Parkside Sunline Hotel

Sehr gutes Frühstück im 13. Stockwerk mit einem 360 Grad Blick. Das Hotel ist knappe 10 Minuten von der Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) entfernt und ist tatsächlich von dort aus auch gut Fuss erreichbar. Außerdem wollte ich Hanoi außerhalb der touristischen Districts kennenlernen.

Ich reagiere empfindlich auf Klimaanlagen, vor allem, wenn diese durchgehend in Betrieb sind bei den hohen Temperaturen, die geherrscht haben. Ich hatte keine andere Wahl als in dieser Zeit in Hanoi zu sein, aber wenn es sich einrichten lässt, sollte man auf jeden Fall eine günstigere Reisezeit wählen.

The staff was fairly nice and water was available to purchase in the mini fridge.

the rooms were super small, we thought it was a 3 star hotel but the rooms were dirty and dusty and we all got6 sneeze allergies while in the room, the air conditioner is old and it took a while to start plus the control had to be pressed for 10 seconds to start. The breakfast was limited with options, coffee tasted like water and no air conditioner in the dining area, I had breakfast one and then I preferred to buy outside. the corridor for my room (level 9) had a weird smell of old food every day, I would not recommend this hotel to stay.

Good location near the old centre. Very comfortable bed. Clean and hot shower. There’s a gym but I didn’t use it. Nice concierge.

The breakfast was ok, didn’t look the same as the photos. However, they still do have a buffet of a selection of foods.

Breakfast had enough choices to suit anyone, staff where friendly and polite, Check in and out was easy, hotel is not as close to the Old quarter as i thought, but enjoyed being away from the noise and people. The customer care staff member "Long" was such a help to me with directions, ideas, help with the fixing the air conditioner, and just having a friendly chat.

Un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la tumultueuse Hanoï. Pour nous, l’emplacement était excellent : à l’écart des quartiers trop touristiques tout en restant à proximité directe, et juste à côté d’un lac, idéal pour les amateurs de course à pied ou de promenades. Tout le personnel est absolument charmant, que ce soit à la réception, au petit-déjeuner ou le personnel de ménage : toujours souriant, poli et très attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner, servi tous les matins de 6h à 10h, est de très bonne qualité, avec un large choix et une belle variété, certains plats changeant d’un jour à l’autre. La salle du petit-déjeuner se situe au dernier étage et offre une jolie vue, ce qui rend le moment encore plus agréable. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire. Deux petites bouteilles d’eau ainsi que du thé et du café sont fournis chaque jour, ce qui est très appréciable.

S’il fallait vraiment mentionner quelque chose ici, et cela ne relève absolument pas de la responsabilité de l’hôtel, nous avions demandé une chambre au calme ne donnant pas sur la rue principale. La demande a bien été respectée, mais la chambre donnait sur un immeuble en construction, ce qui occasionnait des réveils très matinaux en raison des travaux.

Bathroom was tiny inside room with see through frosted glass windows able to see basically whoever is in the shower/toilet, shower/toilet/sink right next to each other making everything wet without divider otherwise nice little room.

Das Zimmer war sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: extrem freundlich, grosszügig und sehr hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut betreut. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem guten Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Der Strassenverkehr ist, wie überall in Hanoi, gut hörbar.

Amazing view on top floor during breakfast

Great location, adjacent to a nice park, within reasonable walking distance of the Old Quarter, lots of great restaurants and coffee spots nearby. Neighborhood not full of tourists like the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy. I enjoyed the view from the rooftop breakfast area in the morning.

This has become my new usual place to stay in Hanoi. The facilities are clean and nice and it's at a good location for our purposes. It's in a relatively quiet part of the city and there are good restaurants to the NE of the hotel. There's a park at the end of the block to the west, and this part of the city is not touristy and has few foreigners in it.

It's a little more expensive than I would like, but it's well within the reasonable range for Hanoi.

Staff are good we stayed there as it was only 1KM to French hospital. Short taxi ride to old quarter and walking distance 400m to Vincom centre. Bed was comfy room very clean and staff very helpful and friendly

We stayed one night, and arrived there at around 5pm. The staff was very helpful, organized the Hotel Taxi to go to the airport 5.30 AM next day. Received the wake-up call on time and then reached the airport as planned.

Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and included all the amenities that you'd need. The hotel is also a walkable distance from many tourist attractions.

Hotel breakfast was a bit limited in terms of options available. The hotel is also next to a very busy road. This may be unsuitable if you are going to be walking exclusively or are travelling with small kids.

Restaurant not open for lunch or dinner

Very friendly and committed staff, all well speaking English. The hotel is in shortest walking distance to the lake and lots of shops and restaurants, but quiet for sleeping at night. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely.

Staff were the nicest in any hotel I have been in- always happy to help and kind- they also seemed genuinely happy to see us- including breakfast, reception, the doormen, laundry and room cleaning staff. Breakfast was great. The gym was a bit small so not very useful but the hotel is right next to a park so you can go for a run outside. They have washing machines for you to do your own laundry and also have a laundry service. Everything is clean and they clean your room every day- but if you don’t want to and put the do not disturb sign on your door they’ll leave a bag with some water and fresh towels on the door. Overall a lovely experience

The hotel employees were welcoming, really nice and very obliging! The room was big, you have a lot of space to put things, the bathroom is nice too. Everything was clean. The breakfast was really good too and offered a lot of different food. I had a great time here!

Room was good

The staff is just lovely. Everyone is very attentive and helpful - from making calls/ reservations for you to folding your clothes from the washing/ drying machines, (which can be used for free) the moment the program has finished. There are plenty of options available for breakfast, which is more like brunch as it includes warm food. Food can also be delivered here via Grab and a Winmart is located next to the hotel. I felt pretty safe travelling alone and staying here for several weeks.

Can hardly think of anything... Probably the type of instant noodles which can be purchased from the Minibar but it's good that these are offer these.

Great staff and great service. room wasn’t what I expected as pictures were better than what it was. Toilet and bathroom was together which I didn’t expect and room was quite small. Location was not bad only 5 minute taxi ride to old quarter.

The staff went out of their way to help us. Young girl on front counter and the bellboy were exceptional, both of them were so friendly and helped us for what ever we wanted. The room was big, clean and spacious.

the hotel itself is fine rooms comfortable, however no bar or restaurant. the location of his hotel is not safe for tourists. it is on a busy dual carriageway and no restaurants within walking distance only coffee shops. travelled the world and this is the first time i have ever felt uneasy. went to bed hungry. the old quarter is amazing about a 10 minute taxi ride away and a much better option to stay in

Good service from the staff and excellent breakfast

Drain for sewer is not working well, but it should be okay if the shower is sometimes turned off. Local restaurants (located on the sreets) are available and you can enjoy "real Vietnam".

シャワーの水はけが最悪でシャワー使用後に身繕いするのにサンダルをはいて水たまりの中に立つのは我慢できないひどさです。トイレの洗浄装置も壊れていて水が出るけどおしりには一滴も届かない状況でした。

Our room was on the small side, but bigger rooms are of course available at a higher price.

One of the best hotel I had in the history of hotel bookings. Well located few steps from the lake, shoopings and the old city. The room was super confy, clean with all necessary ameneties. The service was more than expected, employees were very friendly, caring and overall very professional. Bonus point the view while enjoying a nice breakfast. You can book without even thinking.

Hello everyone, Actually the hotel is in good location . You could by everything in nearby . The breakfast is good . Only some of the room is too small on my view . Their Staffs good and know how to speak English .

I stayed here 3 nights for a business trip. The room is neat, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast is good and varied, and served in the top floor restaurant with a wonderful view of the city. There is a 24-hour free laundry room on the basement floor. The staff is very friendly, helpful, attentive and hospitable. Highly recommended if you don't want to stay in the old quarter.

Perfect facilities and services for Japanese people on business trips. The cost was reasonable and I am very satisfied.

- No cockroaches or other insects! - Overall comfort was good (bed, couch, bath); proper mattress; Everything seemed clean. - The room had an awesomely huge window. - The bath tub was long enough to relax in it. - 1st floor had a vending machine with affordable water.

- The room was extremely noisy, because it was facing the main street. If you stay here, I highly recommend getting a room not facing the main street (Everyone is sounding the horn all the time, even in night hours 2am, 3am, ..). - Air conditioning was too noisy to sleep with. Need active noise cancelling to sleep. ( I might be more sensitive than you, regarding this). - Windows did not have mosquito nets. - Bath: Water temperature did not go over about 42 degrees. Bath water became cool very soon.
