The staff are very courteous and accomodating. They greet and are all smiles every time I pass by the reception or meet them along the hallway. All amenities are great. The room was clean and cozy. Near to restaurants and of course, my favorite 7eleven which is just across the street when I need a cup of brewed coffee as early as 2am. Kudos to all the staff!! Thank you for your superb service! It was definitely a splendid stay☺️

Small and dark room. Sent my clothes for laundry and a lost my new black pants cost (500php).was not able to return till i checked out

all smile c Ms. Receptionist and Sir Guard forgot to ask their Name✌. Good Ac, Big Room Soft Bed, Good for a Family talaga, very spacious. Accessible sa lahat.

Confusing ang floor dahil no signage of 3rd floor, pag out sa elevator going up, EXIT ang nakalagay instead of 3rd floor, sana maayus. No Hot Shower even if we turn on the H still no hot shower. And the FNB department, si ate nakaduty that time we asked here nicely if it is possible to reheat the bread but bawal daw kasi for drinks lang only but they offer food😶. Or maybe dahil hindi namn binili sa kanila ang bread kaya bawal. Don't know haha. Not happy lang talaga kay ate.

The place was tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The room size was adequate, although the shower faucet had a slight leak but would stop after a while. Moreover, the location is ideal, being close to the park and various food outlets.

The staff at the front desk was accommodating but the maintenance they sent to check on our room because the cr door is defective was rude at first. Then when he came back with probably someone in authority, he was already nice and smiling.

When we got in the room, there was no refrigerator as opposed to what's stated in the app. Then the door of the comfort room is defective, we've been locked inside the room. I called the front desk to report the issue then the phone has a defective RJ11 wire. We also saw tissues & bottled drinks under the bed & table, indication that if was not thoroughly cleaned. They just cleaned the surface but not underneath what's visible to the eyes.

What is good in this place was only the location.

The staff was incompetent on their job responsibilities. They gave me room different to what I booked onine but they charge me the same rate. Some staff doesn't know their room rates.

Location is in the heart of the city. Easy access to public transportation, restaurants, tourist attractions, malls.

the location is very strategic, it is near convenience stores and fast food restaurants.

thou the overall experience is great but I was expecting a room with a fully functioning AC, when we got in our room which was room 303, the AC is not working.

The only thing we love about the property is the location

It feels like everything is old especially those bath towels and bed sheets. There are cockroaches even inside the fridge

The location is very accessible to the local tourist destinations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our baggages prior to check in.

There were mosquitoes and cockroaches. The room was not thoroughly cleaned as there were leftover food on the floor probably from previous guests.

I like all , the staff is good they are very accommodating, the location is good it is very convenient for shopping Robinsons mall is near fast foods is all over the place aaah what more could u ask for..rated 10 ⭐

very dirty especially the room we saw a many small cockroach and the floor was dirty and many used slippers around the room. No complimentary water in the room that supposed to be in the room that most of the hotel amenities inclusion .

the hotel price is fair for its price. very convenient if your going to intramuros,fort santiago and other manila areas.

The location is excellent..near fastfood and restaurants. Luneta is like a 2-minute walk. And all the other attractions are nearby. Then we were greeted by the friendliest staff. They do their best to accommodate you to make sure you have a comfortable stay. This was our 2nd time to stay there and apart from the location, the friendly staff was also worth returning to. The rooms are exactly what was in the picture. The space is bigger than others and very comfortable. My daughter didn't want to leave the room! It was truly a relaxing experience.

Some insects appeared during our stay but nothing that can't be fixed once you tell the staff. Didn't affect the overall experience.

We had a great stay here.Budget friendly and very accessible to our planned Old Manila adventure destinations. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. They have free coffee 24/7 at the lounge.We took the triple single bed room. Wifi was good. Room was clean and they have hot water for shower.

The conversation about compensating for the figurine my child accidentally broke, valued at 500 pesos, lacked any explanation for its price or the consideration of a discount. Although the lack of internet connection due to a fiber cut was acceptable, it would have been reasonable to explore the option of a discount since it had been advertised.

Very good service. This was the location I was looking for at the time.

The area is not great. Be careful with personal property when out of the hotel. The Internet can go dow in this area and stay down for quite a while.

I was surprised when we get there, I chose the hotel coz of good location and the photos were so good and the reviews are nice. But then I was disappointed and I feel bad I let my family stay there, the building smell old and hot. Me and my hubby decided to get another hotel on the next day.
