Il nous a accompagné pour nos transports, et son collègue qui est allé nous acheter une carte sim pour que nous bénéficions d un réseau téléphonique indien pas cher. Ils ont été vraiment très serviables. Au restaurant, pour le petit déjeuner, les serveurs étaient aux petits soins pour nous. La literie était excellente et la chambre spacieuse. Hôtel vraiment sympa. Je recommande.

I booked for my family, but due to personal issues, I ended up visiting alone. I tried to reconsider my booking for the same room, but the staff did not help, and there was no option on booking.com to reduce the occupancy and price for single occupancy with the same room. My booking is with half board for my family, but it has not been reduced for single occupancy. I request that Booking.com provide a facility to contact customer care or the hotel staff for assistance with this type of matter. Also, there are very few food options with the half board. Thanks

موظفي الاستقبال كانوا يستهزءون بي في اليوم الثاني عند طلب حل مشكلة الواي فاي الواي فاي مضحك جدا ولا يعمل بشكل جيد حل مشكلة الواي فاي تتطلب الذهاب والمجيء عند موظفي الاستقبال عدة مرات لحين حل المشكلة الإفطار سيء جدا لا تتوفر فيه إلا أصناف هندية الخبز سيء ولا يتوفر بكميات تناسب عملاء الفندق البيض والخضروات والأجبان لا تتوفر وأنواع المأكولات الأخرى غير موجودة

They even prepack the breakfast for us when I requested due to travelling. Hotel location is nearer to airport. They do have luggage storage and airport transfers with a min charge. Hotel is recommended 👌

I stayed in room no 608 . Around 8-9 pm there was terrible furniture moving noise from the upper room which disturbed me and I couldn't get a proper sleep . After a long flight and paying a decent amount for the room i expect a little peace and silence . Other than that everything was good . But please take notice that your customers aren't disturbed with annoying furniture arrangements whatever reason you have for it
