卫生状况良好，位置便利，温暖舒适

室内灯光比较昏暗。隔音效果不好，能清楚的听到隔壁客人的聊天。

Warm and quiet

Bed to soft and low, chairs too low

Very clean room and very warm for the middle of winter! Enough space for the family and easy parking. Friendly staff and a great location.

Nothing. Everything was great

Location was excellent

Management not at all welcoming Toilet wasn't clean yet everything was ? The smallest bottle of milk in fridge on first night and everdently not replenished even tho staying 3 nights Ran out of bodywash of which there was a very small amount the first morning which also was replenished? I didn't like to ask as Management as seemed very dis interested 🤔 This motel could be excellent with a little better care

Quiet. Friendly staff. Good parking

What a wonderful motel. So clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Clean and very easy to check in

Great location with easy access to everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

There wasn’t much to fault. If I had to mention one thing, the parking was a little limited, but it wasn’t a major issue.

We had the Spa pool room. The room was lovely - good space, had lovely bathrobes for the spa and extra towels. The room was nice and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was nice and quiet.

The spa pool was only lukewarm on check-in. So couldn't use it for hours and hours until it heated up - i paid a lot for the room, specifically so I could use the spa, so that was super disappointing. Wouldn't have booked if I hadve known the spa wouldn't be hot until the next day - when you have to check out at 10am its a rush and not very relaxing. When we finally got to have a spa, there was a lot of 'gunk' on the waterline. The water was dirty and you could see the brown in the foam from the jets floating on the surface and built up around the tub.

Locality No road noise Great bed linen and pillow selection Great size rooms

Nice and clean, roomy, AND QUIET. Lovely room and in excellent condition. Staff were excellent to deal with! And it had car parking so great to have a safe place to put my car!

No sky or Netflix

Great location

Good size

Dirty classes, water is only warm not hot,

Bon emplacement.

RAS

Location was good and very clean

Milk supplied in small open bottle which was unhygienic and notes in the bathroom saying alarm will sound if towel heat rack left on, really!

Location was convenient with good parking

Was very noisy with guests slamming doors and revving cars. Was not able to definitively work out how to secure the door at night.

Apart from being right on high st in the room I stayed in everything else was excellent, spa bath was awesome & main reason for my booking. Thankyou

Location to city was very handy

Very lovely property. Would returned

Nothing

Clean, comfortable accommodation, near centre of town. Parking right outside room. Met our expectations in full.

Close to town. Tidy room, love the spa.

Was noisy with traffic and people and blind didn't go all the way you the bottom of the window so felt as people could see in.

Accomodating staff

Maintenance not done - Lots of blown light bulb's etc

Great place to stay

Rooms clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Bed soft but surprisingly comfy.

The couches looked like they needed a clean

Great motel in great location

Nothing

Loved the great service, location and cleanliness was immaculate.

Very poorly lit rooms. Need way more efficient celiing lighting to the point it was impossible to read a book. Could do with lights over the head of the bed..even finding specific clothes in bags became a mission. Also no sharp knife of any type provided or even scissors to open purchases, cut off tags or cut bread or fruit and vege snacks. Unless we missed it, providing one in the utensil drawer would be a bonus.

location was excellent, very close to just walk to town. was great to have a car park onsite

nothing, was great

Very handy to all in Dunedin

Nothing

Was very warm and considering our bedroom was over a sloping street, it was very peaceful. Got plenty of sleep. Beautiful curtains. Very close to city centre.

Location

Very unfriendly welcome at reception. Milk was an open topped bottle.

Location, kitchenette, laundry facilities were good.

This was a hot room. We got there on a warm afternoon and the living room was exposed to the hot afternoon sun. Thankfully a fan was supplied that helped keep the air moving. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean except for the microwave.

It was very close to the city and about 20 min walk to the station. The rooms were very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Dunedin.

Friendly staff, helped with loan of a drying rack. Balcony with a view, big unit with everything we needed.

Stairs.

Very clean spacious and proximity to main city centre

The room was very hot from the afternoon sun we had to have front door open and window to try to cool it down but this is only meant as information for maybe trying to fix the issue and not a direct criticism.

Great location. Good size room. Nice bathroom. Comfy bed. Parking available.

Very noisy from street and the window coverings did not block out light from passing cars. Did not sleep well as a result.

Central location

We got upgraded to better room at the top of the hotel. It was all wonderfully clean and modern. The room was light and airy. The room was really well equipped. Super!

My suitcase was a bit heavy to lug to the top floor. I need to get younger and pack lighter ...

Die Unterkunft war angenehm und sauber.

Zentrumsnah gelegen, keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein angenehm großes und sauberes Zimmer .

Mir fällt nichts ein!!
