We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The location couldn't be better since it’s right next to Ciputra Mall, making it super easy to grab a bite at some great restaurants. The room itself was gorgeous—super comfy bed, and a huge bathroom with a tub that looks right out over Surabaya. Even though it's so central, the room was incredibly quiet. Breakfast was a total highlight with a massive spread of fresh Indonesian and Western food. Huge shoutout to the whole team, but a very special thanks to Siwi at the front desk for being so welcoming and getting us settled into the perfect room!

I booked this hotel for a quick solo trip, and it was exactly what I needed. Being attached to the mall meant I never had to go far for shopping or dinner, but my smart room was so comfortable I barely wanted to leave. Everything from the mood lighting to the curtains is voice-controlled! The room was incredibly peaceful with a stunning view of the city, and the breakfast buffet had tons of fresh local and Western choices. A very special thank you to Siwi, whose warm hospitality and excellent room placement truly made my trip. Highly recommend!

Traveling with family means cleanliness is a top priority, and this hotel completely nailed it. Both the bedroom and bathroom were absolutely spotless and smelled amazing when we walked in. The kids appreciated the strong Wi-Fi, and we loved that the AC kept the room perfectly cool after a hot day out. It's in a great spot—easy to get to but quiet enough for everyone to get a good night's rest. You really get way more than what you pay for here. We want to give a special mention to Siwi at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of from the minute we arrived.

Stayed in a Grand Deluxe room overlooking to the city. Located next to Ciputra World Mall. Its room is fairly large & very clean. The king size bed were quite comfortable. Free in room WIFI connection was good. Swimming pool & jacuzzi on the 22nd floor has a stunning view. The hotel staff were attentive, delightful & friendly. Overall it has a good value for money.

They dont provide invoice/receipts for business travelers. Request to get from booking.com where the booker and guest is different person.

Affordable high end hotel with an attached mall, easy to get food and groceries. Getting anywhere is ok with gojek or taxi. Huge, comfy, clean rooms.

Located at the ciputra world cbd, the hotel next to ciputra world mall and ciputra office tower and 5 minutes driving toll road that connect to trans java toll road which make this hotel suitable for you that come for business trip or short stay or maybe just transit during your roadtrip. Checked in was easy and fast, staffs also very friendly, Room was very spacious, clean and tidy, but lighting was dimmed which is not everybody comfortable with it. However for five stars hotel they only provided us with unbranded tea and coffee, and toiletries also not complete (no comb and shaving tools). Breakfast was delicious but for five stars hotel, the variety of the food consider limited, and the staffs in the kitchen need to be quicker in refilling the food. Additional information : The car park joint with the mall (no dedicated car park for hotel guest), so if you come to the hotel at the busy mall time, it’s difficult to find a parking spot. However they provide vallet parking for IDR 60.000.

I've stayed at a few hotels in Surabaya before, but Hotel Ciputra genuinely stood out. From the moment I walked in, there was something about the atmosphere that felt calm, polished, and welcoming. I met and was assisted by Alicia at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout the whole check-in process. She answered all my questions patiently and made sure everything was sorted before I headed up to my room. Small thing, but it really set the mood for the rest of the stay. My room was amazing. The interior had this classy yet comfortable feel not the kind of fancy that makes you afraid to touch anything, but the kind that actually makes you want to stay in and enjoy the space. And the view from my window? I spent a good few minutes just standing there looking out over the city. Surabaya looks surprisingly beautiful from up there, especially at night when the lights start coming on. The location also worked perfectly for what I needed. Everything felt accessible, and I never had to travel too far to get anywhere in the city. If you're planning a trip to Surabaya and still figuring out where to stay, just book Hotel Ciputra. I don't think you'll regret it.

This visit was for a birthday staycation, and it turned out to be really special. We received such thoughtful touches, like a birthday cake, and even a lovely surprise at the restaurant. Everything was beautifully arranged by the restaurant team. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, which we really enjoyed. Our room was so spacious and the Front Office team, especially Ms Amanda, arranged a nice room for us, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again.

I stay here again for 2 nights for staycation with my family . I've been here before and the services is still amazing . The lobby ambience is cozy , the room is spacious and feels so warm, breakfast is top notch as always . Glad to see Ms. Alicia again , who assist my check in, she's even still remember me . Feels like I'm coming home everytime I came here . Will back for another stay of course!

Good Location

The cleanliness level has dropped compared to my previous experience. There is too much noise from the neighbouring room, and the management has not taken any action.

So Happy in This Place. Mr. Unggul the best service in here, you can try it. Near the mall, have a massage, have a sauna, and have a gym place🫶🏻🎊🎉 you must try it!

Mensen in pyjama bij het ontbijt! Zou echt niet toegestaan mogen zijn. Misschien een local habit, maar ik neem aan dat badkleding ook niet toegestaan is in de dinerzaal, dan zou slaapkleding ook verboden kunnen worden tijdens het ontbijt. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, maar dit zou een reden kunnen zijn om niet nog eens terug te komen.

La limpieza es muy mala para un 5 estrellas. Las habitaciones son de moqueta y estan llenas de pelo de otros huéspedes. La piscina cuenta con jacuzzi pero no funciona. El personal del Room Service es bastante molesto a veces, me visitaron hasta en 4 ocasiones para pagar la cena cuando el problema era suyo.

Location was actually the main reason I chose this hotel. very convenient as it was next to a shopping center. The porters were extremely polite and helpful.

For my review of this hotel, I had a really extravagant experience especially from the services and greatly furnished interior coupled with the modern infrastructure. The view was also something that had to be mentioned due to it’s amazing city atmosphere. The staff that I’d like to mention the most is Mr. Unggul who helped me a ton in terms of services and providing the best experience.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my family and my three kids. I used the sauna every day, and Mr. Unggul was very responsive, provided friendly service and really polite as well. The food was delicious, and the service was great. Overall, I had a really good experience here. The only thing is that the room cleaner often came to clean while my kids were still sleeping. But it was nice that they didn’t get upset when I declined the cleaning. The jacuzzi was great too—thumbs up!

- Check in, check out smooth, in general the staff is friendly and helpful, Lobby, Front Desk, Restaurant - the bed is big and comfortable, as well the pillow, had a good sleep every night - In case you need something, there is a mall directly connected to the hotel

- shower head in very bed conditions, water not come out smooth, seems havent been changed for long time, low water pressure in 12th floor. - AC is loud, if you put it on the highest level it not run smooth, would need to be checked by the technician. - the Lobby is in the 8th floor, there is no balcony or outdoor area at the lobby, actually everything is devided in this hotel, outdoor pool, 20th or 22th floor, breakfast 7th floor, lobby 8th floor, entrance GF... I stayed for 2 nights and had the feeling I spend half of the time in the lift. The general feelings is as you are in a kind of bunker. - room layout and design is in "glamour" direction, is not cozy at all, lack of small decoration, but this is a question of personal taste. restaurant design, similar. - relative traffic area infront. In case you need often leave the hotel for meetings, be prepared for traffic. RESUME - good for a shopping trip for one night for people outside of Surabaya - as the big mall and restaurants are near by. For business purposes, or holidays rather not recommended.

Really good service. Especially for Mas Unggul. He was very helpfull with information I needed and helpfull with my children. I would definatly recommend Ciputraworld. They gave me an free upgrade to one of the rooms. I am a Diamond member at Wyndham but I chose to become a member of Ciputraworld and will continue membership here. Really clean hotel, superb service, good breakfast, super location next to/ attached to Ciputrworld Mall.

Room was very spacious and well-appointed. There is a huge bathtub and a separate shower. Very cosy. The breakfast spread was very good and the service staff are always very friendly. First impression by front desk staff, Alicia, already set the expectation of a wonderful stay.

The bathroom had a glass door. If you are not careful, you can walk into it. My 3 year old grand son did that and had a bloody nose.

The service and the staff are amazing. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. The entire ambience was beyond expectation.

We ordered IRD and thought that it could use some feedback... The portion and presentation were great, however the taste is not quite as I expected. Probably needs a little more adjustment in the seasoning.

壁が薄く隣りの部屋のいびきがうるさくて眠れませんでした。いいホテルですが、電源の場所が不便だったり、お湯の調整が難しかったりと設備が微妙です。朝食は豊富ですが、寿司が腐っていて吐き出しました。

I liked how the staff was attentive and friendly towards our needs. Huge kudos to the front desk reception staff. When it comes to the rooom, I enjoyed the comfy bed and size of the room--fit for a king! The location is also very strategic, located on top of a mall and close to almost everywhere in Surabaya.

The fact that we didn't stay longer in the hotel. I think it'd be awesome if the room rates can be a little lower.
