Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω όλο το προσωπικό ξενοδοχείο για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία. Όλοι ήταν ευγενική χαμογελαστή και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσουν. Ιδιαίτερα θα ήθελα να αναφέρω τον Αχμέτ στη ρεσεψιόν κεα τον οδηγό του λεωφορείου που μας μετέφερε καθημερινά στην παραλία. Ήταν ε εξαιρετικοι επαγγελματίες και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Παρόλο που δεν μιλάω αγγλικά, το προσωπικό έκανε ό,τι μπορούσε για να με βοηθήσει σε κάθε μου ανάγκη. Όταν συμμετείχα σε εκδρομές, το ξενοδοχείο μας ετοίμαζε πακέτο φαγητού για να έχουμε κάτι να φάμε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδρομής. Στην πισίνα υπήρχε καθημερινά πρόγραμμα ψυχαγωγίας και δραστηριοτήτων, ενώ κάθε βράδυ διοργανώνονταν παραστάσεις μουσική χορός και βραδινη διασκέδαση από την ομάδα animation, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Συνολικά όμως πέρασα υπέροχα και θα συνιστούσα το ξενοδοχείο σε όσους θέλουν να περάσουν ευχάριστες διακοπές.

Το μόνο αρνητικό σημείο για μένα ήταν ότι στο ντους υπάρχαν κάποια φθαρμένα πλακάκια, κάτι που με ενόχλησε λίγο.

Everything was fantastic! The location in Naama Bay is super central and convenient. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The food was delicious with plenty of variety at every meal. A special thanks to Alina from the animation team and all the hotel staff for their incredible hospitality, high energy, and amazing daily activities. They made our stay truly unforgettable!

Our stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay was truly unforgettable, enhanced by the world-class hospitality of the entire team. A special and well-deserved mention must go to the restaurant manager, Mr. Emad Salah. He is an absolute gentleman and a true asset to this hotel. Throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner, he was actively involved on the floor, visiting every table to personally check on guests, ensure satisfaction, and refine the dining experience. Mr. Salah’s attention to detail went far beyond standard service. He arranged a remarkable birthday surprise for my daughter that made her day truly magical. Furthermore, he took the time to ask about our food preferences a day in advance, personally bringing out custom-prepared chicken and lamb steaks the following day. His presentation, warmth, and genuine care are things I will never forget. The entire dining team shares this remarkable mindset. You can tell they genuinely enjoy feeding their guests and making sure everyone relishes each bite. They leave no stone unturned to ensure you have the best possible experience. The hotel management is truly fortunate to have a leader like Mr. Emad Salah setting such a high standard.

The front desk manager and Amir at the front desk are the best in this property. We didn’t stay and left after few hours.

It’s not a Jaz standard hotel at all. No renovation at all, not clean (the towels and bedsheets are yellow), the view and odor of the bathroom is horrible, the AC sound is so high however you can’t feel it’s cooling. Water leaking in different places in the room. The room’s hygiene was far below any acceptable standard. The air conditioner was leaking water, and the wall around it was broken. The bedsheets, which should have been white, were yellow and poorly maintained. The towels in the bathroom were also yellow instead of clean white, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness. In addition, the floors were visibly dirty, and the room had a strong, unpleasant odor.

Très mauvaise expérience dès l’arrivée. Accueil peu audible, non souriant et peu professionnel. Arrivés le soir, nous avons attendu plus de 40 minutes pendant qu’il passait des appels sans s’occuper de nous. Il nous a ensuite remis les bracelets et un autre employé nous a conduits en chambre. Vers minuit, il est revenu pour réclamer 20 $ de supplément, de manière froide et inappropriée. Le séjour a été tout aussi décevant : petit-déjeuner médiocre (flans variés, vaisselle avec odeur d’œuf). Chambre très bruyante (climatisation) et douche presque inutilisable (goutte-à-goutte). En résumé, très mauvaise expérience, hôtel non recommandé.

We just stayed here for 2 nights and i want to specially thank (Ahmed magdy (i cannot remember the family name)) and Mr Emad from the main restaurant for their attention, smile and their polite way also Room devision manager And the receptionist was attentive and so fast All was so active and hard workers Room was clean Food was very good and tasty Calm and comfy I was so happy for my short stay

J’ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. On m’a facturé 80 dollars supplémentaires par nuit pour l’ajout d’un enfant de 7 ans, soit le prix d’un lit supplémentaire dans la chambre pour toute la durée du séjour. La chambre est vétuste, la salle de bain également. Trois nuits maximum dans cet hôtel, et les repas sont répétitifs.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura, lo staff è stato super gentile e disponibile. Soprattutto Imad, il responsabile dei camerieri e i suoi collaboratori Mohamad e Abdallah. Voglio ringraziare tanto Abdul Hamid che si è occupato della pulizia della camera.

Nulla. Suggerirei soltanto due cose: una corsa in più (da e per la spiaggia) all’ora di pranzo e un monitor in reception dove vengono indicati informazioni utili, come ad esempio la possibilità di farsi trasportare nella seconda spiaggia. E’ presente un postazione ma è posizionata un po’ nascosta.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff was by far the best part of our experience—everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They really made our stay enjoyable. The food was average, but everything else was good. We especially appreciate the amazing staff for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you!

There were a few things that could be improved. The room door handle was very difficult to use, and the key card often did not work properly. Several times we had to go to the reception to have it reprogrammed because we couldn’t open the door. The bathroom also had an issue with drainage. Every time we took a shower, water flooded the entire bathroom floor. We informed the reception, but we were told that this is the case in all the bathrooms. The food was average. It was acceptable, but there could be more variety and better quality.

Отдыхали в этом отеле недавно. В целом впечатления хорошие, особенно если учитывать стоимость проживания. Отель вполне достойный за свои деньги. Номер был нормальный, чистый, уборка проводилась регулярно и качественно. Персонал в целом очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Отдельно хочется отметить бармена Амира. Очень приятный, дружелюбный и внимательный человек. Всегда в хорошем настроении, общительный и действительно создаёт приятную атмосферу для гостей. Благодаря таким сотрудникам хочется возвращаться снова. Также хотелось бы отметить бармена Мухаммеда. На протяжении всего отдыха он был крайне недружелюбным, постоянно выглядел раздражённым и обслуживал гостей с явным нежеланием. Даже простые просьбы, например дать трубочку, вызывали ощущение, что мы доставляем ему неудобства. Общение с ним оставляло неприятное впечатление и совершенно не соответствовало уровню сервиса, который ожидаешь от отеля. Из минусов — бассейн довольно маленький для такого количества гостей. Шезлонгов постоянно не хватает, особенно в часы пик. Это, пожалуй, один из самых заметных недостатков отеля. Питание оставило смешанные впечатления. Завтраки ещё вполне неплохие,. Но в остальном кухня довольно специфическая и явно ориентирована не на всех гостей. Выбор блюд кажется большим, но найти что-то привычное бывает непросто. Хотелось бы больше вариантов для туристов из стран СНГ, которых в отеле очень много. Ещё один существенный минус — душ в номере. С ним действительно есть проблемы, и этот момент отелю стоило бы улучшить в первую очередь. Несмотря на перечисленные недостатки, отдыхом остались довольны. Отель хороший за свои деньги, персонал в основном замечательный, номера чистые, а атмосфера приятная. Если доработать питание, увеличить количество шезлонгов и решить вопрос с душем, впечатления были бы ещё лучше.

The hospital of the stuff, starting from the reception desk team all are awesome . Pool was great, the room view was amazing. Food was excellent,with a lot of choices. Clean rooms, 24hrs clinic.

أقمنا في JAZ Neo Naama Bay لمدة 7 أيام وكانت تجربة رائعة من البداية إلى النهاية. منذ وصولنا، كان موظفو الاستقبال في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وكانوا دائمًا يطمئنون علينا وعلى راحتنا ويسألون إن كنا نحتاج أي شيء، مما جعلنا نشعر وكأننا بين أهلنا. المطعم كان من أبرز نقاط القوة في الفندق، خاصة بفضل الأستاذ عماد والشيف سامي اللذين كانا يحرصان على المرور بين النزلاء والتأكد من رضا الجميع. البوفيه متنوع جدًا ويتجدد باستمرار، واستمتعنا بتجربة أطباق من المطبخ المصري والسعودي والإيطالي والفرنسي، وكانت جميعها لذيذة ومحضرة بعناية. النظافة ممتازة، الأجواء هادئة ومريحة، والخدمة راقية في كل التفاصيل. كانت 7 أيام من الراحة الشاملة والاسترخاء، وغادرنا الفندق ونحن نحمل ذكريات جميلة جدًا. شكرًا لكل فريق JAZ Neo Naama Bay على هذه التجربة الممتعة، وبكل تأكيد نوصي به وسنعود إليه مرة أخرى

We had a wonderful stay and a great experience. The food was good, and all the waiters were professional, friendly, and attentive. The animation team was excellent, especially Alicia and Chloe. I truly believe that special places are made by special people, and they are a perfect example of that with their positive energy and kindness. Mr. Emad, the restaurant manager, is an extremely friendly person who works hard and pays close attention to every detail, which is clearly reflected in the quality of service. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable.

Staff are very helpfull and resturant provide variaty of good food. I want to thank Mr. Sherif (from reception) was vey decent and helpfull, also Mr. Emad ( resturant manger) was supportive to all guests. Finally i want to thank Mr. Abdel Fattah ( room services) for his rapid responce.

We had a wonderful vacation! The service was excellent throughout our stay. Sherif was always there to help us whenever we needed anything and was incredibly kind and professional. We would also like to thank the restaurant manager, Emad, who was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Sharm El Sheikh. We will definitely be back!

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği çok yetersiz, garsonlar ilgisiz, plaja servisle gidiş geliş hem uzun sürüyor hem de otobüsler rahatsız ve sıkışık. Plaj diye götürülen yer ise yüzemeyeceğiniz ancak adım adım yürüyebileceğiniz kalabalık bir halk plajı. O kadar çok şeyi sevmedik ki.... 5 gün rezervasyon ücretini ödemiş olmamıza ve iade edilmeyeceğini bilmemize rağmen, otelden erken ayrılıp deniz kenarında başka bir otele geçip tatilin kalan kısmını kurtardık. Seyahatimizin Jaz Neo Naama kısmını hatırlamak bile istemiyoruz.

Although I had an issue with my room on the first day of my stay, it was handled very well and resolved quickly. I would like to thank Mr. Ibrahim (Deputy Manager), Mr. Reda (Housekeeping Manager), and Mr. Emad (Restaurant Manager) for their support and for making sure everything was taken care of. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their attitude and dedication made a big difference during my stay :)

Tutto perfetto! Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo !! La suite era ampia letti confortevoli pulita!! Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto avere un piatto di frutta e bevande...lo staff eccezionale! Cibo vario e buono! Torneremo di sicuro 💕sinceramente consiglio

Уютная территория, тихо и спокойно. Красивые номера с деревянными ставнями на окнах. Наш номер был с видом на бассейн и при этом мы не испытывали неудобств от музыки и развлечений на бассейне. У отеля есть пляж, на который возит автобус, но в шаговой доступности есть также пляжи других отелей, где за умеренную плату можно получить доступ к пляжу на день. Хорошо организовано питание: практически нет перерывов между приемами пищи, всегда можно прийти на поздний завтрак или поздний обед. С нами был годовалый малыш, которому всегда находились каши, супы, йогурты, вареное мясо или рыба, овощи. Даже если чего-то нет, всегда можно обратиться к менеджеру по питанию Emad Salah (он обычно дежурит у входа в ресторан), могут запросто отварить ребенку овощи или принести дополнительно фрукты) Вечером после ужина есть дискотека для детей и различные шоу от команды Magic world.

Детский бассейн не подогревался. Есть взрослый бассейн с подогревом в зимнее время, но он, как и в большинстве египетских отелей, нагревается до определенной температуры, комфортной взрослым. Ребенку в такой воде было прохладно. Неудобно перемещаться по территории отеля с коляской, практически везде ждут ступеньки: для прохода в ресторан нужно минимум один раз спуститься и один раз подняться.
