The hotel was very clean as was our room.

The bed in the room was a bit soft but didn’t really impact my sleep.

Clean, spotless and well organized. Staff very friendly. We had a pleasant stay and find the bed very comfortable.

The only thing I would say is about the shower area. As it’s small, the curtain was in the way. Would be nice if would have the curved rod where we could have more space while showering and the curtain not be in the way.

The bed was super comfy and everything so clean. We've stayed here before and will continue to do so as required, Also it truly was handicapped compliant, which we needed. Some bathroom grab bars just are not adequate. This was perfect.

Minor, almost petty, but I could not find the tissue box as I expected it beside the bed. Totally my fault for not seeing it when I needed it.

Easy to get to with lots of amenities close by. Hotel was clean .

Air conditioning was mediocre some nights , the hot tub jets were lacklustre at best . Bananas and coffee for breakfast , no coffee machine in room . Was sure breakfast was included in the cost . Room was on the small side .

The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful and nice. The rooms with kitchenette were so worth the extra $20 a night! Location was close to stores and restaurants. The coffee/tea and water station was always clean and stocked. Free bananas. Laundry facilities at extra cost available as well. Will definitely stay here again.

The view of wall to building next to us wasn’t very nice. Other than that great hotel!

No coffee in the room. One has to go to the lobby to get one. I requested a room away from the ice machine & elevators but they gave me a room close to the ice machine and elevator

Very clean and orderly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff is knowledgeable and friendly and easy to understand.

Attention to the dog waste bin at the front of the motel was lacking. While the motel is thankfully dog friendly, the waste bin to dispose of dog poo was overflowing. There were a lot of well behaved dogs and dog owners, please empty the waste bin in a timely manner.

Very clean, and furnished in a manner which would assist staff in being able to clean properly. Felt very much like a European style hotel room. No carpets, easy to clean all serfaces (which the staff did well).

For the price they charges? Nothing.

Fast efficient check-in, clerk stayed 2 hours past checking deadline to check me in. I was very grateful for this. The room itself is basic but comfortable and clean for a nights rest. I got a late start and was pulling an enclosed trailer for the first time, in the rain and dark. When I passed the last roadside gas station in Gibbons, my gauge said I had more than enough gas to get to Red Deer. I thought if I needed gas before then, there should be plenty of options, BUT THERE WASN'T! Sometime North of Red Deer, my empty tank warning came on, while minuets ago it said I had 118km left. This means I have about 40km, maybe less bc pulling a trailer, I pulled into the next town Esso light on, but gas station closed😡 please turn off your lights if you are not open! I just wasted precious fuel. I got back on highway and started praying I'd make it. I passed 2 more industrial areas but couldn't see a gas station. Finally, I hit Red Deer, gasoline alley. I took the first exit, mistake, as there were no gas stations there! I could feel I was running on fumes, and on the next ramp, my SUV just rolled to a stop. I walked 1km to the nearest gas station, got a jerry can of gas, and walked back. I almost made it and probably would have if that smaller town gas station had their light off! Long story, but this is why I was late.

I requested a quiet room close to an exit but not close to the lobby, preferably on floor 1 to accommodate my dogs. However, I was given a room on the 2nd floor directly across from the elevator by the exit stairs, by the laundry room and housekerping/ staff closet 😳 As, I arrived at 4 am it was paramount that I rest. At around 7 or 8 a.m., the staff door started continuously slamming and interrupting my rest. Additionally, if the hotel room was refundable, I could have stopped in Leduc to sleep instead of rushing to get to Airdrie.

The staff were very pleasant, room was clean and comfortable. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice.

The lobby area was very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming as well. Check in process is a breeze We arrived slightly earlier than expected and they did a brief double check to make sure our room was ready. Small wait, happy with the service. I travel with my dogs for dog shows so I really like that they are pet friendly. The dogs sure loved their stay! Haha. The room had everything we needed for a quick one night stay. AC worked amazing, bed was comfy 4 paw stars! 🐾 🐾 🐾 🐾

Very clean, spacious rooms.

We arrived at 8:30pm for check in, when we arrived they had to “check to see if the room was ready”. It was not. They ended up putting us in another room. Very strange with check in being 3pm that our room was not ready, by 8:30pm. Other than that, great stay.

Room was slightly smaller than expected but still comfortable for the two of us and our small dog.

Good location and close to ammenities and a good price and was able to accomadate all of our group on one floor.

I am disappointed that my damage deposit hasn't yet been refunded.

Was a quick visit so did not grab the breakfast. But I did partake of the vending machines and grand kids were thrilled to have macaroni and ice cream!

The booking from the online site that came up. Couldn’t find the direct phone number for the motel and was charged more than what was stated. Not happy at all with that.

We wanted a dog friendly room and it was great that there were no rugs in the room and plenty of grassy areas outside.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was close to shops and restaurants. It has a pool and jacuzzi- though only three jets were working- the clerk said she would let the repairman know. We loved having coffee available and bananas anytime. Disabled bathroom was helpful and parking near the door

This is a basic hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are small but still enjoyable.

Love the staff here. Always very helpful. I like the size of the rooms, the pool area and the location. I also appreciate that the rooms don't have carpet. I have stayed here many times

Easy to book - very competitive pricing - staff very friendly and very helpful. Plenty of local eateries with a good choice of food.

Although tea & coffee were available free of charge in the reception, it would have been nice to have that facility in the room. I didn’t relish going down to reception in my pyjamas for my morning cuppa.

Hotel was very nice and the room was clean

Room was clean but amenities were not restocked i.e. coffee, shampoo, soap and bath towels. The coffee that was supposed to be in the lobby was not fresh or hot.

The only friendly person we encountered was the lady that checked us in. I did not encounter the housekeeping staff. The other two encounters with staff were not at all pleasant or friendly. The one encounter was a male staff early in the morning. I was trying to get a coffee. He approached. No hello. No good morning. Just “is it empty?” I said yes and he said he would make more. The second encounter was checking out. A male staff member stood at the counter reading. He never acknowledged me. He never looked up. Never said hello or good morning. I figured out where to put my room keys And as I was halfway out the door with my luggage he mumbled something. I was not sure who he was talking to so I kept going.

Everything was excellent. Great staff and the rooms were spotless.

I am chemically allergic and had a very difficult time going to sleep due to the fabric softener or laundry detergent smell. It reminded me of Bounce dryer sheets, which causes me to wheeze. I layed a towel down on my pillow, but that smelled of it as well. The smell lingered strongly on my pjs after returning home and had to throw them in the laundry.

Clean ,comfortable and affordable was what we were looking for and that all worked out. It was also easy to find.

The one thing that was a problem for me was the shower. I am a moderately tall man and the shower head was really low. I had to double over to wash my hair!

The room was great for a late overnight stay.
