Everything there is great. Staff are so helpful and friendly

Parking was £50 for 2 days! Room only £350 Then extra for breakfast!

The beds,mini fridge,views.Tv with as much football on as you want. Then the best part was the walk in shower with all the toiletries,absolutely fantastic.Also the brilliant breakfast.

We booked for a match day ,£240 for twin room with breakfast .On a normal day £90 for the same thing. But I suppose that’s what you expect,situated right outside Old Trafford football ground.

The dream location to be in. Imagine waking up and seeing Old Trafford in the morning… “That’s the dream!” Extremely helpful and welcoming staff, very accommodating. Additionally, the rooms have quite well-designed furniture, resulting in a very cosy environment. I would recommend it as a great place to stay, especially if you are coming for the game. It is definitely a great balue for money.

Location was close to tram station and view of old Trafford was amazing

We arrived to an issue with water so no showers or toilet facilities. We were offered a free drink and access to mini bar. Neither of us drink but even if we had the mini bar had been emptied and replaced with kids sweets. We eventually got free breakfast and parking but they still charged for the parking. They said they couldn’t discount or give partial refund because we had booked through booking.com and not with them directly

Great hotel . But for £265 for 1 person I expected more. Not even.included breakfast or room service. Went out early for work and wanting to go back for a couple of hours to relax, just to find the room been already cleaned and prepped for the next guests, without me even checking out.

Comfortable room

In verband met een vroege vlucht was ik op zoek naar een echt hotel met 24/7 receptie. Het hotel is comfortabel. Personeel aan de receptie hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Leukste detail is dat het antraciet behang in de gangen bestaat uit vele zwart-wit pasfoto’s van spelers.

Het is een football hotel. Alles staat in het teken van Manchester United. Dus veel rood, geel, zwart en wit in het interieur. Het ziet er uit als een zakenhotel, onpersoonlijk, maar prima en heel schoon.

How cosy and easy it was to access everything!

Attention to detail. Redbush tea and camomile tea in the room. Lovely Cornish mugs Great views of Manchester, we were 7th floor. Friendly & helpful staff. Looking forward to our next stay in early December.

Only that the Toilet seat was not soft close

In an excellent location, right outside Old Trafford. Less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram station, and about 10 minutes to walk to media city. Rooms are well kept and decorated with great memorabilia for all Man Utd fans (I recommend room 307) with really comfortable beds.

Room and view of Old Trafford was very nice indeed Easy to Tram stops at Wharfside and Old Trafford Astro footie on roof is very good for energetic kids and socialising. Maybe a wee net on the cut out behind the goals to stop you getting whacked with a shot on the way in

Location was perfect for our visit. Room 501 had the best view. The restaurant Manager Emily was great as was Maureen a member of the Housekeeping team who shared her knowledge of hotel facilities including the Rooftop 5-a-side pitch! Maureen should be acknowledged for her hardwork and commitment! Overall all of the staff were amazing!

The room and stay was fine. Ate at the restaurant at that was nice as well. The people who worked at the hotel where nice as well.

The thing that really pisses me off is the hotel taking advantage of its guests. Being from America and driving to the hotel from London we pulled in directly in front of the hotel to check in and get our bags out. Upon return from our trip we receive a 100 Euro ticket for parking at the front of the hotel. BEWARE!!! What a JOKE!!!

The rooms was spotless. The beds are huge with amazing pillows. Bathroom was brilliant. The staff went above and beyond for us to help make our nephews birthday special for him. With my nephew having additional needs they couldn't have done enough to make sure he was enjoying himself.

Great customer service Room came with excellent amenities, room was cleaned even though we only stayed two nights Best view of the stadium and hotel were very welcoming as we were celebrating my husbands birthday We will definitely be staying again maybe during a match day next time.

There was an issue with the water not working for few hours but the reception was always quick to compensate us for any inconveniences

Rooms were lovely, everything was absolutely immaculate, and staff were very friendly and kind, particularly to my 9 year old nephew. And location across from Old Trafford was perfect. We also found a Tesco, an M&S, an outlet centre, and an Imperial War Museum within walking distance. There's also a taxi-rank just outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a bit quirky but actually in a high class way. It was clean tidy lots of great things in the fridge, big shower, love bed and soft sheets and the Continental breakfast was delicious especially the granola . (Also did full breakfast)

The check in was simple and friendly. I requested an upgrade online after booking that was not accommodated but the receptionist upgraded me to a better themed room at no cost. View of the stadium was great. The room facilities were practical, and the room was very clean with nice little touches. Parking over the road was organised well and no inconvenience. The staff were all friendly, helpful and empowered to make decisions.

Just my personal taste but I thought the coffee was a little bitter. I like a handheld shower together with a rainfall rose, but the rainfall shower was strong and enjoyable. This is a minor issue.

Localização junto ao estádio do Manchester United. Excelente para quem procura visitar o estádio. Existe uma linha de elétrico perto do hotel que vai até ao centro da cidade. As crianças adoraram puder jogar no campo de futebol que fica no último andar do hotel. Recomendo.

Parking charge and limited drop off provision

It was in Manchester and we needed to stay in Manchester.

Shyster fines. I checked the website before booking to see about parking. It stated “Parking is chargeable at £15.00 per 24 hours on non-match days, and £25 on match days. Please note we have ANPR Cameras in place, so be sure to register your vehicle at the Hotel reception as soon as you arrive.” We called reception before arriving and they asked us over the phone for our number plate. We arrived and gave them the plate again and paid them £30 for two days parking (evidenced by bank statements). They gave us the exit code. But then a week later we receive a parking fine for £100 (I suspect another one to follow). Upon calling them I am told that apparently ‘registering at reception’ does not mean giving reception my registration number and paying for parking. It means I was somehow meant know to enter my number plate by my own fair hand into the tablet at their reception. Oh and the food was absolutely dire.

The property was better than expected and the view from our room was amazing!

For a Manchester United fan the theme is brilliant! but also just for a fan of football. Staff super friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, little extras of the themed soap/shampoo is a great touch and then the use of the football pitch on the roof is just amazing!! We had a great stay.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were amazing & really friendly, we would 100% stay again!! I booked it as a surprise for my husbands birthday as he’s a massive Manchester United fan & he was blown away!

That it features a 5 aside football pitch on the top floor, right outside old Trafford stadium, staff were friendly, the room I had booked had beautiful view of the stadium, very spacious for small family of 3, had a decent sized tv with rotating all mount with every channel you can possibly think of and what is a plus everything in the mini fridge is on the house

Never experienced any problems or have anything negative to say apart from I requested a crib for the baby but wasn’t there in the room when we arrived but wasn’t a problem at all as they brought one up straight away after we notified them

This was a trip for my parents to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. They were treated like royalty.

We stayed here at the end of a break with my son, where we had been to Alton Towers to finish his holiday. We used Manchester as a stop off point, and being United fans we booked into the hotel. Perfectly situated beside Old Trafford, it was a great spot and really convenient parking located directly across the road. Upon arriving and checking in, David (at reception) was very helpful and chatted to my shy/tired son and gave him some activities to do which they give to children. Upon heading up to our room, he stopped us and mentioned that the room we had wasn’t a stadium view so he did a bit of jiggery pokery and sorted us out with a brilliant stadium view on the top floor. We hadn’t anticipated that it we were both made up with it! The room was class, super comfortable bed and a very quiet air con which was just what we had needed at night time as we stayed during a heatwave. Football pitch on top of the hotel was great as well for booting a ball about, breakfast was great and set us up for a journey home to Scotland. Said to my son we’ll be back, and next time to come to a game. Thanks again particularly to David on reception (worked on 13 August!) for giving us a perfect stay.

Hotel was perfectly located and the staff was as nice as could be. We came from Tarpon Springs, Florida and did the stadium tour. Food and drink were good and the service and professionalism was top shelf. Rachel, Sharmilla, Tegan, Aidan, and Saffron were extra awesome. We even met Fred the Red at the restaurant!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly breakfast was good. They couldn’t do enough for you.

Excellent hotel. Staff superb, location great. The rooms offer everything you need, and some delicious freebies too. Bed is super comfortable, with lovely linens, and huge TV. Did not want yo get out of the shower it was so good. Great choice for breakfast too. Overall I would definitely stay again a day would recommend it.

Not a football fan, stayed here on a random Saturday night because it was relatively cheap. The bed was comfortable, the TV was big and modern and I had a great view of the stadium. The minibar was complimentary, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately I did find some mouldy areas in the shower and the shower didn't drain properly, which was a bit annoying. There was also no movable showerhead, only a rainfall shower. It's a decent hotel, but I think there are better options at a similar price point in Manchester.

Only slight fault could hear the roof top football pitch in room, but not a big hassle.
