Easy to find , staff in the office were lovely and it wasn’t a mission trying to check in , the room we got ( 9 ) was sooooo spacious and just loved it !

TV sound turned down to 30% out of 100%, so could hardly hear it. Terrible! Safe locked when arrived and staff had to give me "special key" to open and lock.

How clean our room and amenities were.

There is nothing really that comes to mind.

I am disabled; and grateful the toilet and shower especially catered for my needs. In forty years of motel living it is one of the best facilities for disabled, especially bathroom purposes.

Lounge furniture not as comfy as the bed was, fresh lounge suite a suggestion especially with my spinal issues it was not comfy, so laid up in bed or dining room chair

All aspects of my visit to this motel were of an excellent standard Wonderful view of the ocean and of the morning sunrise over the horizon

I could not fault

We checked in just after 1 pm. I didn't understand when I paid a good price for a night expecting to check in at least 10-11 not in the afternoon noon just to check out the next day at 10 !! Very disappointing.

The room had a wonderful view, if only we could have seen it through the rain. This was a very comfortable and warm place to stay inside out of the winter weather.

Very spacious, comfortable king sized bed, large bathroom and spa bath in main room with ocean views across the road, and a two person lift to take your luggage to upstairs rooms.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was a good location and it was nice to be able to find something in town that had enough bedrooms. The cleaning staff were LOVELY.

The room wasn't ready at check in time so we had to wait another hour which was a bit annoying when we had planned to be there at a time to rest before going out - no offers given for the inconvenience. The laundry only had one washing machine and the dryer was out of order. The rooms were cold - yes there were heatpumps but we would have rathered extra blankets - which we did not have any in our rooms. We found food rubbish in one of the rooms. The rooms were a bit outdated, handrail was broken, bathroom door wouldnt close fully and toilet paper holder was also broken. We feel it was overpriced for what we got and would be unlikely to stay again.

The spa in room is awesome

Loved the Marine Parade location! The provided toiletries, tea/coffee and snacks were amazing! Jacuzzi was also lovely.

The layout is a bit strange for two couples travelling together. The bathroom was open plan/accessible, which meant water went everywhere.

Bed was crap it felt like springs had gone in places, others in ny group said beds were great, so maybe just my room.

The location was good. Parking good.

We had a fire alarm every day we were there. One of the contractor guests was on drugs and kept setting off the alarm . We all had to meet outside while the fire truck came and cleared the facility. There was not a clear high vis process from the staff as to what to do. The rooms were not super clean esp around kitchen area. Quite dated.

Nothing really. It’s a 15 minute walk into the main part of town which is a bit long when it’s raining

Actually having comfortable seating to relax, the spa bath was a treat, great amount of towels, and makeup removal face cloths always appreciated., good size fridge.

Would be nice to have had heated towel rack and underfloor heating in the bathrooms as being tiled was cold. The tv in the bedroom didn't work so might pay to check the other test are working.

Couldnt get TV to work, and tried to call reception for help but the phone didn't work either. Minor things however.

Bit outdated but honestly we didn’t spend much time there. Has a stereo but no bluetooth. Tvs are good but no smart tv so pretty boring if you’re used to watching Netflix or Disney plus.

The room was very spacious. It was nice having a big spa but not without a door (we don't spa together).

How comfy the rooms were and the spa is always a huge hit! Liked the cleanliness of the rooms and how spacious it was for family of 5. Lovely ladies at check in and check out. Enjoyed our stay here.

That the tv’s weren’t smart tv so we couldn’t watch Netflix or anything unless you had a chrome cast.

Good location right next to the beach on Marine Parade. Very comfortable. Large room. Huge spa in room. Parking outside room. All facilities available.

Reception is friendly, warm & welcoming. The room is exceptionally clean and the bed is comfy. Both the bathroom and kitchen are very well stocked. The ocean view from the balcony is stunning and the spa bath in the bedroom was a treat. Only a short walk to local cafés & restaurants or a relaxing walk along Marine Parade. Plenty of parking. I highly recommend Pebble Beach Motor Inn.

Went to have spa bath an we couldn't because there was no plug☹️,heat pump wasn't working very good so I checked filters an they were absolutely filfy ☹️

the room was exactly as pictured and described and the jacuzzi tub was excellent- the staff were very helpful and the location was amazing

there was really nothing I would improve upon except maybe the price of the room - only because it was winter season- however, it was a fabulous stay and a great value for the room
