Bungalow molto carini alcuni ancora da ristrutturare ma bella l'idea di non essere nel classico hotel sembrava più un piccolo villaggio piscine belle e acqua mai fredda

Unica nota negativa.....ma da italiano e scontato....il caffè aimé non era proprio buono😅

En general todo el personal muy simpático, pero la muchacha que está en el bar de la zona adultos por la mañana la mejor, simpática y hace los mejores cócteles.

Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo mangiato bene con abbastanza scelta tra carne, pesce, pasta e pizza. Una nota speciale per il risotto, davvero strepitoso! Anche la colazione era buona e varia, sia dolce che salata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina e il servizio di trasporto per la spiaggia (solo il ritorno perchè in salita sotto il sole era un pò faticoso 20 minuti ci vogliono a piedi)

L'unica pecca è stata la totale assenza di italiani: l'animazione era solo in inglese, spagnolo e tedesco. Anche i canali italiani in TV, dopo il primo giorno, non erano più visibili. La colazione dalle 8:00 secondo me è un pò tardi e la spiaggia è abbastanza lontana, anche se il servizio di trasporto e comodo o meglio diciamo che se fosse esclusivo dell'hotel sarebbe meglio invece è condiviso con altri hotel, anche se eravamo tra le prime fermate.

Cucarachas por todo el recinto, incluso dentro de los bungalows, sobre todo por la noche, tuvieron que cambiarnos de hotel por culpa de las cucarachas en las habitaciones

La habitación estaba genial, con piscina privada en nuestra terraza aunque en toda la semana q estuvimos no entraron a limpiar la terraza ni la piscina ni una vez

La comida pésima, el bufet con poquísima variedad y los horarios orientados a público extranjero y se acababa algún plato y se acabó, no se repone, así que o cenas a las 18:00 o a comer más de lo mismo. El todo incluido no es tal, y eso que teníamos el premium, pero muchas bebidas no entraban. Teníamos la posibilidad de ir a comer al hotel de enfrente(de la misma cadena) pero lo que ofertaban al medio día aunque era un menú del día, ni en los viajes fin de curso. Para la cena, en el hotel de enfrente tenían una carta muy corta, también con pescado del día, carne del día etc. el pescado del día uno de los días era pizza de atún ( que yo no sé dónde se pesca ese pez) No fue una estancia barata y esperábamos encontrarnos una comida acorde al precio que hemos pagado. Eso sin mencionar que algunos camareros (y lo digo desde el amor) no saben cómo hacer su trabajo, se ve que falta alguien al mando organizando. También hemos encontrado gente muy competente en el servicio, como Rubén del Rondo o Jonathan del Miraflor. Pero sin duda no vamos a repetir en este hotel ni en ninguno de esta cadena HL. La calidad de la comida y del todo incluido “premium” me parece una estafa

La ubicación es bastante buena

La limpieza justita, la comida poca variedad y mal cocinada , la plancha sucia, y los camareros algunos majos otros ni te entendían porque apenas hablan español, la piscina una d las 3 que tiene sucia no funcionaba la depuradora y las hamacas llenas d mierda. Falta personal sin duda. Y miércoles y domingos no t limpian la habitación.

El trato de los empleados concretamente de Jonathan (camarero) muy atento y servicial .pero en general recepción, camareros, servicio técnico muy agradables y rápidos. La habitación estába muy bien, aíre acondicionado muy bueno y televisión enorme.repetire. Comida y cócteles variados y muy buenos.

La limpieza de la habitación fue bastante pésima prácticamente ni me la limpiaron.avise a recepción para que la repasarán porque no habían limpiado los pisos y nunca lo hicieron.

Cozy houses and very good horticulture saroundings. The food was tasty, maybe for breakfast should be sometimes different but dinners were delicious with many variety. The staff were very professional and helpful, I will especially say Steffen the Swiss guy from the reception, Sasha the weiter were very profi and friendly I forgot the names from others from the stuff, also were very polite and service oriented. Also Paloma and the others from animation team were very kind, especially with our kids and they have good program through the days and evenings. When someone need real vacations I warmly recommend this Hotel!

Little bit smile from some from the waitresses will make everybody better the day and please don't rush to take the empty plate from the guests when they are finish with the meal. Once I noticed two cups for coffe and one plate were not good washed but puted like clean. But it is not big problem, I understand when restaurant is full with guests can not everything be perfect. You should think about and for dinners the drinks to be free like in breakfasts and water should have to be free/Gratis on the bar and other areas, because there are many kids.

Hotel muy tranquilo y bastante familiar. Ideal para ir con niños. Un poco lejos de la playa si quieres ir andando pero en coche está a 3-4 min. Comida bastante correcta y casera.

La limpieza de la habitación. Llegamos un martes y estuvimos esperando todo el miércoles para que nos hicieran la habitación pero nada. Luego nos enteramos que ni miércoles ni domingo realizan el servicio de habitaciones, cosa que no nos dijeron en el checkin. El jueves dejamos libre la habitación desde las 9 a las 14:30 y pedimos en varias ocasiones que la hicieran ya que estaban con las de al lado. Llegaron a las 15:00 y quisieron hacer la habitación deprisa y corriendo diciendo que se les acababa el turno. No la hicieron y para colmo nos dimos cuenta que la mesa del salón estaba llena de termitas. Todo bastante desagradable

Inadmisible que en un hotel en España muchos camareros no sepan hablar castellano. La luz de la terraza no puede apagarse y entra muchísima luz en la habitación por la noche

Extremely clean. Lovely adults only area. Really nice staff. Excellent cocktails especially from Sandra and Denise. Decent buffet food.

As a young couple staying in an adults only junior suite, we were next to someone who made us feel rather uncomfortable at points. Although this is no fault of the resorts, some changes to enhance the privacy around the private pools and suite area would go along way (such as a larger dividing plants dividing the areas). Additionally, although the restaurant provided decent food for a buffet, we were not made aware by the hotel that the restaurant across the road was included in the premium all inclusive which served much nicer à la cart.

No me gustó que aún hay que mejorar algunas habitaciones las que no están reformadas y este año había una de las piscinas cerrada y todo el mundo iba a la otra y se amontonó un poco de gente pero sin ser por eso el hotel está muy bien volveremos

The same food everyday

The rooms/suites were great, especially adult area where we were.

Description said large double bed but was twins pushed together, the fridge in the room wasn’t cold and we had to chase a few times to get the private pool cleaned. But minor inconveniences, otherwise loved everything else.

Food was the same everyday and not a huge selection. we had a private pool, which did turn green after 1 day (stayed for a week) so we only got to use it once.

There was no waiter service, all drinks had to be poured yourself, everything was watered down, and no one approached tourists at the pools. With all-inclusive, you had to bring everything yourself, and the food was mediocre.

Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Szczególne podziękowania dla Deo. Pyszne jedzenie. Bardzo duży wybór dla każdego w tym bezmięsny, ryby i owoce morza codziennie. Wiele animacji dla dzieci i dorosłych, nie przeszkadzają w odpoczynku jeśli ktoś woli spokój. Bus na plażę X2 dziennie. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Przed bungalowem do dyspozycji własny stolik z krzesłami, leżaki i suszarki na pranie.

Sprzątanie pozostawia trochę do życzenia. Kanapa zapiaszczona nieodkurzana. Okruchy pod poduszką na czystej pościeli.

Piscine pas nettoyé de la semaine, des travaux avec des odeurs de solvant aux heures de repas c’est un peu maladroit, une rénovation en cours qui manque encore sur certains logements

Eine sehr schöne Bungalow-Anlage mit Häuschen aus verschiedenen Baujahren. Wir hatten zwar ein älteres, aber auch das wurde unseren Erwartungen sehr gerecht. Es gibt morgens und Abends das Essen in Bufettform und dies war sehr ansprechend.

Die Außenbecken des Schwimmbad waren etwas kühl.

The bungalow itself is very nice- a bedroom and a living space. Neutral fresh colours made it feel new. I liked the restaurant staff; they were very nice. I wish I had remembered some of the names. The food was very nice. The location of the hotel is also perfect, close to Yumbo.

I felt it was too casual, but that will suit some. I like to dress up a bit for dinner. I usually stay at Royal Level Barcelo Margaritas, and although rooms are actually nicer at Miraflor, the restaurant is much nicer. The pool area felt a bit depressing at Miraflor, very big but no one was there, and random chairs and tables were spread out everywhere. The play feature in the pool felt a bit 80's. It's a nice hotel, just not for me. But I did save 100's staying at a more 'casual' hotel.

La amabilidad del personal

Los zumos que dan en el desayuno. Ya que dan algo, podrían darlos de un poco más de calidad. Los expende una maquina que debe mezclar agua con unos polvos que son los que dan sabor a naranja, piña, etc... Al ir a servirme uno , solo salía agua, con lo cual supongo que los polvos se habrían acabado. Deberían ir pensando en cambiar los colchones y las camas.....

Huoneet, ravintolat ja piha-alueet olivat siistit. Henkilökunta pääosin ystävällistä. Ruoka oli pääosin hyvää.

Yksi allas oli vain lämmitetty ja Tärkein allas eli lastenallas ei ollut lämmitetty. Osasta henkilökunnasta huomasi että ovat kyllästyneitä all inclusive porukkaan. Pääruokia olisi voinut olla useamman laisia.

Hotel tres propre, le personnel est tres agréable. Les chambres sont très confortables (nous avions pris le bungalow supérieur) Repas bons et variés. Le plus, serviettes de piscine prêtées par l hotel ce qui est qd meme super pratique en terme de place dans les valises. Le top , 1 piscine chauffée (assez rare dans les hôtels aux canaries). Animations mais pas trop, juste ce qu'il faut. Calme la nuit. Qualité prix , je recommande.

Le lit pour notre fille (qui est le canapé) trop dur.

In de gemoderniseerde bungalow is het 2 persoonsbed oke, de andere 2 zijn matrassen en geen echt bed. Voor kinderen oke. Voor mensen met coeliakie proberen ze echt rekening te houden maar bij het buffet is er kans op kruisbesmetting. Glutenvrij en glutenvol staat geregeld naast elkaar. Als je een vraag neergelgd bij een kok voor een glutenvrije pizza of pasta regelen ze dit.

Nous avions un bungalow supérieur et nous avons apprécié sa propreté, ses équipements et sa situation dans le complexe hôtelier. Merci à la gentillesse du personnel et à sa disponibilité. Nous remercions particulièrement Nolen, Dana et Jonathan. Grimi est une animatrice super drôle, gentille et dynamique! La nourriture était bonne. La grande piscine est belle et propre.

La piscine chauffée a vraiment besoin de travaux. La peinture au sol et sur les côtés est décollée.

La atención del personal

La comida era un poco repetitiva, repetían muy seguido la cena con el almuerzo siguiente.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Everyone in the restaurant was smiling, polite and attentive. The food was decent, lots of repeated items but I guess that is to be expected in a buffet setting. We went half board but might go breakfast only if we return here, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The restaurant and pool area were clean, well maintained; one of the pools was surprisingly warm! Can't comment on the adult entertainment, we retreated into our room after dinner every evening. Supermarket at a 2 min walk for essentials.

The room we were given was a big let down. Clean but very dated and tired looking. AC (only in the bedroom) was a trickle, it wasn't particularly hot when we stayed, we would struggle on hot days/nights. Walls feel like made of plaster board, we could hear neighbours all the time, surely they could hear us too! The sofa beds are best avoided for sleeping if you love your neck, back and the holiday! Parking can get really tricky at busy times. My kid seemed to enjoy the mini disco but as an adult watching and sometimes participating, it was the same thing every day! The pools aren't big, so it can get full during busy periods, they look bigger in the pictures than they actually are.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants It was also spotlessly clean. The pool area was stunning. The pools were clean and well kept. Looked really modern

The food wasn't great, it wasn't bad. It was edible. We ate breakfast there most mornings then went out for lunch and dinner. The all inclusive is very limited for cocktails. The local spirits that were included were good. The room was wildly outdated. The pictures show the lovely renovated rooms. Ours was straight out the 90s and in desperate need of an uplift. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom. We had to put it to freezing in the living room so we could feel anything in the bedroom. The lighting in the rooms was terrible. It was so so dark all the time Some of the loungers at the pool are in need of a replacement.
