The coffee to breakfast was not good

With For to Much, Money, For One, night in a less desirable location in Dublin

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful regarding transportation, restaurants and places to visit in Dublin. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is fabulous!

The entry sitting room needs an update for guests to gather comfortably.?

Location was just right. Enjoyed salon with comfortable couches. Will likely stay again.

Nice breakfast, porridge food. Room adequate for an overnight stay, plenty of storage. Location about 20-30 minutes away on the bus from city centre. There is a train station but we were told it’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Bus was fine, just slow because of traffic. Although the hotel is out of town it does have on site free parking which is a bonus.

El sitio es muy adorable. Tiene una decoración agradable y el personal es muy majo. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. La localización está bastante bien, con un supermercado justo enfrente.

Lo único que puedo decir que no me gustó fue la calidad del papel higiénico. Era realmente malo. Harían bien en cambiarlo.

Location close to the ferry but not to far from city centre. Nice and spacious room for a family with dog. Pub with a very good gastronomic offer and great with the Quiz Night.

Ideal gelegen als Basis für Dubli-Aufenthalt, wenn man auch ein Auto abstellen muss - großer kostenfreier Parkplatz am Hotel und sehr gute Busanbindung. Großes Zimmer, geräumiges Bad, funktionierendes WLAN, landestypische Frühstück

La situation, le quartier est très sympa. Pour l'hôtel le service et l'accueil

Ottima colazione, completa. Piatti disponibili preparati sul momento dalla cucina (e compresi nel prezzo!). Ristorante e pub annessi che offrono gli stessi servizi dei locali in centro ma ad un prezzo inferiore. La stanza era pulita e in ordine. La posizione è ideale per i mezzi pubblici, in pochi passi si raggiungono le fermate dei bus che portano in centro o alle università. Letti alti ed accoglienti, non mancava nulla. Personale molto gentile, simpatico, discreto ed estremamente disponibile ad ogni tipo di richiesta. Un fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura. Ultima nota: siamo arrivati la mattina, quindi avremmo dovuto aspettare le 15 per avere la stanza. La persona alla reception ci ha però proposto una stanza che era già pronta e così ci siamo subito sistemati evitando disagi sia a noi sia all'hotel che doveva riporre i nostri bagagli. Davvero un comportamento encomiabile.

Pressione dell'acqua nella doccia, molto bassa (almeno nella nostra camera). L'acqua calda arriva dopo molto tempo, immagino che non sia presente un impianto di ricircolo. La struttura è datata, come pure rivestimenti e mobilio. E' tutto comunque mantenuto pulito e ordinato. Non si ha MAI l'impressione di stare nello sporco.

Lovely hotel in Dublin, near the Port for Stena line back to Holyhead. Delicious evening meal & breakfast, served with a smile. Our room was spacious with double & single beds. Great Ensuite & shower with fluffy towels & complimentary toiletries. Flat screen TV & tea/coffee. Secure car parking at back of hotel.

Breakfast was beautifully presented by a lovely young lady with dark hair and beautiful smile and male staff were also great.The bedroom was beautifully decorated and no carpet was great.The peace in 115 was best ever.the bus stop outside was so convenient.The rec staff were excellent

Está a 30 minutos caminando del centro por eso hay aparcamiento gratuito(en el centro sería imposible). El desayuno completo parte buffet y parte carta incluida en el precio. Amabilidad tanto en recepción como en el restaurante (estas últimas de habla española). La cama y las almohadas son cómodas. De camino a las habitaciones hay un lugar con cafetera de cápsulas,té y agua.

Bañera en vez de plato de ducha (pero eso es muy personal)

The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful Room was excellent as was the comfortable bed and all spotlessly clean I had to leave before breakfast on Sunday but I was provided with an excellent Breakfast bag Reception helpfully organised a taxi for the morning of my departure

Makkelijk dat je de wagen gratis kan parkeren. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Afstand naar het centrum is te voet haalbaar. Maar ik vermoed dat als je het te ver vind de bus kan nemen die aan het hotel stopt.

All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nice, the shower was 10/10. The beer garden is so cute and cozy.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast offers different tasty options.

Left a brand new item of clothing behind in room. Contacted them about it on return home and they claimed it wasn't there. Not impressed with customer service. Obviously gone to a member of staffs wardrobe.

Le frigo ne marchait pas, la propreté n’était pas parfaite, globalement un peu cher mais c’est probablement lié à l’emplacement central dans Dublin

Really best of the best. Polite staff, helped me book a taxi with no hassle at all. Breakfast is AMAZING. Really fuels you for a long day and delicious. The room is spacious, has everything you need and more. Small fridge, kettle with tea, etc. Very comfy bed, very clean. Multiple socket types near the bed. Cupboard, iron, safe. The decor and atmosphere are amazing. Area is safe and location is super close to the bus stop that takes you to city center right away. You can also reach the place directly from the airport. If I ever visit Dublin again, I wouldn't think twice before booking here.

Great location with buses straight into town nearby in lovely village of Rathmines. Great coffee and fresh water in foyer. Nice quirky layout as old building. Parking at no extra cost. Spotless.

Breakfast was like something from Fawlty Towers. Really poor system with no one managing it. Waited 1/2 hour for food which was over cooked. One person served a part at a time. No fresh fruit salad. Tinned fruit in syrup and whole fruit only. Very disappointing choice. I stayed here some years back and the breakfast was excellent so I was really looking forward to it again. Must be change of ownership. Not one Irish person seen working there now and standards are reduced since before.

Location was fabulous. Hotel was very clean, had promise!

Extremely noisy,room 16 is right beside a)the bins b)the barrel deli ery and collection area and c) the kitchen door,which is metal and left open and they throw boxes down which land outside the window. No manager at weekends! Breakfast was pretty cooked and reheated I suspect! My husband was able to 'slice' his scrambled egg! Bacon could have been used as a weapon. Most importantly receptionist was rude and very unhelpful when I complained. Extremely dissatisfied with what could be a fabulous hotel.

A lovely family owned hotel. Staff were very helpful, and friendly. We ate there for two evenings and the food was very good. On our 3rd evening we thought we should try a restaurant in the centre for a change. The breakfasts were great too. The attached pub had live music some nights, which if we were younger we would have stayed. The sound was contained in the pub, so we heard nothing when getting off to sleep. We would stay there again.

The breakfast was very good indeed and without undue delay. All the staff were helpful and very pleasant. I will be planning to stay here for my next visit to Rathmines.
