Absolument tout. Très peu de sécurité car on a retrouvé un homme dans mon lit en pleine nuit alors qu’il ne devait même plus être dans cet établissement, toute les chambres sont ouverte donc aucune sécurité pendant qu’on dort. Le personnel a était très désagréable quand j’ai dû partir plus tôt du logement du à l’intrusion dans homme dans mon lit qui je précise a était très hostile et menaçant envers mon amie et moi. Les douches sont immonde ! A fuir !!

The location was very convenient and well connected via public transport,the staff were very helpful and friendly, the purchase of food/drink was available 24 hours a day. The room was clean and well ventilated, with comfortable beds.

The bathrooms were a bit grim ( I.e. toilet blocked and unclean) but this is caused by the other residents, not cleaning up, after theirselves.

Location was perfect.

La posizione è ottima, la struttura è carina, un edificio abbastanza antico. La sera è molto silenzioso

I bagni sono pochi rispetto alle camerate, non tutti lasciano pulito, le camere sono belle ma hanno solo degli armadietti piccoli dove ci stanno solo bagagli di piccola dimensione, avendo anche una valigia grande, non ci stava tutto. Nelle camerate ci sono solo le luci grandi, i letti non hanno piccole luci per leggere.

A limpeza é péssima, quando entrei no quarto estava muito sujo, com bolas de pó, a cama limpa mais o resto nao, quarto com cheiro de mofo e a janela abre so um pouco entao o cheiro nunca some, e sobre o banheiro quando toma banho a água vai pra todo o banheiro porque nao tem box, so tem uma cortina de plastico que fica grudando no corpo se fechar ela pois a área do box é extremamente pequena. Pra água ficar quente tem que ligar pouco o chuveiro a aí so sai umas gotas entao dificulta bastante. Nao tem cozinha nem empresta o micro-ondas pra esquentar sua comida, se comprar água vai beber quente porque nao tem geladeira pra hóspedes. Nao recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Even so temperatures dropped to 18 degrees it was very very hot in the room. Only little gap of air for a room sleeping 12. There was a noisy ventilator that only helped a little. it felt very unsafe in case of a fire. Only cold water in shower and very dirty & smelly. A few drops of water at sink not enough to wash your hands…

Comfy beds positioned away from each other gave the idea of privacy. Fans in rooms and working lockers that were a decent size. Good shower pressure. Nice bar downstairs and good location.

Shower/toilets were often wet but this could have been solved if more people used the squeegee after they showered. Could do with more bathrooms/showers especially in peak times.

I have booked a couple of times as it is near by every amenities needed and for a very interesting price.Victoria coach station, tube, coffee shops, restaurants, sainsbury is literally 5-10 min walk from the hostel so if you arrive late and you're quite exhausted, it's a gem.The 24 hr reception is great as well if you want to go in and out without any issues. The shared toilets/bathrooms are generally quite clean.

I find that three storage bunk beds are less comfortable than just having two.Its a personal preference but I also like having a little light on top of bed or near by, and a curtain for privacy expecially if coming back late and having to look for essentials in your bag, without disturbing anyone. Not sure if there is as I never asked but I think it would be nice to have a little corner with a kettle so that morning peeps ( or nightbirds) may just enjoy a cuppa instead of having to pop by the shops.But then again maybe the pub offers beverages on the spot. Last but not least,I didnt seem to find any bins in the rooms so people ended up throwing some stuffs in the bathroom bin and it can become quite full .

I use this as a base if I get in very late from Stansted. Cama in at 4am and the computer was rebooting. Doea not matter. Got myself a clean already made up bed to crash.

Bathroom needs upgrading. It was pretty some years back but having seen the monstrosity of buildings build next to Publove made me realize how much time has passed.

The beds are basic but were clean and comfortable. Very easy checkout. For the price, you get what you pay. Great location

A lot of queues for the bathroom, had to end up using the pubs own toilets. Very warm, especially in these heatwaves ! Took a while to check in despite both bars being empty

You get what you pay for I guess. I stayed in August and it was very hot in the rooms, no AC only two fans in the room for 13 beds. Bathrooms were gross, only 4 working on my floor for about 20 people. Quiet time is not enforced at all and I spent most nights not being able to sleep bc of the heat and the noise.

The black guy at the reception was very unfriendly. The room was hot even when the windows and doors were all open all night. No air conditioning. There are no curtains on windows nor bed for privacy. There were huge bags on the hallway which is risk to trip and fall

If I were to give a point, I would give it zero points for this stay. Dirty toilet, terrible shower, staff who demand money from you for the safe. I have never seen such conditions in my life, even in third countries at the train station. My personal opinion is that they should never be on the website. The living conditions are below the level of a normal person. It looked so bad that I had to leave, even though I paid for the stay, and I had to rush to find decent accommodation in London for those days.

Except for the downstairs bathroom, most bathrooms were dirty, probably more due to other guests but also it does not help that the toilets are in the same place as a shower with a poor curtain.

Perfect location for a couple of days seeing the sights in central London. In a pub which is always a plus and the bar is open all night for guests. Comfortable enough as hostels go and fully booked while I was there so obviously popular. Would use again.👍

I messaged to change a mixed room to females room which was agreed on but on my arrival the receptionist told me nothing can be done about it so i didn't have any options than to used shared room with males which was uncomfortable for me

El personal muy amable, usan el bar como zona común del hostal, lo que hace coincidir con más gente allí. Zona bastante buena con tiendas de conveniencia a dos calles y top el detalle del agua. Ponen botellas y jarras además algunos de los trabajadores hasta las ponen con hielo.

Las habitaciones no están acondicionadas para el verano, nos hemos llegado a pelear por el único ventilador que hay para los 12 que estuvimos en la habitación. Los baños es cierto que se encharcan y es un rollazo. Para mí las cortinas de la ducha estaban muy pegadas a la ducha. No tiene ascensor (para personas con movilidad reducida)

Very dirty and unkept, the shower head is full of rust and runs a small piss of water... It doesn't take much to take a mop and clean some floors! Basic hygiene is non-existent here!! Maybe the establishment is cleaned once a year!?!

The location is great for exploration of the city. The accomodation is excellent value for the cost. The bar areas, and outdoor space are very pleasant. The facilities are very good .

The weather was very warm during my visit and consequently the bunk bed dorm was stiflingly hot which made sleeping difficult, but this is to be expected in warm conditions and fans are provided in the rooms to try circulating cool air.

There were already belongings on the bunk I had been issued, and sure enough another person turned up during the night surprised that I was in their bed. Not sure whether this was someone trying their luck or a hostel error, but it was somewhat unsettling.

Great location for bus travel. Staff was amazing especially George who is a great conversationalist, ear lending and knowledgeable.

Bathrooms were a bit worse for wear. But nothing can be perfect all the time and I understand that whole heartedly

Almost all the locks on the bathrooms were broken the whole time I was there so whenever you were in the toilet/shower you’d have countless people opening the door. All the bathrooms smelt like mold and were always wet

Las duchas estan cada una en un cuartito con lavamanos y wc, la mayoria de los cuales no tenia cerradura, dejandote expuesta si alguien abria la puerta. El único que vi con cerradura, la ducha no le funcionaba. El baño no estaba muy limpio, nisiquiera por la mañana. En la habitación no había espejo y en el baño no se pued enchufar nada.

Yang girls not much good

Friendly staff and a nice old pub close to Victoria Coach Station. Triple decker bunks with power outlets, no curtain. Wire mesh locker provided. Common area is pub downstairs where you can eat your own food or buy a pub meal. Discounted welcome drink on arrival. As London goes, this place is pretty good value overall.

Los baños no cuentan con una mampara o cortina para el baño y se moja todo, siendo bastante incómodo ducharse y asearse en ellos. Creo que no costaría nada poner una mampara que evitase que el agua se derramase por todo el baño.

I had a lovely time here and was well satisfied. A blistering hot day but a short convenient walk from Victoria Coach Station. Kind, welcoming and pleasant staff, rushed through some pints for Happy Hour - nice location on a leafy pleasant street, spacious rooms upstairs. Food was a little limited, basically a limited selection of pre-prepared pizzas, but on every other metric it was great. Room was pleasant, spacious and comfy with two huge extra fans providing cooling. Yes, I loved every minute and will be sure to return here again :_)

The photos online aren’t how it looks in person, towels cost to buy couldn’t rent them, bathrooms always flooded and dirty with showers and toilet in the same flooded room, no PowerPoints in bathroom, triple bunks no curtains and unstable beds, have stayed in same priced hostels that are 10x better

The hostel is a total disaster. They messed up our reservation and we found people sleeping in our beds, this wasnt much of an issue cause the personel fixed It pretty quick. The worst part by far were the bathrooms, completely clogged, the smell of dirty water permeated the hallway and we couldnt even go to the bathroom without getting our feet wet, this was never solved in the whole time of our stay. Disgusting. It was cheap but i wouldnt really recommend.

Proximity to Victoria Coach station is great, the booking in at 2pm took a while because their WiFi kept going off. The toilets also having the showers in the same cubicle was nice. As a place to crash after a busy day great.

Very warm in this heatwave as the bunks are packed in. But in colder weather that might be a bonus.

It was TOO BLAZING HOT! When I spoke to the staff about it they said they had requested fans (that cool) and the office said, “NO!” That is just too cheap. The rooms are small. With one or two cooling fans, the rooms could have been cool. It was unbelievable. They had a 1980 oscillating fan which one guest on the bottom bunk had pointed at him! It did nothing!!! I was glad I had only booked one night. Have you ever been mad-hot? I was. How much does it cost to purchase cooling fans? It is NOT that expensive. Why wouldn’t you want good happy guests? I will never be back!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSTEL IF IT'S HOT. There's no AC and it is not prepared for hot weather, they have just this tiny fans that are not enough in nimber even for each room. The rooms are a sauna, maybe 35 degrees at night, it's just crazy. Showers are alway a dump. The water has no way to filter and it's flooded all the time. There's no kitchen.

Convenient to all relevant sites seeing and transportation. The whole place had a nostalgic vibe. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Plus, they were very organized. They honored my request for a bottom bunk. Pizza at there bar was delicious. Best Pizza I have ever eaten!. Complimentary luggage storage before and after the trip was so convenient. Quiet and safe area of town.

The bathrooms are dark and dingy. They needed to be cleaned more. No privacy curtain on bunks. Had to hang a towel for privacy. I felt the price was a lot for 1 night stay. Could have been more adequately priced for the standard of the accommodation.

Lage, Idee mit Pub und Hostel

Toiletten und Badezimmer absolut ekelhaft - wurden kein einziges mal gereinigt an 3 Tagen, kein Frühstück, Mitarbeiter (zumindest einer) absolut unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert. Uns wurden immer stückchenweise neue Regeln mitgeteilt: erst keine Getränke an Leute von außerhalb (2 Freunde) nach 0:00, aber sie können sich dazu setzen; dann plötzlich auch kein Glas mehr, sondern Plastikbecher - es wurde erst überprüft ob wir unser Getränk auch schon leer hatten (nach 30min) oder es heimlich an die beiden weitergeben; dann beim dritten Getränk: du bekommst erst ein neues Getränk, wenn du deinen Freunden sagst, dass sie gehen müssen - sie hätten schon um 0:30 weg sein sollen (wurde uns aber nie gesagt) - dann würde uns als zählenden Gästen auch einfach das Licht ausgemacht ohne mit uns zu reden (obwohl ja von 24h Bar dir Rede ist) - etwas willkürlich - vor allem weil am Tag davor zahlreiche Leute mehrere Getränke bekommen haben nach 0 Uhr, die alle keine Gäste waren...

I guess that a couple of the showers were under repair and a couple of guests in my room who insisted on using a chair to keep the room door open… had to remove the chair.
