Room Aircon was not cool enough. Call Housekeeping for Sejadah , but no one answered the call, we used a towel for sejadah. They're a pin stuck out between carpet and tile floor. It's dangerous for us. Once the pin was stuck in my foot. Please follow up this issue.

The mattress is very hard and the bed is high. It was not comfortable at all. Not value of money. I expect a very comfy bed with the price i paid. I can get betterThe parking bracket is old style of parking. My car got scratched. This is my first and last check in here.

The room’s looks a bit outdated. And the hallway gave me chills at night as the light bulb in front of our rooms were out.

The reception girl name Shahirah welcoming us with sour face, every queries answered were so not welcoming. In example 1 question with 1 answer. Hope she could change to be more friendly, more smile, suitable with her job as a front desk operator.

My room doesn't come with breakfast but I paid for the breakfast on the last day of my stay. Not much of the spread buffet. choice. It doesn't matter to me much. Didn't get connected to the WIFI.

(1) The Reception area was so modern but the room was in run down condition. (2) Bathroom walls, ceilings and door had moulds (3) Room's TV was not in great functioning condition. Volume comes and go. Caused me headache when i left tv on for sometime. (4) Room's telephone was so dirty and disgusting. (5) When i put in request for clean cutleries and plates + room supplies (extra towel for ironing board, extra bathroom floor mat, face towel and to prepare vanity and bathroom supplies which needed for guest's request) with the hotel's reception and housekeeping, the staffs did not attend to it at my first call/ request. * On 22 Sept 2025, I called hotel. Spoke for 8 mins 20 sec - i have proof in my call log. * On 29 Sept 2025, I called Premiera Hotel at 9.19pm and spoke to Azhar for 3 mins 44 sec (i have proof in my call log). Informed in details on what I need in my room for my stay. I asked him to note to put in dental care, toothbrush sets & room slippers for house keeping to set up before we check in on Fri. * I checked in late morning on 3 Oct (Fri). Even at that time, I informed the Reception's staff of ALL my request again. I informed him/her that I wanted all to be ready in my room when my room is ready. * Came to my room that late evening and the cutleries were not provided. Extra bathroom floor mat and face towel not given. 2 extra shower cream bottles also not given. * I made calls a few times and had to wait for long. Staff came with partial things and i had to wait for the balance. They came at least 3 times! This had caused me so much of stress. (6) On Saturday, 4 Oct, housekeeping for room was not done till 11am. I was in great shock to see the room when i entered! En Awal was the Asst Manager on duty when i went to the lobby to report. My son and i waited, again, but this time at the lobby. The room was only ready at 11.44am.

In terms of security, maybe you could make some enhancements because anyone can access the room floors. Would I come again? Maybe yes, if I need to be in that area.
