Clean and comfortable room Great location, close to city. Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and able to store luggage.

The location easy to reach centre of the city

The room was small and the bathroom was really dirty. We only stayed one night . We found a different accommodation

Super clean, great location, friendly and responsible staff. The fridge works great, which is quite rare in hotels. Service is 11/10, Babu (the administrator/receptionist) was very nice and helpful, recommended places in Rome, explained how public transport works and gave us a room tour

The apartment is in a great location to head into the centre of Rome, the bed was comfortable, shower was hot, had aircon just everything you need for a comfortable stay. They were great hosts we had a problem with the aircon playing up, I messaged the host and explained what was happening , he went out of his way at 11:45pm at night to bring me a fan as the room was so hot to sleep. The aircon worked no issue for the rest of the week.

Only thing is door frame in the shower needs refitting it’s very wobbly and has a nail partially out.

Das Personal war sehr gut erreichbar. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gemacht und wir haben auch täglich saubere Handtücher bekommen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir haben uns im Zimmer sehr wohlgefühlt. Check-in und Check-out waren einfach.

Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man nicht direkt im Zentrum ist und laufen oder fahren muss, wenn man Sehenswürdigkeiten sehen will. In der Gegend fanden wir auch keine direkt guten Restaurants.

Metro acces / vicinity

We were in Rome for 4 days - we liked the location less than 20 minute walk to Rome Termini, less than 10 minute walk to catch a bus to the Colloseum and Vatican, great selection of cafes, bistros and restaurants near by. Well priced. Most of all, in the current extreme heat of 38 degrees, the rooms air con worked extremely well so we had no issues resting and sleeping at night with our toddler too. It's on the 5th floor so recommend taking the lift. If you want practical and secure, this is the place.

I can't complain, we didn't book a 5* hotel and everything worked and staff were friendly and the location was good.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spotless, clean, and well-organized. It even had a hair dryer, which was a nice bonus for me. :)

Oda gerçekten çok temizdi ve konum olarak birçok yere yakındı. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi.

For us it was in an excellent location being just a 20 minute walk north west from Roma Termini and easy walking distance to Trevi fountain, Colosseum, villa Borghese and many other sites. For sites a bit further away there was bus and Metro access close by. A quick walk to many restaurants, bars and even mini markets made food choice and a late night bottle of local wine for the room really easy. The room was slightly smaller than we had hoped but when in Rome you really should be out exploring. The room was quiet, had everything you needed, was very clean, well decorated and well equipped and the bed very comfortable. We were there in the 40c July weather so the AC was an absolute blessing.

For the 2 nights we stayed there, can not think of anything to improve.

Ubytování bylo čisté, pohodlné a na skvělé lokalitě. Check-in proběhl bez komplikací, komunikace byla rychlá a vše odpovídalo popisu. Pobyt jsme si moc užili.

Jedinou drobnou nevýhodou bylo, že se v pokoji objevilo několik mravenců. Jinak ale bylo vše v pořádku a neměli jsme žádné další problémy.

Die Zimmer befinden sich in aufgeteilten Wohnungen und teilen sich den Flur. Die technische und sanitäre Ausstattung ist gut. Sehr zentral gelegen unweit des Bahnhofs Roma Termini. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel/Nahverkehr befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Galeria Borghese und der Park sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Gegenüber des Zimmers auf der anderen Straßenseite befand sich eine Baustelle. Ich konnte mich damit arrangieren.

Location was close enough to walk but not right in the hustle and bustle which i enjoyed. The room was adorable.

非常好，3人间比别家的2人间还便宜；位置不错可以步行到火车站；半夜虽然没前台，但可以自助开门；空调比较给力，空间较宽敞；有一次性拖鞋

电梯需要手动开关两个门比较烦，可能罗马大部分都是这种吧

Det ligger meget centralt og i et fint kvarter

Det var MEGET lydt. Både fra gangen og de andre værelser. Derudover knirkede vores seng helt vildt. Hver gang vi vendte os, så larmede det. De var også lagt meget ihjel

Дружелюбный персонал, разрешил раньше времени заехать, очень чисто и приятно, балкончик есть, вода с хорошим напором до центра близко.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα με τα πόδια κ σε πολύ καλή περιοχή !! Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και κάθε μέρα υπήρχε καθαριοτητα!πολύ άνετο κρεββάτι και καλό εξοπλισμό

Ίσως θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει καλύτερη ηχομόνωση .

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful thank you guys so much! The room was cleaned every day and we had everything what we needed.

The toilet wasn’t flashing at first so the button needs to be pushed lots of times

Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Struttura molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comforts.

La camera era un po' piccola per due persone. Peccato che non si possa fare colazione nella struttura.

The room is TINY! the bed is small for two people and there is literally no space.. the facility needs revamping, the elevator is terrible and when we complained about the size of the room they said we booked it like this which is 100% not true. AVOID

We enjoyed the room itself. It was a perfect size for the two of us! And the bathroom was very clean.

We had difficulty entering the apartment building as well as our unit. Even after buzzing and calling the property, it was a bit of a hassle.

Pan na recepcji bardzo miły i pomocny. Dbają o czystość . Sprzątanie codziennie.

Widok z okna. W łazience czuć kanalizacją i słabe ciśnienie wody.

Resepsiyondaki görevli çok ilgiliydi. Oda temizdi, günlük olarak temizlik yapıldı, kapsül kahveler yenilendi. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri çok kolaydı.

Su tazyiksiz geliyordu, 5.katta olduğu için asansörde kapı kapatılmazsa asansör çalışmıyor ve merdiven çıkmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz.

Camera fatiscente molto differente da quelle in foto. Prezzo spropositato (500€ per 3 notti) per un affittacamere senza nessun servizio, mobilio vecchio malconcio e puzza vomitevole dal bagno.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία,είναι κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα είτε με συγκοινωνία(κοντά στο σταθμό barberrini) είτε με τα πόδια (20 λεπτά).Το δωμάτιο ήταν πετνακαθαρο και ο υπεύθυνος του καταλύματος ήταν ευγενεστατος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Pulizie fatte solo un giorno su tre. Il primo giorno c'era qualcosa per fare colazione in camera, poi non hanno messo più niente. Doccia semifunzionante.

It was a wonderful stay!

Chambre correcte et propre, nous n'y étions pas de la journée. La gare Termini est à 15 mn, et de là on peut prendre le bus ou le métro pour toutes les directions.

L'isolation extérieure est bonne, par contre on entend bien les voisins qui parlent fort et rentrent à toute heure.

The Room was very clean. As for the location of the Hotel, we could go to all the tourists spots just by walking since the area has many places of interest to visit, but also coffee shops and restaurants. There are also buses going to Touristic ans Shopping areas. We highly recommend.

The bad part was that at some point we had to leave the place... :)

It is good for a solo traveler who like explore by foot. The room was clean, and nice, the stuff was very polite and helpful

El lugar bien ubicado, las instalaciones antiguas muy bien conservadas.

Necesitaría un ascensor más, es muy poco 1 solo, pero con paciencia llega.

Zona tranquilla, con bar e ristoranti, a piedi si arriva piacevolmente ed agevolmente in centro, altrimenti mezzi comodi.

The bathroom had a weird smell but was clean

La habitación tenía muy buen tamaño, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, el baño estaba bastante nuevo y limpio, la ducha suficiente. Hay espacio para dejar la ropa y la maleta cómodamente. Hay cafetera con cápsulas, hervidor de agua, té, caramelos de chocolate... Te llenan una botella grande con agua del grifo y además te esperan botellas de agua en la nevera el primer día. Todos los días entran a limpiar (si no les indicas lo contrario), te cambian toallas y te ponen jaboncitos. La ubicación está bien, no está en el centro pero hay parada de metro y bus muy cerca. Repetiríamos.

A veces algunos ocupantes de otros alojamientos del edificio se dejaban abiertas las puertas internas del ascensor (es un ascensor antiguo) y tocaba subir o bajar a pie. Sería interesante que en el check-in de todos los alojamientos recordaran a los turistas que lo hagan porque si no es un incordio para los demás. Por el resto, todo genial.

The elavator is super small and it can barely hold two people inside. This was a bit of inconvenient, as the whole building is basically vacation rentals, and sometimes we need to wait quite a while for this tiny elevator, as the room is on the 4th floor.

La persona de recepción estaba al lado de mi habitación eso quitaba la privacidad en un 1000 % , no salía agua caliente de la ducha , tuvo que entrar el a arreglarla y cambiar la llave , privacidad 0 , el edificio antiguo el ascensor era problema para tomarlo se demoraba mucho y muy pequeño un par de veces tuvimos que subir por las escaleras , las fotos que enviaban mostraban que era como un café abajo pero el café es el edificio del lado , la entrada que muestras en la página no es la misma del edificio

Понравилось что Дестро находится прямо рядом с кафе где можно было рано утром попить кофе и скушать вкусный круассан. Также 20 минут до испанской лестницы понравилось место расположения удобно к центру.

На фотографиях комната казалось больше и уютнее. Но в реальности комнатка оказалась очень маленькой, неудобные матрасы но было чисто, был неприятный запах на второй день с канализации. Администратор вежливо предложил убираться каждый день в комнате но так как место находится рядом с индийским посольством и весь персонал индусы не очень-то и хотелось чтобы кто-то за заходил в комнату когда не было никого.

Обычный бюджетный отель, скорее не отель, а мини-апартаменты. В целом это большая квартира которая поделена на комнаты с личной ванной в номере. Есть где-то потёртости, что-то отваливается, но это Римская старина :). Отличное расположение. Рядом много транспорта, 15 минут до Термини пешком. Позавтракать можно в кафе, которые находятся на первом этаже в этом же доме. Есть самостоятельный заезд в нерабочее время, если вы прилетаете поздно.

Очень слабый напор горячей воды в душе. Перед использованием надо ждать пока потечёт хоть какая-то тёплая вода. Не сильный запах сырости в ванной комнате.

The water was or super hot or super cold

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the main tourist attractions and has easy access to buses.

However, the hotel is quite basic, and the shower had a problem (the water wouldn’t heat up). I had to take cold showers for three days. Even after informing the reception, they were unable to fix the issue in time.

We had a great stay. Good prices and a good room. Thanks to the guy who welcomed us

When the price cut in half for the promo, it felt like this should’ve been the norma price. Very kind staff.

Level of maintenance was so and so and the bathroom tank was noisy during refill. Poor soundproofing and noisy minibar. Bathroom door and room door did not have enough sound proofing as well. The push emails to pay city tax in cash felt misleading. I lived in Rome for 5 years and it’s not like this. Luckily the gentleman made me pay upon arrival however I wanted to, and did not let the other guest pay as was resident in the city.

It is walking distance from all the attractions, restaurants and grocery stores within minutes. The room was clean and I like the kettle and mini fridge.

Nothing, it was not very big, but worked out well.
