Beautiful boutique hotel with the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Lovely staff.

We thought it was perfect.

Really well located - close enough for everything to be walkable but just on the edge so that it’s quiet to sleep! The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Pool was understandably bath warm due to how hot it is in Hoi An - but we really don’t have anything to mention that we didn’t like!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from the market and the river. Our rooms were bright, spacious, and comfortable, and the whole place had such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Tapie and the entire team were outstanding,friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. It was also very affordable and offered excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend staying here!

宿泊前にフィシングメールで、確認もせずに情報を入れてしまいました。ホテルにメールしたところそのような確認メールはしていないとの返答でした。先にホテルにメールすれば良かったと後悔しました。でも直ぐにホテルから返事があり、宿泊時に支払いでも良いという事で一安心しました。本当に詐欺メールとは全く疑いませんでした。 スパを利用しましたが、最高でした。また利用したいと思います。

壁が薄いのか隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえることがありました。

Staff were absolutely incredible with accommodating to our requests. Facilities and room were gorgeous, gym and pool were great and the buffet was delicious. Will definitely be coming back and staying at Allegro!

Lo mejor del Allegro Hoi An fue, sin duda, el extraordinario trato del personal. Mención especial para Min, una profesional excepcional que supo anticiparse a nuestras necesidades y cuyas recomendaciones hicieron nuestra estancia todavía mejor. La decoración y el tamaño de las habitaciones tambien nos gustó mucho.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Como único punto mejorable, aunque el hotel está cerca del centro, las inmediaciones no tienen el encanto del centro. En cualquier caso, es un detalle menor y volveríamos a alojarnos en el Allegro Hoi An sin dudarlo.

השירות היה נהדר, החדר גדול ומרווח והשירותים עצומים, הבריכה מפנקת והמיקום פשוט מושלם, מין והצוות היו נהדרים ולא הפסיקו לדאוג לנו .

The property was centrally located from the shops and the canal. Staff was very accommodating. Being a vegetarian, the restaurant staff prepared veg fried rice and avocado salad specially for me.

Avevo già soggiornato in un hotel di questa piccola catena e questo ha migliorato di molto il mio ricordo. Hotel di medie dimensioni, ma con camere di buone dimensioni, confortevoli e pulite. Unico neo della mia... la vista dal terrazzo era su un campo da padel, quindi poco gradevole (avrei preferito vista piscina). Per il resto giudizio positivo per la parte hotel, ma anche per il ristorante sia a colazione che a cena. Buono anche il servizio in piscina per un sandwich a pranzo. Non ho avuto modo di approfittare della spa per mancanza di tempo.

こちらの内装に惹かれて予約をしました。クラッシックかつ、ノスタルジーな感じでリラックス出来ました。事前の問い合わせにも何度も答えて下さり不安が無くなりました。フロントのタピィさん、ミカさんには特にお世話になりました。小ぢんまりとしたホテルですが、温かいホイアンを過ごせる安心な宿です。レストランも大変に美味しいものばかりでした。ディナーにもお勧めします。とにかく、随所に人の優しさが現れます。また、泊まりたいです。バスルームも清潔でした。良い旅をありがとうございました。

良くない所はほぼ無いですが、窓からの眺めに恵まれませんでした。また、ホテルの前は空き地です。コンビニ的なものはありませんので、そちらをご希望の方は大型リゾートが合うでしょう。

We loved everything about The Allegro. Rooms are spacious and exceptionally well kept, the air-con works a treat, the location is brilliant...walking distance to the Old Town...just a few steps to great restaurants, cafes and shops. The pool was refreshing on the very hot days we had. Buffet brekky was amongst the best we've had and changed daily. Staff treated us like we were family. They are kind, courteous and jovial with guests and amongst themselves. It was great to see. Special thanks to Andrew and Jane who took fabulous care of us. We would highly recommend and return in a heartbeat 😊

Excellent service; they were extremely accommodating - we were leaving Hoi An at 10pm and they were very happy to allow us to use their facilities, as well as offering use of showers at their spas if we needed. Location was really handy to old town, without being right in the midst of all of the noise. Room was very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, with great variety of food and drinks. Highly recommend. One of the favourite hotels in our stay in Vietnam!

The Allegro is perfectly located in Hoi An, a short walk to the Old Town and market. The pool is terrific and the breakfast has plenty to choose from. This was our second stay and it was largely the staff who were our reason for returning, we were made to feel as though we were returning home.

De locatie het is op loopafstand van Old town.

We hebben gemengde gevoelens over ons verblijf. We verbleven 3 nachten in dit hotel. Het hotel is op loopafstand van Old town wat perfect is. De badkamer was ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust. De receptie probeert mee te denken in oplossingen en geeft goede tips. Wat ons minder beviel is dat we bijna aankomst onze koffers zelf naar binnen moesten dragen. Er was niemand. De hospitality en service is geen 5 sterren. Het is een 5 sterren hotel en daar verwacht je ook een bepaald servicelevel. Ze proberen wel mee te denken en oplossingen te bieden. Zo heeft de receptie ook een goede tip gegeven over een spa voor een massage, want die van het hotel zat die dag vol. Deze massage is een van de beste die we in Vietnam hebben gehad. Soms komt de vriendelijkheid wat gemaakt over. De matrassen zijn echt een van de slechtste waar we ooit op hebben geslapen. Na dag 1 hadden we allebei een rug die compleet vastzat. Zelfs met het weghalen van de topper werd het er niet beter op. De balustrade op het balkon is rot en daarmee ontzettend gevaarlijk. Je kunt er niet tegenaan leunen. Vanuit onze kamer hadden we uitzicht op een tennisbaan die misschien al 10 jaar niet meer in gebruik is en vol met rotzooi ligt. Het ontbijt is prima, maar niet bijzonder. De keuze is relatief beperkt als het gaat om een Europees ontbijt. De pastries zijn keihard en verder kus je kiezen uit toast. Ons verblijf was prima voor een 3 sterrenhotel, maar zeker geen 5 sterren. Op de kamer lag een feedbackformulier die we hebben ingeleverd bi jee receptie met opbouwende kritiek. De general manager kwam hiervoor naar de receptie met de vraag om de feedback toe te lichten. De general manager gaf bij het benoemen van de rotte balustrade en een aantal andere onveilige situaties niets terug. Het leek meer een verplichte actie dan dat er daadwerkelijk wordt geluisterd naar de ervaring van hotelgasten dan wel opvolging gegeven aan.

It started with the very warm welcome and just got better. The period building is beautiful. The staff were faultless. Special shout out to Sam, Nancy, Jane and Sophie x The buffet selection and quality was the best we've encountered in our travels. Dinner in the hotel, which we only did once, was fine Vietnamese dining. Everyone made us feel special and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend it. Far enough from the hustle n bustle but not too far, 700mm, from the riverside and tourist Central. Electric tuc tuc will take you through town for only 50k ($2 Aus) when it's too hot or humid.

Truly, nothing could be faulted.

Breakfast was great and staff amazing. Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient especially Nancy. She welcomed us, booked our restaurants and transport. Location good and old town was within walking distance.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Zentrum schnell zu erreichen. Es ist auch alles sehr sauber! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The staff are fantastic! Sami on reception and Andrew the general manager cannot do enough to ensure you have a perfect stay. We also had a free taxi transfer via the hotel to Danang and the driver was excellent!

Beautiful hotel fantastic staff

L’hôtel est très confortable et mérite ses étoiles. La chambre et les équipements sont au top. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Nous avons également apprécié le prêt des vélos. Le transfert pour l’aéroport gratuit. Navette gratuite pour la plage.

La piscine est trop chaude et nous n’avons pas eu de transat à la plage. Sinon rien à redire.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Superb is an understatement! The room was so spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the facilities were outstanding and it was pure luxury.

Friendly and professional staff! Thank you Min, Nancy and Hillary. Lovely clean room, and tasty breakfast. I really enjoyed the convenient location. The huge pool was very popular.

Lovely staff, super helpful. The spa was amazing, great value for money, good location- not right in the middle of everything but super close so you can walk into the old town, night markets etc.

The buffet breakfast was slightly underwhelming

They went above and beyond to make our stay special.
