking a shower. The location of the garden was not advised at checkin... only discovering by accident when leaving to collect my luggage. Whilst there are utensils pans, cutlery to use...I'm 5'11 and struggled to get the kettle from the top shelf in the cupboard. I will not be staying again. When I booked, I selected to use Pay with wallet towards my room.... and the price reflected this. When I went to pay at the accommodation I was charged full price. When going on a budget (let's face it if I had money, I would have booked a higher rated place) and was told.. as you did not prepay for the accommodation we can now charge you full price... very unexpected and effectively lost my allocated money for late breakfast / lunch for the 2 days. You are responsible for ensuring that you remove your rubbish from the room.... possibly due to having a mini kitchen??

El estudio era limpio y tenía lo necesario. Muy importante fue poder usar sin cargo la lavadora.

Los precios de Londres son una locura. Este estudio es demasiado pequeño, incómodo y poco funcional y salió lo mismo que un departamento cómodo en cualquier otra ciudad. El baño es muy pequeño, una persona corpulenta no entra. Hay pocos elementos para cocinar y muy mal dispuestos (incómodo para acceder). El estudio es inaccesible para personas de movilidad reducida.

Was conveniently located to everything I needed. Plenty of shops around. Room was clean.

Due to it being so compact I could hear a lot around me..i suppose that's the trade off for being centrally located.

Die Lage ist hier das absolute Aushängeschild. Wir sind hier bereits zum dritten Mal in Folge gewesen. Man darf keinen Luxus erwarten aber man hat alles was man braucht und die Zimmer sind immer sauber.

Die Toilette ist sehr nah an die Wand gebaut sodass man sich schräg auf sie setzen musste.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and I liked that we were not disturbed during the stay. The fan did an excellent job.

The room is a little small, but it was okay for us, because we're not too picky. A little tight stairs.

Una pequeña mesa o escritorio en la,habitación hubiera hecho falta. La "mesa" en la cocina podría verse mejor.

Está muy bien situado y tiene mucha luz natural.

Close to a lot of attractions, transport and shops.

Could be really noisy. Some maintenance issues, shower head kept falling down, bathroom sink plug was stuck, toilet flush was faulty, one bedroom light did not work.

Struttura con posizione ottima per raggiungere la stazione di Euston così da raggiungere la metro immediatamente. Camera piccolina però dotata di quasi tutto compreso cucinino a due fuochi, frigorifero e ripiani. Speriamo di tornare presto

Είναι κοντά στο κέντρο του Λονδίνου. 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια και περνάνε ακριβώς δίπλα λεωφορεία και έχει στάσεις μετρό.

Είναι υπερβολικά μικρό οριακά χωρούσαμε με τις βαλίτσες οι οποίες ήταν μικρές. Το μπάνιο δε χωράς να υπάρξεις μέσα. Για την τιμή αυτή το διαμέρισμα είναι απίστευτα μικρό. Καθίσαμε 5 μέρες και το δωμάτιο δε καθαρίστηκε καμία μέρα.

Close to Euston Station and Kings Cross/St Pancras International; window could be opened onto a small patio which was good during the heatwave; fairly clean; towels, tissues and some miniature shower gel and shampoo were provided

Our room was in the basement and fairly dark; the room was super small, it was impossible to climb into bed without acrobatics; the mattress wasn’t very comfortable; the bathroom was also very small, the toilet was right next to the wall so you couldn’t even sit on it properly, and the bathroom smelled a little; all in all not very inviting

Een goed plek op een fijne rustige locatie. Je bent zo bij de metro, bus en trein.

De kamer was echt kleiner dan op de foto’s lijkt. De toilet op onze kamer stond zo dicht op de muur dat je scheef op de toilet moest zitten met de deur open. Er zijn ergere dingen maar dat was niet mega prettig

De locatie is fantastisch en het bed sliep (naar mijn mening) heerlijk

De douchestang hing nog steeds los (waren vorig jaar in dezelfde kamer)

La posizione vicino a ben due metro è stata fondamentale, il personale disponibile, c'è la lavanderia al piano interrato.

Le camere sono veramente troppo piccole, non essendo loro abituati al caldo non c'è l'aria condizionata, avrei voluto dormire con la finestra aperta ma essendo al piano terra ho lasciato aperto solo uno spiraglio la notte.

Bed could have been more comfortable

The location near Euston/the underground. The apartment was cosy with everything I needed. The little patio area was lovely. It wasn't too hot, even though the weather was warm.

Having to move the bed to access the socket to charge my phone but that's a minor criticism.

Lots of small studios, all with all the facilities you need! I could have cooked, but went out for dinner and breakfast, and it was suitably near to the theatre at Regents Park where a friend and I went to see the first night of CATs!

Super efficient use of size. In the small cosy space you really have everything you need, i love it

Die Lage ist hervorragend, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ausstattung ist in Ordnung und der Platz wurde effizient genutzt.

Das Fenster stammt wohl noch aus dem vorletzten Jahrhundert, wir mussten ein Regalbrett zweckentfremden, damit es offen blieb.

Die Lage ist wirklich top. Die Bahnstation ist wenige Fussminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Aber auch die ein oder anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier, gut zu erreichen. Zudem kann man sich ganz gut in der Umgebung versorgen (Supermarkt/Restaurants).

Wir hatten leider am Abend vor unserer früh anstehenden Rückreise am nächsten Morgen, einen kompletten Stromausfall auf unserer gesamten Etage (ganz oben). Die anderen Etagen waren nicht betroffen. Da es ein Samstag Abend war und die Rezeption leider nur im nahegelegenen (ca. 1km entfernt) Schwesterhotel besetzt war, mussten wir erst dorthin. Leider war dort die Rezeption mit lediglich einer Person besetzt, die auch nicht sofort mit zu unserer Unterkunft konnte. Nach ca. einer Std. warten im Frühstücksraum des anderen Hotels, ging es dann zurück zu unserem Hotel. Eine Verlegung unserer Unterkunft war aufgrund von der Ausbuchung des anderen Hotels angeblich nicht möglich Vor Ort, versuchte man dann über den Sicherungskasten, den Strom wieder ans Laufen zu bekommen. Leider vergeblich!!!! Wir haben also die letzte Nacht und den Morgen ohne Strom auf diesem Zimmer verbracht. Das Personal (Mohamad) war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber konnte leider in keinster Weise weiterhelfen.

Le logement est très bien positionné. La gare de Euston est à 3 minutes à pied. Il y a plusieurs métros et bus proches.

Le lit et la chambre sont très petits. De l’eau de la fenêtre du dessus coulait et rentrait dans notre chambre. Cela s’est passé tous les jours et nous réveillait. Le carrelage de la salle de bain était cassé donc obligé de mettre une serviette par dessus pour ne pas se couper. On avait un seul rouleau de papier toilette, il fallait aller demander au réceptionniste des rouleaux supplémentaires. Les valises sont laissées à vue de tous dans un couloir.

The location was great. About 15 minute walk from King’s Cross. The guy on reception was very helpful. It is very small but literally has everything you would need for a very short break. If not in a heatwave, would have been ideal to just sleep and shower and to make some quick snacks. Thought was great that there was a fridge and a freezer. Would definitely try again at a different time of year. Bathroom is small, so if you are a larger person then maybe not for you, but would have been fine for us.

We were there during a heatwave. We had a room to the front of the building, it was at least 40° in the room and with only a fan, it was unbearable. We were only in the room for about 2 hours before we booked a hotel nearby with aircon. Not the owners fault that we were there in a heatwave, we had to pay for the first night booked but the man at reception gave us a refund for next 2 nights that we had booked. The bed seemed a little smaller than a double, I’m thinking it was more a queen.

Couldn't shower properly for two days. With heat waves occurring in England and Europe continuously fans and air on need to be installed. The housemaids were nice and helpful to us.

Najlepsza w tym hotelu jest zdecydowanie lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko metra, przystanki autobusowe, dworzec czy ulica z różnymi usługami i sklepami.

Pokój był bardzo malutki i ciasny, a zwłaszcza łazienka. Osoba o nieco większej budowie miałaby zdecydowanie problem. Ciężko było korzystać z toalety bez otwartych drzwi, bo było albo za ciasno albo za duszno. Trafiliśmy na bardzo ciepłą pogodę więc w pokoju była sauna, ale ratował postawiony wiatraczek. Pokój na zdjęciach miał dedykowaną przestrzeń kuchenną, a w praktyce były to zlew, lodówka i przybory ukryte w... szafie. Dla jednej osoby może ok, ale dla dwóch było dość ciasno.

The hotel is close to several tube and bus stations as well as shops and restaurants. Additionally, the kitchen area was well-stocked and the fridge was rather big for the space

La ubicación fue lo mejor ya que al no estar en el centro era un lugar más tranquilo, pero lo suficientemente cerca para llegar fácil a cualquier sitio de interés con paradas de metro muy cerca, supermercados y restaurantes.

El alojamiento no tiene aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador pequeño, y en esta parte del edificio el sol daba todo el día por lo que el calor era insoportable hasta con la ventana abierta así que dormir fue complicado, además las puertas hacen mucho ruido al cerrar, y si tienes vecinos incivilizados puede ser otro problema para dormir.

Room was no where near big enough for 2 people, very small, difficult to use bathroom as very very small, can hardly get on the toilet. Guests need to be told this beforehand how small the rooms are at North Gower Street. If I would have known the size, would never have booked it, and we are not even the biggest of people and struggled

i appreciated having multiple pillows. the location was convenient. it's a good budget friendly option for a few nights.

the room was very small which got a bit annoying. otherwise my only complaint was the heat, there is only a small fan and it was almost unbearable during the heatwave.

The location was good, had everything we needed

Unfortunately we went during a heatwave and the bedroom was the exact same temperature of the sun which made the room pretty difficult to spend any sort of time in as we were unable to open the windows anymore than a crack and the fan provided just wafted the hot air back at you.

It could do with modernising a bit some areas slightly need work, stain on ceiling kitchen and bathroom a bit tired. But for our overnight stay, it was ideal, clean, and easy to navigate from.

Nice space

Really ideal location, a couple of minutes walk from Euston Station. Such a nice place and seemed well kept. The room was very clean and tidy and had everything you needed including cutlery, toaster, microwave and fridge and neatly kept away in the compact room. The bed was really comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bathroom was quite small and even me being 5ft found it rather small but no major issues and appreciate they’ve made use of every bit of space. The staff were really nice and helpful, getting a keys and dropping off were easy!

Nothing - it was great! Not a complaint but I would advise that it’s mainly good for 1 or 2 nights with a single bag. If doing a longer trip with a big suitcase and buying lots as a tourist, there wasn’t too much space but you can see this from photos in advance

Checked in early and room was available, gave us the choice of which floor we wanted to be on
