The overall experience at the hotel was very good! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making it very comfortable to stay. it is well-maintained and the staff are fluent in English, so communication is not an issue, and everyone is friendly. The breakfast, in particular, is very delicious. I would give it a five-star value for money!

New hotel, clean, beautiful, and modern interiors, enthusiastic and friendly staff. The hotel is right across Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast - You can also order dishes like egg dishes, pho, and pancakes, which are delicious. The location is also great, making it one of the best hotels to stay at within this price range.

An amazing stay experience right in the center of Hanoi!: I just had a vacation at Lheritage Diamond Hotel and I am completely satisfied with my experience here. The hotel is located on Nha Chung Street, in a very prime location, right in the center but still maintains tranquility and privacy. From here, it's very convenient to move to the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, or famous dining spots. The rooms are decorated in a sophisticated boutique style, cozy and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable, with modern equipment and full amenities, providing a home-like comfort. The biggest plus is the staff. Everyone is very friendly, polite, and enthusiastic in assisting from the check-in process to advising on local attractions. A wonderful accommodation space with a price completely commensurate with the quality. I will definitely come back here on my next trips to Hanoi and will recommend it to friends and family!

I only stayed for one night, but the hotel upgraded my room to a bigger one, which was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was superb—either completely new or extremely well maintained. The staff, from reception to the waitstaff, were truly 5-star—not just 4-star! Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of buffet options, some nice pastries and small croissants, and, best of all, great coffee! Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay at L’heritage Diamond Hotel in Hanoi! Everything was great, from the room to the breakfast and the service. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. It was delicious, with both a buffet and à la carte options, so there was plenty of variety. Everything we tried was really good! All of the staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I would happily stay here again!

The walking accessibility was excellent, and the room size and amenities were well-equipped, making it very convenient. The shopping and breakfast service were also great, overall making for a satisfying experience, and the friendly attitude of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation were impressive.

Fabulous hotel! Only stayed 1 night but wish we had time to stay longer! The room was stunning, spacious and very comfortable! The hotel itself was well located, very clean and modern and all staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing and had so much variation! This was a very nice hotel. Boutique hotel situated in close proximity to Hoan Kiem Lake, food places and shops. Very easy to go sightseeing from here. Grab pickup is very convenient at a very low cost. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and hospitable. They respond to inquiries quickly too. Morning breakfast offers a nice and tasty spread of food choices. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return to stay here again.

The staffs are well-trained, most of them are extremely polite and caring. The rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is served both buffet and Ala Carte. Location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk to the Hoan Kiem lake and 1 minute walk to the Cathedral. Many attractions are also nearby.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Town, within walking distance to many popular attractions. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the 10th floor, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Hanoi while eating — such a great way to start the day! What impressed me the most were the staff members. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everyone greeted me with bright smiles. The front desk staff spoke English fluently and were always ready to help, which made my trip much easier. My husband and I stayed at Lheritage Diamond Hotel in Hanoi for a part of our vacation in Vietnam. I stayed for two consecutive nights and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel is well-equipped and the cleanliness is well done; the soundproofing in the rooms is good, so you won't be disturbed by the outside. The bathroom is spacious with a good separation of dry and wet areas, and the location is excellent, making travel easy. It's just over 200 meters from Hoan Kiem Lake, the Cathedral, and Pizza 4. The staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast variety is rich and of high quality, with options like cured ham...., which you can enjoy to make it worth it . Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I recommend it

This place is located near Hoan Kiem, making it a great spot for walking around, so I made a reservation. I usually stayed at 5-star hotels, but I chose this one solely because of its location. However, I was much more satisfied than I expected. The breakfast restaurant was small, but the menu had more variety than a 5-star hotel buffet, which was nice. I was disappointed that I could only use it once during my 3-day stay due to my schedule. Thank you for tidying the room every day; the bedding was also nice and fresh. If I go to Hanoi again, I would love to visit this place once more!

The service here is very good; they help you with your luggage when you get out of the car, so you don’t have to carry it yourself. They are very thoughtful and help you find everything you need. After you check in, you can sit by the side and they will assist you with the check-in process while also bringing you drinks. The breakfast on the rooftop has a great view, and the food is quite good. Mainly, the service is absolutely excellent, and the location is also very good. I visited 36th Street and the train station, which are nearby.

Really beautiful hotel very central in the old quarter . Rooms are very elegant and well appointed and the staff are endlessly welcoming, accommodating and available to assist in reception, housekeeping and the restaurant. We have spent 2 nights here, and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was lovely with a large, very comfortable bed. Breakfast choices are great and food options well prepared. There are several great places to eat nearby. All of the staff here have been amazing and can't do enough for you. They are very welcoming, and were terrific at organising things like transport and day trips for us. We would absolutely stay here again!

One of the most wonderful experiences traveling internationally. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were so kind and accommodating. James was so kind and welcoming and arranged the most wonderful trip for us! I took a late flight out of Hanoi and they took care of my luggage and even offered a shower to freshen up before my international flight. Special thanks to Pon for his kindness and attention to detail in making sure I was comfortable before my travels. We had such a comfortable stay we booked an extra night. 100% would recommend staying at Lheritage Diamond when visiting Hanoi!

Loved this hotel! The rooms were great. The hotel is situated close to the city centre, but the location still felt peaceful! The breakfast was also very tasty! The service was excellent. James was a very helpful host! When I return to Hanoi, I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful time at this oasis of peace in the middle of the Old Quarter. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable, with cosy beds and an excellent shower. As Old quarters can span across a big area, this sat at the rim of it, is 3mins away from the old street, Hoan kiem lake, Church, is at slightly more quaint street, beautifully designed hotel, rooms and just very comfortable stay. Was at the Superior and it's fabulous size. Breakfast is a nice selection, cosy setting and does not feel wasteful. Perfect for travelers who support boutique sized operations, love a well designed room or space, comfort and on a thoughtful travel plan. Overall very fruitful trip & experience.

Lovely hotel, good location - close enough to walk to everything (around 2 mins to Hoan Kiem Lake) Stayed in double room and single and both were great. We spent 4 wonderful nights at this hotel. I must say, the thing that makes this hotel stand out is the care and consideration the staff bring. This hotel is a few mins walk from walking street and pretty much central to all the main sites. The room was comfortable and if we needed anything extra it was accommodated. Thanks to you all for making our first trip to Vietnam so warm, comfortable and memorable. We had an extremely happy and relaxing visit.

The staff are very professional. They treated us with a lovely smile and made our stay very cozy. The morning buffet is also delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and the semi-open-air pool on the 10th floor is also a great place to indulge in views of Hanoi's cityscape downstairs. The hotel itself faces a busy old town street. Convenience store across the street is also convenient. In Hanoi, there are many motorcycles and cars (and driving is rough), and there are no traffic lights on the roads, so crossing the street is a life-threatening thing to do. However, from Friday night to Sunday, the area around the lake (near the hotel) will be pedestrianized, so if you can adjust your schedule, we recommend staying on the weekend.

The breakfast offered a good variety of Vietnamese and international dishes, and the rooftop area provided a pleasant place to relax. The hotel also assisted us with tour arrangements, making our Hanoi visit smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and felt that the hotel offered excellent value for money. You always welcomed and sent me off with a smile. The room was new and very clean. The room had shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a toothbrush. The breakfast venue was on the 10th floor, and I could overlook the church and the cityscape from the terrace.

First of all, the location is great. It's at the edge of the old town, so it's not noisy and quiet, making it great for sightseeing in the city. the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast and tea time snacks on the spacious 10th floor with a great view are excellent. Everything is neatly set up, and the pho is much cleaner and tastier than what you might get elsewhere. Above all, the staff members are very friendly and greet you with a smile whenever you meet them. I had a very comfortable stay.

The location in the city center was convenient for walking around nearby tourist attractions, the coffee street, and the night market. The room condition was good. I arrived earlier than check-in time on the first day, the friendly staff allowed me to check in quickly while enjoying a welcome drink, which was great. The breakfast was also well-equipped, and the coffee was particularly delicious. Overall, I appreciate everyone’s kindness and friendliness.

The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. The breakfast was also very excellent. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that all the staff are friendly. Their efforts were very impressive. Sabi Ms, who attended to us, prepared a birthday cake and wine to celebrate my birthday. Phuong also always treated us kindly with a bright smile. The location is very good, close to the supermarket and Hoan Kiem Lake. They even prepared bed flowers and a cake as a gift when I informed them in advance about my child's birthday. Unfortunately, when my child had a fever and couldn’t eat breakfast, they allowed me to take it to go. Although it was quite challenging, the staff really helped me out. Thank you!
