Bonjour, l'hôtel est agréable. Des matins il y eu très tôt des bruits dans le couloir des chambres par le personnel, ce qui me réveillait le matin. Le bassin de la piscine a besoin d'être nettoyé car les parois/murs sont lipeux, et de laisser en permanence les pompes fonctionner ce qui permettrait d'avoir une eau claire et propre. il serait bien d'avoir une chaîne française a la TV. Il n'est pas resonnable de demander au client de payer un verre cassé dont il n'est pas responsable et ni l'auteur. Le petit déjeuner est très pauvre, il n'y a pas de jus de fruit. Tous les matins il a fallu réclamer quelque chose, fourchette, serviette de table, poivre, fruits absents de l'assiette, parfois le café qui était aussi absent, etc..

room 302 , was large enough , 2 queen sized beds shower water was nice tropical rain faucet about 2kms from cbd ,, handy to airport

a noisy heatpump ,, air conditioner i had to turn off at night ,, not so comfortable sleeping as was very humid weather for the time of year restaurant was either closed in the evening or closed after 1 hr of being open. get there early i think because very few people staying at hotel ?? TV only had a few local channels

The hotel is closest to Hagedorn Coliseum. It is highly recommended if there are events there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has two buildings; some guests may be assigned to the Annex building. The elevator is good and you can take stairs as an option. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning is available. Plated breakfast is available. There is a gym and pool. I think the hotel becomes crowded when there is an event in the coliseum. There is an affordable laundry shop in the parking space and guests can just use it as an option. There is a small grocery 5 minutes away by walking. Since many of us were staying in the hotel, we requested for more vegetables and fish for healthier breakfast. The staff made it possible and we appreciate it.

The hallways to the rooms are carpeted and look a bit old. But they are cleaned everyday. It takes 15 minutes walk to a nearby good coffee shop but choices nearby are very limited. Puerto Princesa is a small city and you can easily book a car or motorbike to nearby malls or tourist spots.

10/10 would recommend the bed. We slept most of our stay 🤣

breakfast / food at the place was less good, much better to go to one of the shopping centers or other eating places. we had booked a transfer from the airport and got this confirmed by email but no one showed up, it's frustrating to stand in the heat and wait and the phone number they gave goes to some marketing people who of course weren't at work

There are only few selections at the breakfast buffet and the refill of food is too slow, we almost got nothing to eat.

I was given a room with outdated fittings and especially the bathroom was in very poor state of repair. The breakfast was quite poor and not fully operational when it opened at 6am. But it was cheap. Apparently some rooms have been refreshed but beware if you get an old outdated room

Cute hotel that is organized and run well. Has a restaurant there that we went to dinner at, which was good.

Breakfast was weird. We were told it was a buffet but each guest gets one shot glass of milk per person. Bizarre. No tea and no butter. Weird.

The noise from the compressor outside our room window was very loud and the breakfast was not very good at all The hotel supposed offer airport transfer but our plane landed after 9:40pm and the last pick up from the hotel was 9pm, I found it was misleading and not very happy about paying for the transfer out of our own pockets

The accomodation is near to the city centre, everything is accessible.

The room was generally comfortable, staff were helpful, and it was great that the accommodation had a pool. My favorite, the laundry place, was in the same driveway and at competitive rates.

One of the main reasons we selected this accommodation was for the available gym. Disappointed to say that it was not usable as the equipment was outdated and unsafe to use. The room was not the cleanest, had dirt markings on the walls. After a 5hr drive from another city and checking in at 2pm, the last thing we needed was to wait another 1hr before being let in the room as it was not ready.

The room has the basic of what every guest needs. My request for the floor mat has been provided immediately. The staff are friendly.

Room smell like too much moist in it. Air con needed all the time. A minimum investment in the building would be welcomed to give it a better look to customers

The location - nearby the airport. The staff are all impeccably amiable and helpful. The breakfast offerings are varied and staff are accommodating. They have outdoor gym and swimming pool. Green towels are provided if you’re swimming in the pool. All in all, we had a great stay at Uno.

The dust under the beds and under the table but it did not affect our experience.

The bed is ok

I don't like waiting 40 min at the reception because the room is not ready. (Room ready at 2h30pm). They don't have proper Aircon at the reception. The chairs are in wood and not comfortable. . I don't like that i have to operate the Aircon myself (the room was warm as hell) I don't like to wait 45 min to finally figure out that the Aircon is not working properly. At check out: I don't like to wait an additional 10 min for someone to check the room. 10 min to check if I stole the TV is very long. The toilet paper is the cheapest on the market. Overall I don't like to pay 2000 php for that very poor service.

Old facilities esp in the shower area - tiles are no longer snugfit, smelly water is coming out of the shower, drain take a long time to pull in water

It’s a decent hotel. If you need a place to stay in PP it’s an good option. Room was decent, not special. Pool same story. They have a free shuttle to the airport which is nice.

Breakfast was not good, didn’t taste nice and didn’t have “obvious” options like normal bread, butter, cheese, milk for cereals. Transfer to the airport was 20 mins later than it was suppose to go. The airport is very close so we made it on time but it’s not something you want to stress about.

The location is so convenient

The resto, the area is hot because no aircon however the food is delicious.

Area for coffee doesn't have outlet. Small cockroaches in the bathroom. Mixed vegetables in the limited buffet had small cockroach. Coffee taste like water in the buffet. swimming pool is nice. Toilet didn't flush but it was okay after they fixed it. TV wasn't providing good or clear pictures.

Nice hotel with an nice 24/7 pool and a green garden to sit and rest, have coffee and read. Close to the main street but yet really silent. Nice green area, nice pool, nice water pressure and the hot water is to the left and works fine. Nice shower with an overhead shower as well. Really close to the BDO bank as well.

The options for the Airport shuttle, not everyone can fit the 12 or 16 schedule and especially if your flight leaves at 15:35 because no one wants to spend 3 hours in an airport since it's only 10 minutes away by car.

Location of this hotel is excellent. Lots of restaurants, shops and Mc Donalds at a walking distance. We were just for a night on our way to El Nido. Found all staff very friendly. The breakfast has a little choice,

The amenities are very limited. The property is very close to the airport yet their free airport transfer is not frequent hence we have to pay for our airport transfer as we will be either 2 hours early or 15 mins late.

Place is accessible and the staff is helpful it’s just the noise you can hear other people’s talking outside of the room and the banging from upstairs. The safe box is not working.

The place was clean, but there's an old wood smell when we enter the room.

The TV turned on by itself. The chicken I ordered wasn't cooked yet, but I enjoyed the sauce. I didn't notice the meat because the sauce was so delicious. I only realized when I saw the inside of the meat.

Even though the air conditioning was effective the unit leaked water which stained the wallpaper and created visually a dirty ambience.

This is a good option for family staying in Puerto Princesa. Staff is great - friendly and helpful. There is a patio near the pool with tables where you can comfortably have a snack/lunch. The pool is big and well maintained.

There are three air conditioning units in the balcony which is just in front of the bed in one room and four of them in the another one (we booked two adjusted rooms). Just imagine the horrible noise when all of them are working at once.... Who came up with the idea to place air conditioning units on the balcony?

Great Staff! Not your typical 5 star hotel but staff talaga nagdala …Everyday our room is clean … breakfast is ok, but yung ala carte nila is good 👍👍 masarap din… close cia sa airport so its a plus din… pool is clean too ❤️❤️ i recommend this hotel ☺️☺️

Breakfast choices was very good but a little cold when we ate.

I reserved and adjoining family room but not available when we arrived. We were given 2 rooms and was informed that it was an upgraded rooms bit don’t have anything to compare since it was my first time to book there.

Connected family room was really good. The staff was very kind and smiling, always ready to help. The value for the money was ok. The tours they organized was really very good.

Breakfast was average. The place of the hotel is average. The swimming pool was small and seemed like a little bit dirty, we did not use.

Staffs are very friendly and accomodating of flexible early check in and late check out. There is also a free airport transfer upon check out.

Pool isn't open during our stay. Breakfast is only a plate of silog so it's a bit pricey. It's cheaper (half the price) to eat the same silog meal at nearby cafes.

Breakfast was pathetic , very limited options for western taste as dominantly Chinese food and design , very poor . No fruit at all extremely bad coffee( brown water) waste of 300 pesos for breakfast charge . Mind the birds as they attacking your plates on the table as rice attracts them .

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. WIFI was fast. They were also quick to respond to your needs. This place is near the airport and the big shopping malls.

The pictures look nice in booking.com but in actual the place looks a bit old. The bathroom looks dirty, with stains on the tiles. I wished they put extra effort in cleaning the bathroom. We only stayed for one night and moved to a different place. This would fit someone traveling with a limited budget, who just needs a place to stay. Breakfast was not great.

The location was great

Stayed here for a night as I leave early for El Nido, room was clean and shower was good. Pool is great too, restaurant on site and as always in Philippines the desk staff very friendly and helpful A real gem. There’s a few bars and restaurants nearby but nowhere is that far on a tricycle

Cold buffet breakfast

The size of the room and the bed. I also liked the location since it is accessible to almost almost everything.

The bathroom had a leak, and the elevator seemed unkept because the carpet was dirty.

Beds were very comfortable and location is very convenient for the airport and to the shopping areas.

The bathrooms could do with some maintenance.

It was nice that the hotel was close to the airport, and it was nice that they took me to the airport.

After taking a shower in the bathroom, the water did not drain well.

Nice big rooms,comfy bed,good room make up, pool for hot afternoons. Food market across street,atm,beer shop next door. Thalias noodle house 50 metres away good size pork/ beef noodles at good price. Also free airport pick up on request
