Très jolie chambre, et la décoration de l'hôtel est globalement chouette. Le petit déjeuner est équilibré et copieux. Le lit était immense et super confortable. La salle de bain très jolie.

Maura was the best!

Amazing location. Next to Pitti palace gardens and museum. Lots of really nice restaurants and gelato places close by. Rooms very spacious with private hall to store luggage and air conditining in hall and another AC in room. Staff very freindly and breakfast was nice and relaxed (felt like a cafe). Highly recommend!

We loved everything about the property, literally everything! Lovely decor, location and staff was always so welcoming and friendly. Viviana was awesome and Maura was a delight to chat with during our breakfast. We highly recommend everything about this property. Our daughter stayed 2 years ago and had the same experience. We also met lovely guests so that was a plus as well. Our greatest appreciation for a wonderful stay♥️

We loved our stay. Beautiful huge room with a ton of unique character. Lots of seating with wonderful antique furniture. Really nice lighting. Claw foot tub in the room. Great location with 5-10 minute walk to the major city stuff. Pretty quiet at night, even facing the road, only heard the occasional loud car. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing!!! I would recommend this place to anyone and would Great included European breakfast with multiple baked goods, cereals, pancakes, charcuterie, juice, fruit, espresso drinks. They also included a list of restaurants they recommend and we LOVED the recommendations.

The facilities were charming! Unique and authentic all at once.

This is a lovely, eclectic, upscale Bohemian venue. The building is probably 16th century with a mid-century modern vibe. And the best part of it is the staff. They excellent at guest care and information. Communication started almost as soon as booking, so that we met as new friends. The location is close to the action, but out of the crush venues where everyone goes. Lovely estaurants pepper the neighborhood. And Gelato is everywhere. A perfect package.

The whole hotel is really nice and very well-located. Plenty of nice restaurants and wine bars within walking distance, as well as museums and the Duomo. The staff was always very kind and helpful, and kept our room and bathroom super clean every day. The room is very spacious and warm, and the bed is comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet, considering our room faced the main street (not all rooms do). We also had a bath in our bedroom, and although the water wasn't as hot as you would want, it was still doable and really enjoyable. Breakfast was simple, as Italian breakfast normally is. The breakfast area looks like a little coffee shop, with a proper barista coffee machine, which was fun. Options of small croissants and pain au chocolat, ham, salami, and cheese. Fruits, yogurt, granola, jam, and honey. Also, juice (not fresh) options. In general, the food and coffee were nice. My partner and I are, what some would call, quite picky, so I think you can trust us when we say that we certainly recommend this place :) Thank you, Soprarno team, for your excellent service!

We loved the fact that the hotel was developed inside an authentic Florentine building and the location was perfect for us. Our room was themed around games, enjoying them and having fun which was very comforting and made us feel at home instantly. The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about the great city of Florence. If we ever return to Florence, we'll definitely stay at this wonderful establishment. 10 out of 10!!!

What an amazing hotel so close to everything. Fantastic and helpful hosts. The rooms were superb! Comfortable, stylish and beautiful. Delightful breakfast. We would definitely return and would recommend highly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location is very convenient. Rooms are very spacious and don’t look like a faceless hotel room. Very good breakfast, even for a demanding customer. Very pleasant and inviting common area with sandwiches, drinks, fruit and cakes. All free.

Location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio and the old city. Many small and authentic places to eat. The street is full of old palaces and antique shops. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and everything is done with the smile. Spacious rooms with very high painted ceilings. Can’t recommend more!

Great sense of design throughout the property. Excellent breakfast and superior coffee. Great toiletries and bathroom set up. Hot shower, comfy bed, complimentary water, snacks, coffee. Really welcoming and warm staff. And the building and location were fabulous.

Breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly (gave us a free upgrade) and the room was nice and clean!

The room was incredibly spacious and decorated in a way that had a ton of personality! The location was so close to everything Santo Spirito had to offer, and the staff were very helpful. Also appreciated the breakfasts every morning. :)

Perfekt beliggenhed til seværdigheder og spisesteder. Dejligt stort værelse og badeværelse, badeværelset havde rigtig god belysning. Hyggelig hjemlig indretning både på værelset og i fælleslokaler. God morgenmad og god kaffe.

Der måtte gerne have været mulighed for lidt mere lys på værelset.

It was just beautiful. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was second to none. We loved it, we would highly recommend Soprano Suites. The receptionists were fantastically helpful and accommodating.

Great location. Lots of local Tuscan restaurants and bars within a 3 minute walk. Complimentary, fruit, cake, biscuits, tea and coffee in the reception area is a nice touch.Would definitely use again.

Our room was large, as was our bathroom. I liked having the big windows and there were plenty of places to sit. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The location is a little out of the prime area. I felt like we ended up walking back across the bridge frequently to access, museums, restaurants, etc.. I also felt that the breakfast was lacking… I would really have liked the option to have eggs prepared.

The hotel is very quaint! The breakfast and location was perfect!

At 7:30 am repairs or construction work of some type started. The beds were very firm, they could be a bit softer.
