La zona strettamente intorno offre abbastanza poco, per cena tocca o accontentarsi di qualcosa di veloce oppure usufruire del ristorante interno, oppure andare più in là.

部屋の湿度が高く部屋の壁全て濡れていた、ベッドの布団全て湿っていた、スタッフに言ったのですがエアコンの温度を下げて下さい言われたが下げると寒くて部屋に居られない、部屋全体が浴室状態、ドレッサーの服まで湿っぽく初めての経験で最悪でした。

THEY FORGOT MY WAKE UP CALL!! There ain't no apology for that, all you can do is fire the operator who worked (better: slept) this night in order to set a clear sign to the employees. I missed my flight. Overall cost of rebooking and extended stay 720.- US- dollars

The rooms are large, a little dated but had beautiful traditional wooden headboards, they would maybe benefit from just a little freshen up and whilst the older Aircon units are very big, I understand they do the job they are meant to do. The staff were very pleasant and always welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. We didn't use the pool ourselves but it looked lovely and was quite busy. Absolutely loved The Hyde, what a fantastic concept. This will now be our regular hotel when we are in Manila. Thank you 😊

Amenities availible like toothbrush but bathwash and shampoo are sample sizes and are replenished daily. You get slippers and 2 free bottles of water daily which is a plus. There's a mini fridge, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee packets. They had air diffusers in thw hallway which was an added touch.The breakfast buffet is extensive and offers a wide variety to choose from. You can order your eggs any style, wide range of fruits, some breads plus local and western foods like pancake. You have to go through a metal detector and put your bags through an xray screening process each time you enter, this was not a problem.
I was on the 9th floor and there was a distinct musky odor in the hall which I suspect was from the carpet when I arrived. It didn't linger though.

It’s not enough for all guest of the hotel especially if they reach its full capacity.

Not the hotel's fault, but I would just remind travellers to be mindful of the surrounding area and to be safe. I haven't taken any marks off the score for this naturally but just something to be mindful of.

They serve a massive buffet breakfast which is very popular with the large number of locals who stay there (tbh the food and coffee didn't appeal to me). The pool is a reasonable size and open for long hours. The rooms are roomy and the double bed is huge.
The reception area is nice but the carpeted hallways and rooms upstairs feel a little aged and musty.

The hotel has a grand lobby on the ground floor which comprises of the front desk, waiting areas as well as Restaurant. It has a bar too in the basement which looked mystique in dim light. The corridors are carpeted, rooms spacious, bathrooms fitted with bathtubs, window view giving glimpses of of the city. Breakfast spread was normal which has the margins to improve. The room service, as i gathered starts from 12 Noon. A few days back, had stayed in Makati area which was superior in several respects from Ermita’s locality.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Wij hadden de executive room. Dit overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Een kamer van 60 m2. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet en erg vriendelijk personeel. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Houd rekening met een dresscode in het restaurant.
Een soort rooftop bar met rookgelegenheid zou het geheel uitmuntend hebben gemaakt.
