Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Rose ist wirklich super nett und kümmert sich um alles! Man kann außerdem umsonst Fahrräder ausleihen. Sie sind zwar schon recht alt, aber es reicht. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.
Leider gibt es nur zwei Liegen für den Pool.

Chủ nhà thì ko được thân thiện lắm. Mình thuê 2 phòng, 1 phòng Suite trên lầu thì ok, nhưng phòng dưới đất giá 950k mà phòng nhỏ, muỗi nhiều, phòng có mùi ẩm mốc, tivi ko dùng đc, wifi ko đc, giường thì cọt kẹt.

Śniadania bardzo dobre, od tradycyjnej kuchni wietnamskiej po europejskie potrawy, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta i chętna do pomocy. Pięknie zadbany ogród z basenem, w którym można odpocząć. Polecam ten obiekt.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Καλή τοποθεσία, 10 λεπτά από την παλιά πόλη, σε ήσυχο μέρος, με όμορφο κήπο, μια μικρή πισίνα και μικρή λιμνούλα. Το δωμάτιο, δίχωρο, μεγάλο με καλά στρώματα. Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό.
Ζήτησαν τα χρήματα, προκαταβολικά, μόλις φτάσαμε, Αυτό δεν το συναντήσαμε σε κανένα άλλο ξενοδοχείο που μείναμε. Ήθελαν να πληρώσουμε όσα νερά ήταν στο ψυγείο, 5 μικρά κι ένα μεγάλο. Ενώ σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο, ο ιδιοκτήτης μας ειχε αφήσει ένα ολόλληρο κιβώτιο νερά!

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Good quiet location, away from the main part of town. But only a short walk to the old town. Big, comfortable room. Beautiful grounds, with lots of colourful flowers and bonsai trees, and a lovely pond with fish. Lovely hosts, Ms Kim and Ms Rose. Very kind and friendly, great at organising transfers, tours and obtaining tickets to shows and attractions.
Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was from 7am to 9am. But if you went at 7am, they were only just setting up and cleaning the area. Often had to wait for food to be prepared.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Die Lage ist extrem gut, ca. 10 min. zu Fuß zur Altstadt und einem Supermarkt. Fahrräder, sogar mit Kindersitz standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Eine herzliche schwangere Dame die sich rührend um unsere Kinder gekümmert hat. Reichhaltiges Frühstück konnte man sich in einer Karte aussuchen und stand auch am Buffet bereit. Pool angenehm kühl im Schatten gelegen. Sehr schöne Teichanlage vor dem Gebäude.
Außerhalb des Pools gab es leider keine Liege- Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist nicht nutzbar, keine Gläser usw. Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlen wie überall in Asien ;-)

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026The place is beautiful and well maintained. My room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The mattresswas the mostcomfortableI'vehad in Vietnam. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the Old Town. They have bicycles you can take out to tour the area. I rode around the rice fields, to the vegetable village and to An Bang beach. Cycling to the beach took 30 minutes. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options. I highly recommend staying here.
Not a problem for me but no elevator so if you have mobility issues try booking a ground level room.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Al Riverside Impression Villa mi sono sentito molto bene. È un luogo in cui si sente la cura e l'amore di proprietari e staff. Camere pulite, la vista sul fiume è pacifica. I bonsai, lo stagno con le carpe, la collezione di vasi e di vino di riso sono speciali. La colazione ottima. Ringrazio tutto il personale, soprattutto Kim e Thieu, adorabili.

The make you go around without shoes and the floor is really slippery, my mom fell and she’s hurting now :( I would prefer if they let you wear shoes.

This was my second stay. Rose was a great help. The best part of this place was certainly the staff. The breakfast was good and it was a good place to connect with fellow travellers.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026We loved this place! Rose was fantastic, from arrival up until departure she was on hands on, helpful and friendly. The location on the river is beautiful and quiet but only a very short walk to get to Ancient Town (bicycles are also available if you prefer). The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. Complimentary tea, coffee and water is provided as well as a paid for mini bar if you wish. Breakfast was plentiful with good options for cooked and continental - I definitely recommend the Mi Quang!
There was some questionable wiring on the hot water heater in the shower

Breakfast had a great variety for something that was included in the price. Definitely one of the most value for money places I have stayed at in Asia. They also did our laundry for an amazing price.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026Location was perfect and quiet at night, and that bikes were available to get into town quickly.
We have the family room with a sofa bed, the sofa bed was not suitable for our 14 year old son due to it being two chairs side by side. We made do with the other 3 beds but it’s not a 4 bed option.
