الصراحة كنت حاجز غرفتين وماعجبتني الغرف واعطوني ترقية فله من غرفتين وطلبت سريرين اضافيين واعطوني بدون مقابل اشكر الموضفين الي استقبلوني عن الحظور واشكر حسن الاستقبال والضيافة

الي ماعجبني الصراحة قلة التنوع في الفطور بالاخص ان اغلب زباينهم من العرب اتمنى يكون في تنوع يناسب الذائقة العربية

A Stay That Truly Exceeded Expectations! Our overall experience at Fog Munnar was simply superb. The staff were exceptional—courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The facilities exceeded our expectations in every way. A special mention goes to the restaurant. The food was far better than what we found at many restaurants outside the resort. Although the prices may seem a little on the higher side at first, every bite makes you realize it's absolutely worth it. The quality, taste, and freshness fully justify the price. The complimentary breakfast deserves special appreciation. It certainly didn't feel like a typical complimentary breakfast—it was an exceptional buffet with an excellent variety and delicious food. Overall, Fog Munnar delivered an experience that exceeded our expectations. I would gladly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Munnar.

What could be improved: The only issue we experienced was frequent power interruptions during the night, apparently due to a circuit breaker tripping. Although power was usually restored within 20–30 seconds, it happened multiple times and disturbed our sleep. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it was the only drawback in an otherwise excellent stay.

Nothing as such

The hospitality the welcoming part also the sending of part. It was all a different experience which we havent experienced in anyoff the previous stays. Also the food and the way the room were decorated and given. Totally it was a wonderful experience. Also the spa

The staff lined up when we entered greeting us with 'Namaste'. They were very organized during check-in. Briefed us very well about their facilities, amenities and timings and where we can find information. Breakfast had limited options but good.

There was construction going on outside, but cant help that when you need to expand.

Our recent stay at Fog Munnar Resort was truly memorable. It is a great example of how a reasonably good resort can be transformed into a great experience centre — even a centre of excellence — through extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely caring staff. What makes this place special is not just the property itself, but the way the team elevates every moment with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality. Their courteous nature and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay feel exceptional.

I have few, but its irrelevent compare to the what I like

The location is excellent, stunning view from our room. Pool was very clean and well maintained.

The room size is small as to what they charge for. Broken cupboards, broken floor tiles, faded paint ,worn out towels & cracked hadwash basin. We requested for a second cold coffee and they said it will be charged. We asked for a reason for the charge and they said -as the chef has to prepare it again will be charged. However they didn't add it to the final bill but it's not a good customer service. Not much option of Fruits. They could do better by adding more fruits and yoghurt. When we checked in our TV didn't work for first 24 hours, and after it was not fixed properly as it still wasn't working and switching on/off on its own.

Just a suggestion to have steps and signs to climb the meadow in front of the reception that leads to the swing . I fell there - slipped on the grass as I came down and broke my radial bone .

Nice location with a great view. Dinner buffet was excellent. Complimentary afternoon tea was also a nice touch. Rooms were very spacious with balconies.

Used the massage services however I don't recommend that as I didn't have a pleasant experience and she used very hot oil with shirodhara which burnt my skin.

Property is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast and Dinner is really good. Though there aren’t a huge variety, the quality of foods served is amazing and the staff are really helpful in the dining area.

An incorrect bill was included in our final settlement. The staff removed it once we pointed out but we were made to wait more than 25 mins for this small correction and delayed our plan. The staff didn’t even offer an apology for this.

There was no elevator, the AC wasn’t working till the last night before checking out, the food was terrible, once I reached the hotel I was given queen bed instead of twin beds as reserved and the beds of the same room separated to twins, and the extra bed is folded iron, in the end I rate the hotel as a 3 stars hotel except the location.

المكان رايع والموظفين ممتازين والنظافة ممتازه والاكل كان ممتاز لكن في غرف العلوية الي فوق الاستقبال كان في ازعاج من الالعاب والكراسي وقت النظيف في وقت متأخر.

كل شيء كان أوكي الي ماعجبني تنظيف الكراسي المطعم في وقت متأخر مما يسبب ازعاج وقت النوم والالعاب في صاله العلويه مزعج للغرف المجاوره لا نستطيع النوم بسببهم.

No gym as advertised but they did say hotels.com have the hotel wrong. It is a nice hotel and the food was excellent. It is a great hotel but it has no bar or license for alcohol or a gym. This being said it is a lovely hotel.

Location was nice that was the only thing which was nice.

I found the lizard inside the room which is unexpected in a 5* hotel. The service was very slow as we had to call 3-4 times for anything we were asking inside the room. There was no cooling of ac. The tv was not a smart TV. Overall, it is not a 5* resort but actually a 3* hotel.

There were very limited facilities considering the price, the food was also not up to the mark especially the A la carte. In-house facilities should have been more like open courts, etc

The property was amazing!! The location is perfect for a getaway trip. The breakfast is also amazing But dinner menu can be worked on for sure The staff was very warm and curtious and veey helpful loved my stay

A unique resort with a unique location and complete privacy when welcoming guests. It has authentic customs for welcoming visitors. The staff are at the forefront of their craft when it comes to dealing with hotel guests. A warm smile never leaves their faces. The breathtaking natural beauty at the top of the high mountains provides visitors with complete comfort while staying with them. Omani coffee is served from the first morning, which is the most important thing. Many thanks to them, from the guard to the staff and finally the hotel management. I truly enjoyed my stay there.

Location is nice.. and it is a well laid out hotel. Food is very good.

They are expanding their hotel. So there is a constant noise from the construction activities all day. One doesn’t want that in a place that we visit for peace and quiet.

Huge Breakfast spread, for lunch and dinner we ordered alacarte , it was mind blowing, one of the best resorts we stayed , with the valley view room , it was really exceptional

A very scenic location. Perfect for a memorable family trip. Well maintained and clean rooms and premises. Cooperative , helpful and polite staff. Huge platter of choices for breakfast .Affordable food menu. Nice big pool and looked clean

I loved my room and the way it was arranged. It was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is very good. Room service and staff were very good and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. An important part of our stay was the evening tea/coffee cart where everybody would gather and could listen to old songs while sipping coffee and chitchatting with fellows. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Construction work was going on just outside our balcony with earthmoving equipment and men. There was a lot of disturbance. The reception people were very reluctant to change our room initially even though it was available next day which finally they did. Due to the work going on outside there was little privacy.

The scenic view of the mountains and the clouds sitting on it was something wonderful which we could see from our balcony

power failed several times in the evening and night ,no Emergency light even to back up. maintenance worker throwing all waste to the room entrance and no one was even noticed. even after complaining, next morning also same scenario.

The lift was not working and we had to take staircase everytime to the 3rd floor

The views are splendid, the service is top-notch, the property is extremely well maintained, pretty and aesthetically pleasing and big, and they serve tasty food at the restaurant which has indoor and outdoor (yet covered) seating with the view of the pool and valley. We booked a 2 bedroom cottage/villa and the rooms as well as the bathrooms were spacious! If you require anything, the staff will respond within minutes. Since we had hired a local cab, we had no issues locating the Resort anyway. The access road is good. They have activities like board games and other stuff but we didn't get the time to explore that. The Resort is about 12 kms away from Munnar city. The Resort is totally worth the price we paid. Would definitely recommend to all.

The spa is good no doubt, but could be a tad bit better. Would have liked oils with better fragrance :D
