Qu'il n'y avait pas de bar ou de restaurant dans l'hôtel. Et pour le petit-déjeuner je n'ai pas aimé carte de 5 plats en choisir qu'un seul vous avez le droit à un café ou un thé. Vous avez le droit, une omelette ou un croissant jambon ou un œuf au plat ou un bol de fruits ou deux pancakes et un verre de jus d'orange non pressé . Pas d'éclairage dans dressing

Stanze poco isolate dal rumore dei piani superiori e inferiori.

El personal fue antento con nosotros y nos dieron alternativas para poder enfriar la habitación antes de dormir.

El aire acondicionado se apaga al cerrar la habitación. En un lugar como Cancún se acumula demasiado calor mientras estas fuera, no me pareció comfortable, entiendo la posición ECO-hotel, pero hay otras maneras de ahorrar energia sin sacrificar el bienestar del cliente.

Durch die Lage des Zimmers zu Strasse ( Hauptstrasse) war es sehr geräuchsintensiv. Die Fenster liesen sich nicht verdunkeln, so das man abends bei Beleuchtung auch von aussen in das Zimmer schauen konnte.

M'ha agradat que tingués bastantes places d'aparcament tot i que és un hotel molt cèntric, i també l'esmorzar, força bo i amb varies opcions per escollir, molt bé.

Res en especial, l'hotel està força bé la veritat.

Für unsere erste Nacht in Mexiko lag dieses Hotel perfekt. Nicht in der Hotelzone, sondern in einer ruhigeren Ecke der Stadt. Es gibt wenige kleine Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel die kostenlos genutzt werden können. Den ganzen Tag über gab es kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser. Der Innenbereich ist ein kleines Paradies. Die Zimmer, sind mit einer kleinen Küche, Ventilatoren und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war super.

A little oasis in Cancún. Beautiful courtyard, huge room with a lot of windows. The breakfast is free and has a nice selection of choices.

The AC was at a fixed (very cold) temperature and was blowing very strong straight on the bed, but without it it was too hot to sleep. The hot tub and waterfall in the pool were not working.

Hôtel sympa en plein cœur de ville avec une literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner du matin était inclus et était tout à fait correct pour commencer la chaude journée. Quelques places de parking devant mais un autre légèrement plus loin en contrebas (près de l’hôpital) où vous pouvez facilement vous garer sans frais supplémentaire.

Le mobilier et la décoration sont à l’ancienne.

Leuk hotelletje. Niet perse goedkoop voor wat je krijgt, maar wij vonden de tuin erg aantrekkelijk. Lekkere hangmatten in de tuin en een zwembad. Ontbijt is lekker én best ruime keuze. Parkeergelegenheid is aanwezig.

De airco kreeg de kamer niet echt gekoeld, hierdoor bleef het warm op de kamer. Voor een eerste nacht na een lange reis is het niet een heel comfortabele kamer.

Le cadre idyllique avec une très belle végétation en pleine ville! Piscine et jacuzzi agréables, habitation spacieuse, propre et bien équipée (kitchenette).Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel.

L'attente à la réception : la réceptionniste était seule avec beaucoup de travail et nous avons attendus presque 10mn sur le trottoir avant qu'elle puisse nous ouvrir le portail d'entrée, même scénario pour mettre le jacuzzi en route. Une deuxième personne à l'accueil ce serai bien. Le prix des massages malgré est un peu cher par rapport à l'hôtel.

Posto INCANTEVOLE: immerso in un verde da giungla ma si è in piena città (con piscina nel mezzo del verde e Jacuzzi annessa…una vera pacchia sembrava di nuotare nella giungla!!!) , camere enormi la nostra aveva addirittura una piccola cucina, ottimo condizionamento della stanza (ventilatore ed aria condizionata), letto gigante e comodissimo, personale squisito, pulizia eccelsa, buona la colazione (alla carta ed espressa ma inclusa), posizione ottima: lontana dalla terribilmente turistica zona hotelera permette di respirare atmosfera locale in zona sicura, con un supermercato ben fornito a due passi dall’albergo. 10 minuti in macchina da porto Juarez (da qui sono 15 minuti di traghetto per Isla Mujeres, dove il sargasso non esiste!). Se dovessimo tornare a Cancun torneremmo qui di sicuro!!! Infinite grazie per la splendida permanenza!!

Grundsätzlich ein tolles Haus mit wunderschön grünem Innenhof. Jedoch etwas verlebt und mit Deko-Krimskrams verdekoriert.

Wir hatten sehr viele Mücken. Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen.

L’hôtel est assez mignon une jolie cour avec des plantes très agréable, une piscine, l'endroit où on prend son petit dejeuner (très bon d'ailleurs) est très sympathique.

nous louions une chambre pour trois et avons eu une chambre avec deux petits lits doubles. comme souvent l'enfant n'est pas vraiment compté. La chambre était assez sombre et donnait sur la piscine donc potentiellement bruyante. Mais je chipote, dans l'ensemble et pour le prix c'était bien.

- location is good. Very close to supermarket, restaurants and also ADO station - staff are nice and helpful - kitchen facilities are good and useful - overall very clean - rooms are a decent size - didn't use pool but looked nice - breakfast is good

- given the heat and humidity of Cancun, together with the plants and trees, the hotel is a haven for mosquitoes. They are everywhere! - wifi is really poor. Only works well near reception - lots of lights everywhere so the rooms never go dark, so sleeping is tough as the rooms are so bright - hot water takes a very long time to come through the taps, or sometimes it never does

Dat er weinig ligbedden zijn. Dat je zonder toestemming niet even aan een tafel kan gaan zitten om een spelletje te doen in het restaurant. De kamers zijn toe aan een opknapbeurt. Er hangt een vieze geur in het restaurant tijdens het ontbijt.

Habitación super amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno super rico y el hotel en si muy bonito y muy cuidado. Solo hicimos una noche de paso pero si vuelvo por Cancún sin duda repetiríamos. Lo recomiendo!

Hotel is basic

L’endroit est très joli, bien placé par rapport à la station d’autobus ADO pour les déplacements entre grandes villes. La climatisation est très appréciable et le personnel accueillant.

Même si le petit-déjeuner était compris et très bon, nous ne sommes limités qu’à un seul plat pour qu’il soit compté dans la formule, sinon il fait payer un supplément.

Very tasty breakfast, good location as I went to Cancun for dental work and hotel was walking distance to their office. Also close to ADO bus terminal and supermarket.

Hotel scelto per la vicinanza al terminal Ado. Quando si varca la soglia è come entrare in un'oasi: vegetazione rigogliosa, non sembra di essere vicino al centro città. La zona non è nulla di che ma c'è personale 24/24h e si è in totale sicurezza. Personale gentile, ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli ed erano sempre disponibili. Camere spaziose, venivano rifatte giornalmente. Colazione buona, sempre rivolta ad un consumo healthy, come da filosofia dell'hotel.

La piscina è un po' piccola, più indicata per i bambini.

The garden is spacious and nice, the environment is cozy and the atmosphere relaxed: the unusual style and small scale makes it a different experience from other accommodations in Cancun. Parking available just in front of the hotel.

Our room was a bit basic and smelled of humidity, but we stayed one night, so we did not complain. The shower head went off as soon as we opened the water, so we had to use it with low water pressure to keep it in place.

Tiene buena ubicación, esta cerca del terminal del ADO, la habitación tiene buen tamaño. Las áreas del comedor y piscina tiene muchas plantas.y el desayuno es muy bueno.

No aceptan la opción de hacer late check out,, estaban haciendo trabajos de remodelación y molestaba el ruido. El ingreso a la habitación lucía descuidado.

Viaje por gusto para ver familia y quize un par de noche sola de descanzo. Estuve a gusto y el desayuno estuvo bien. No tiene muchas opciones pero te sirven un poco de frutas, cafe o te aparte del platillo que escojas.

Como no reconoci lo que eran, me asustaron unos bichitos pequeños en el area del baño y las ventanas que saltaban, por un momento pense que eran pulgas, pero no estaba segura, luego confirme que eran colembolos Como es un hotel ecologico con plantas veo que no es sorpresa ver estos bichitos en Cancun con humedad a 80%

Café da manhã bom, não tinha muita variedade mas era o suficiente. O apartamento tinha uma cozinha, o ambiente externo era muito bonito, agradável com muito verde. O atendimento muito simpático.

O quarto e a cozinha tinham forte cheiro de mofo quando chegamos, acredito pelo ambiente todo ter muita vegetação, mas ligamos o ar condicionado e o problema foi resolvido.

The location was very convenient, the service was excellent and the cleanliness was admirable. The hotel is an oasis of nature in the middle of the city but everything was clean and tidy.

The staff were very kind and attentive. I was able to enjoy the pool a little longer after my checkout and take a shower there - this helped a lot as I had a 4pm flight. Also, I really appreciated how clean everything was, and the proximity to the bus station.

I wouldn’t describe the breakfast “superb”. I could only pick one dish, and it was pretty underwhelming. The inner courtyard with the pool is very nice, but the interior in the rooms feels dated and the shower jumps from scalding hot to freezing cold without touching the knobs.
