I like the pool mostly the staff very friendly especially the front desk who was help us to early chek in the food also good and tasty we will back again in the future

The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the room was decent size for what I paid for.

The checkin was relatively slow and my room was not ready even when I arrive at 7pm, I had to wait 15mins for it to be resolved which was questionable. The toilet paper holder was loosely broken.

The staff was so nice and friendly . The property location is good and easy to access toll road nearby to get airport

Но, нужно сказать, что, если бы ни очень приветливый, заботливый персонал, то впечатление от отеля осталось бы крайне негативное. Стаф спас ситуацию, особенно в ресторане

Check in reception: very good Reception via call from room: very good and prompt response even late evening. Check out reception: not as good as check-in. I know I have to wait for the receptionist to complete the conversation with a guest before me. I hope the receptionist realize I am heavily loaded with back/front and try to address it quick if possible. By the time I handover the room key for checkout, the process is almost done in a blink but waiting time in such situation can be handled much better. Waiting area: should have place to rest nearer to the reception counter to avoid this situation. Special thank yo the laundry service: prompt, on time and great packing Breakfast: Good range of selection. Small issue with the staff around to clean up: should pay more attention to the person is eating while he is doing the cleaning near by: either wait or relocate the person for cleaning. Spa service: better if you can provide a basket for guest to put the stuff in without putting them to the chair.

Cozy and room is quite decent size

Receptionist Dyah, Lintang and Rahel were exceptional. As I came at the period when Surabaya had riot at the city, Dyah advised me to avoid that area. The hotel gave me a surprise on my birthday day. Rahel contacted me wished me happy birthday and the hotel gave a birthday cake. I was touched by the gesture. All the staffs at the hotel always make eye contact, greet and smile. Very polite. Thank you to all, sincerely from the bottom of my heart, for the memorable stay.

Fair hotel. Clearly needs some upgrades. Rooms are basic. Hotel is on a very busy and loud street and surrounded by mosques. Restaurant is just ok. Employees are very friendly and helpful though. Rooftop and pool is outdated.

Herry van de housekeeping was fantastisch. Voor de rest was het een prima hotel, goeie zwembad en ruime kamers. Personeel ook erg vriendelijk.

Het enige minpuntje is de airco op de kamers. Groot verschil met de klimaat bij de receptie. Beetje muf/ plakkerig waardoor er meerdere vliegen in de badkamer waren. We hadden twee kamers en beide waren zo. De aircos op de kamers moeten worden nagekeken.

The staff were all very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and I looked forward to it every day. The location of the pool and bar was great, and the sunset was amazing. I also had a 90-minute beauty treatment, which was very relaxing.

Beds and linen were up to Marriott standards very comfortable, service was a delight!

I was extremely suprised at how old the property looked for a Marriott linked chain. Carpets were all stained. Walls need a paint job.

Stayed here for a nights and had such a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. What really stood out was the service at the front desk. Aida and Rachel (Receptionist staff) were absolutely wonderful – friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They made check-in smooth and gave great local tips during my stay. Their warm hospitality really made me feel welcome.

The synthetic grass area by the pool is basically un usable it’s constant wet!! fix the drains !! and the noise from the morning prayers is very intrusive western clientele should be informed

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Surabaya for a few nights, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. For the price, this is a reasonable choice. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite. Breakfast service was my favorite part of the stay.

The staff were very helpful and accommodative.

The front desk and breakfast staff are excellent. The bell boy who helped us call a taxi also told us that there is a local favourite cafeteria for dining, just twelve minutes walking to the left of the hotel, which is indeed tasty and affordable. Thanks to all the staff at Fairfield Hotel. How ever, we are puzzled as to why the hotel or the big bosses at Marriott haven’t renovated it yet.

The property is a bit old but maintained well. It is clean and neat. Nothing much near the property, but easy to call grab service, so It would be a problem.

This is my second stay at Fairfield Surabaya for a business trip. This trip is for 4days/3nights. I would like to thank the entire team at Fairfield Surabaya for their excellent service, especially for accommodating my early check-in request upon my morning arrival, which allowed me to freshen up before my first meeting on Monday. I also appreciated the lovely welcome platter and card, as well as the thoughtful towel animals and notes from the housekeeping team each day. Thank you to Siska, Jeffi, and Harry (FOM) for their great support during my business trip. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with my friend for 3 days. the service at this hotel was very good and according to the standard expectations of marriott. from check in to check out (handled by Dyah) everything was very satisfying. When returning to my room I was greeted with a very nice towel art with a note from the housekeeper named Zaky which made me happy. thank you Dyah, Zaky and all the staff here. Highly recommended. Great location and large lobby. Since yiur arrival you feel the kindness if tge staff. You will get the support that you need and get a very welcoming greeting upon arrival. Rooms are well decorated and very clean. The breakfast is rich and the staff is amazing. Yulus is there alwats to make sure you get what you need and want. Rio, Rizik and Sihab the supervisors at the rest. Will want to be assured to bring you whatever you want even if not found in the buffet. They will try to make your stay an unforgettabke one as it was for me. Nafi and all the staff also with greet you with an non ending smiles. I really felt connected to this place and to all the staff members. Ana,ing exoerience, lovely pool a d bar by the pool . A place to no to miss when in Surabaya. Stayed here for my business trip, location wise it is convenient to explore Surabaya west area. Room is clean and spacious, they have a really wide range of variations for breakfast buffet and they all taste good and authentic for the local options. All the staffs are nice, friendly and helpful, from the front office, restaurant even housekeeping.

The best hotel ever and breakfast is the best. Rania is the best staff that assist me during the breakfast at this hotel.This hotel is strategic hotel because at the city centre. You are easy to go everywhere that u need to go and easy to get everything that you need. All staff at this hotel very friendly. Great Service, Decent Selection of Breakfast (best of all indomie is available for breakfast :D ) and Nice Rooms. Especially the service of Ditce is top notch. Check in also superb and very seamless , with the receptionist very attentive and very accomodating to the requests made.

this was a getaway trip for the Christmas Holidays from my work in East Kalimantan. it was a short 2 day trip and solo as my wife and kiddo are in Korea visiting the in laws. Hotel is well presented with spacious Lobby and Front Desk Staff was very courteous and effecient with the check in, male Supervisor/Manager (Im assuming he is) was very graciously welcoming. Room is clean and spacious, well maintained, toilet very clean and free from odours (could use some cotton buds if available). as I arrived/check in pretty late a night, around 8.30pm, I decided to order some room service, a tenderloin steak and chicken Caesar salad. I was pretty disappointed with how they cooked the steak as I ordered for medium but by the looks of the steak, its pretty much "blue". I am guessing the meat was "frozen" and thawed before grilled. Overall, I would rate my stay 7/10 and in room service 1/10, would have given 8 if the steak was perfect medium. I showed pictures of the badly done tenderloin steak to the "Manager" the next day and he apologised and took some pictures from my phone.

It was just better than average although could have been much better for their trademark.

Breakfast good ! The BBQ next to the pool was amazing. What we liked the most during our stay is the hotel team. Especially Hari the FO manager who did a lot for us. Without him our 3 days in Surabaya to prepare our road trip would have been much more difficult. We would like to thanks him again with this message.

The room was very spacious and had a spectacular view. Breakfast buffet was very good, although there was so many staff standing around the room, it was almost uncomfortable to „enjoy“ ones breakfast.

Old, low quality TVs with poor choice of channels. From a hotel in this category I would expect a smart TV, instead we had three inferior TVs in our family room/suite. One of our rooms had and air condition shaft in the ceiling which was clearly broken and made a loud noises the whole time. Even though we turned off the AC eventually. The carpet was a bit old and not very clean.
