Kerim’in ilk tatili için bundan daha güzel bir seçim yapamazdık 🤍 Eşimle birlikte dünyayı oldukça fazla gezen, farklı ülkelerde ve çok iyi otellerde konaklayan bir çiftiz. Mısır’a da daha önce 5–6 kez geldik; Maldivler dahil dünyanın pek çok yerinde deniz tatili yaptık. Buna rağmen Maritim Jolie Ville’in denizi bizi gerçekten şaşırttı. Kum plajı, berrak ve sakin denizi, suyun yavaş yavaş derinleşmesi özellikle bebekli aileler için harika. Hatta ikimiz de buranın denizini bugüne kadar yüzdüğümüz pek çok ünlü destinasyondan daha çok sevdik. Otele yaklaşık 6 aylık oğlumuz Kerim’in ilk tatili için geldik ve deneyimimiz beklentimizin çok üzerinde oldu. Öyle memnun kaldık ki tatilimizi bir gece daha uzatmaya karar verdik. Otel çok dolu olmasına rağmen ekip bize yardımcı olabilmek için gerçekten çaba gösterdi ve son gecemizi de burada geçirebildik. Bu yaklaşım bizim için çok kıymetliydi. Özellikle bebekli ailelere kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Giriş kattaki odalar ferah, konforlu, kullanışlı ve denize ulaşım son derece kolay. Bebek arabasıyla otel içerisinde hareket etmek de oldukça rahattı. Plajdaki büyük şemsiyelerin sağladığı geniş gölge alanı bile bebekle tatilde bizim için önemli bir detaydı. Yemekler ayrıca çok başarılı ve Türk damak tadına oldukça uygun. Açık büfede hem çeşit hem lezzet açısından çok memnun kaldık. İtalyan ve Lübnan restoranları ise özellikle favorilerimiz oldu. Lübnan restoranındaki Mohamed’e, İtalyan restoranındaki tüm ekibe ve resepsiyondaki Katrina’ya ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Son derece ilgili, sıcak ve yardımseverlerdi. Aslında otelde bizi en çok etkileyen şeylerden biri çalışanların yaklaşımıydı. Bagaj ekibinden plaj ve havuz kenarındaki görevlilere, restoran çalışanlarından resepsiyona kadar karşılaştığımız herkes güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Hizmet kalitesi gerçekten otelin her noktasında hissediliyor. Kerim’in ilk tatilinin bizim için çok özel bir anı olmasını istiyorduk ve Maritim Jolie Ville bunu gerçekten gerçekleştirdi.

The resort is wonderful, very clean, safe, and the staff are friendly and professional. This was my second visit, and one of the main reasons I came back was gentlemen Sameh Fawzi. I met Sameh during my first stay, and he quickly became more than someone I met at the resort, he became like a brother to me. He is genuinely kind, caring, and always makes you feel welcome. People like Sameh are rare, and the resort is very lucky to have him. A big thank you to the whole team, and especially to Sameh for always making this place feel like home. I will definitely be back because of ure care. God Bless🙌

We had an amazing stay at Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and spotless, the food was delicious, and there was a great variety of choices. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the swimming pools, the entertainment, and the beautiful atmosphere of the resort. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation so special and memorable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

Öncelikle odalar modern tasarıma sahip ve kaldığımız oda gayet büyüktü denize en yakın odalardan biriydi denizin çocuklar için uygun olması benim için çok önemliydi iskeleye gerek kalmadan balıkları görebiliyorsunuz kademeli derinleşiyor deniz. plajı kum çocuklarla çok keyifli zaman geçirdik tam bir aile oteliydi ruslar ve araplar çoğunluktaydı.

Yemekleri ortalamaydı falefel için ayrı bir parantez açayım çok güzeldi 😄 onun harici çok lezzetli diyemem yemeklere ama aç kalmadık mutlaka yiyecek birşeyler bulduk

Otele 1 yaşındaki bebeğimiz ile gittik. Sahile en uzak kalan kısımda oda almamıza rağmen buggy ile çok rahat ulaşım sağladık. Öğlen ve akşam yemekleri çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bebekli olmamıza rağmen hiç yorulmadık. Otelden yürüme mesafesi cafe restoran ve alışveriş dükkanları var. Taksi ile bi yere gitmeye gerek yok. Biz bebek için kumlu plaj tercih ettik. Havuzu da iki taneydi. Ve çok kalabalık olmuyordu. Biz ağırlıklı sahili tercih ettik. Her şey dahil ile belirli saatlerde atıştırmalık alabiliyorsunuz bar kısmından. Yönetici havalimanı transferi konusunda çok yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca iki saat erken checkin yapmamıza müsaade ettiler. Daha ne olsun.

A la carte İtalyan restoranı çok sıradandı ve hiç İtalyan restoranı havası yoktu. Açık büfesi daha güzeldi. İtalyan restoranında makarna yoktu mesela. Pizza çeşitleri çok azdı. A la carte Lübnan restoran daha iyi diyorlar ama orayı deneyimleyemediğimiz için yorum yapamıyorum.

FANTASTICO! , Struttura consigliata da amici, per vivere un esperienza immersi nel vivo cuore di Sharm el Sheikh e della sua baia di naama bay. Questo Resort nasce a centro della baia e ha una spiaggia privata tutta sua con un piccolissimo pezzo di barriera corallina di fronte, in acque bassissime. Mia moglie e mio figlio che non sanno nuotare, si sono divertiti tantissimo a fare snorkeling in acqua pulita e cristallina. Volevamo un esperienza diversa, non il solito ritrovarsi con tutti italiani, una vera esperienza egiziana! e cosi è stato, come scoprire l'enorme gentilezza di un popolo meraviglioso. Le barriere linguistiche perfettamente superate perchè il resort tramite whatsapp riusciva a comunicare con noi in italiano e con un attenzione veramente gradita e utile alle nostre esigenze, prenotazioni, info e dubbi. Quindi un grande ben fatto alla Sig.ra Sima!, e di persona ancora più gentile, veramente grazie. Ma anche lo staff, una schiera di addetti 24 su 24 sempre a lavoro!, noi con qualche parolina in inglese loro con qualche parolina in italiano è stato divertente! Abbiamo usato la formula all inclusive, abbiamo potuto provare tutti i tipi di cucina locale e io a momenti scoppiavo, inoltre, hanno anche dei ristoranti alla carta sempre nel resort come italiano, marocchino, libanese. Abbiamo provato tutte le cucine e mia moglie subito dopo ha voluto rilassarsi, facendo tutti i giorni massaggi e non ne ha voluto perdere uno! , prezzi bassi e competenza dice. Pulizia, aria condizionata potente, comodità dell'alloggio, bottiglie di acqua in camera e bibite ai bar sempre tutti i giorni, un servizio navette con macchine golf, cambio continuo giornaliero degli asciugamani mare forniti in spiaggia, colazione fattibile praticamente a qualsiasi orario, spostandosi tra il ristorante self service e la caffetteria-libreria, i punti forti, piscina scivoli bimbi e a piedi sei all'angolo della via della movida! zero taxi da prendere! continuo?..

Amazing properly and a great value for money They gave the best sea beach in sharm with active animation team, we have spend the whole vacation enjoying this sandy beach Also all facilities of Neama bay is at your door step Food is good and with good quality not too many options but is a good value especially for this price tag I want to thank Ms. Sima from guest relations, she was so cooperative and did all her best to ensure we have the best possible vacation

The change rooms on the beach are old need to be renewed and it would be amazing if they added a toilet on the beach especially for kids

Posizione,, cordialità di tutto personale, pulizia. Ci è stata data la possibilità di rimanere in struttura utilizzando tutti i servizi oltre l'orario del check out, avendo il volo in tarda serata. L'animazione non invasiva e fantastica

Vedere parecchia gente prendersi enormi piatti di cibo, essendo a buffet,, e lasciarne là più della metà. Io consiglierei di mettere una penale per chi lascia troppa roba nel piatto. È sufficiente prenderne poco alla volta dopo si può fare bis quante volte si vuole

This is a big resort and you need a golf cart to move around if you stay in the sports area. However, calling a golf cart is a problem. It takes them forever to show up.

نظافة الغرفه والإفطار مساعدة الابن أثناء الاقامه أثناء نذيف الأنف عبر Guest relations

الاقامه كانت في مكان بعيد عن البحر وبعيد عن مكان المطاعم والإفطار. مع الأطفال كان من الصعب التنقل بهما عبر الطريق التحدث مع موظف الاستقبال لم يجدي اي مساعده في البدايه ولكن كان التحدث الي Guest relation كان بجديه وتم نقلي اخري ولكن لم تكن بالقرب المطلوب بعد يومين من الاقامه

Yemeklerde özelikle ara sıcak ve tatlılar da çeşit az ve lezzet eksik,böyle büyük bir tesisin mutfağının daha iyi olması gerekir.Devamlı yemek salonunda gezinen yetkilileri görüyorsunuz(yüzleri gülmeyen).Garsonlar yardım sever ve güleryüzlü ama bu hoteli kurtarmıyor.Animasyon ekibi yetersiz.Enerjileri oldukça düşük ,çok yetersizler . Ve plajda çalan , sesi sonuna kadar açılan müzik.Hoparlörde ses en sonunda olduğu için güzel bir ses olarakta gelmiyor. Evet animasyon olurken müzik çalabilir, ama misafir olarak denizi ve doğanın sesini de dinlemek istiyor insan.Desibel sınırları ve yasal kriterler çerçevesinde müzik yayını yapılabilir.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino dal 17 al 21 giugno nella Preferred Front Area e possiamo dire senza esitazione che è stata una delle migliori esperienze vissute in un resort all inclusive. La posizione è semplicemente impareggiabile: nel pieno centro di Naama Bay, con tutto a portata di mano, ma allo stesso tempo immersi in un ambiente curato, tranquillo e rilassante. È il perfetto equilibrio tra la comodità di avere negozi, locali e passeggiate serali a pochi passi e la possibilità di godersi una vacanza all’insegna del relax. La nostra camera era ampia, moderna, elegantemente arredata e dotata anche di un comodo angolo divani che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La pulizia è stata impeccabile per tutta la durata del soggiorno, così come la cura generale della struttura, che appare costantemente mantenuta con grande attenzione. La spiaggia merita una menzione speciale: bellissima, spaziosa, perfettamente organizzata e dotata di ogni comfort. È evidente quanto lavoro ci sia dietro per mantenerla sempre pulita, ordinata e accogliente. Un ringraziamento particolare va a tutto il personale che lavora in spiaggia, sempre presente, attento, sorridente e disponibile. Ogni richiesta è stata accolta con cortesia e professionalità, contribuendo a rendere le giornate al mare ancora più piacevoli. Lo stesso vale per il personale del bar della spiaggia (sia quello a pagamento che quello incluso), sempre gentile, rapido nel servizio e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. Sono quelle piccole attenzioni che fanno sentire davvero coccolati durante una vacanza. La ristorazione è stata una delle sorprese più positive del soggiorno. Dopo diverse esperienze in strutture all inclusive, posso affermare che qui il livello è nettamente superiore alla media. Non si ha mai la sensazione di trovarsi in una mensa: l’offerta è varia, abbondante e di qualità, con numerosi piatti preparati espressi e una grande scelta tra cucina locale e internazionale.

In particolare il servizio spiaggia che risulta sempre impeccabile,con l'ottima accoglienza, gentilezza e garbo da parte di tutto lo staff della spiaggia capeggiati dalla Mustafa e Mohamed, a seguire Adel e Essam i veterani del Maritim Jolyville. Un grazie da parte nostra a tutti Voi per l'amore e l'affetto che ci regalate con la vostra Professionalità. A presto ❤️

Great service, attention to detail, has an intimate feel with regular faces at reception. Especially the warm, attentive and accomodating Sima who reached out to welcome me. Neat modern layout going for an upscale, minimalist sleek stylish look with sprawling white room blocks. Comfortable bedding and usual amenities all present. Nice touch with a welcome fruit plate. Cool beach scene.

Minor points for improvement: room might be a bit compact for a couple if you're used to the spacious older style architecture in Sharm. As mentioned by others, food needs more cuisine variety and flavour. It's pretty decent quality but needs some refinement and creativity on flavouring and technique.

We stayed here for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent, especially Sima from Guest Relations, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Sima and Katerina in reception were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Everyone else in reception was great too. Hany the chef was superb. What an excellent chef and super friendly too. I am so sorry I can't remember the name of the waiter in the restaurant who bought my friend coffee and teased me very nicely about the fact I only drink water. They all helped make my stay very memorable. Also, the drivers of the transport Buffy's were friendly. The decor of both sides of the resort was great. I particularly liked the pool on the other side of the road and how close the main side (restaurant end) was to the beach. The beach side entertainment was fun. We didn't take part but it was nice to hear and see. Thanks for a wonderful few days.

The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work well so it was super hot after a shower but the rooms were splendid otherwise. One of the beach attendants was a bit aggressive on the final day and snatched the towels from my friend to insist on finding us a spot. She put him in his place but it wasn't very nice. The other beach side staff were excellent and considerate though.

The Deluxe Room, located in the preferred front area, was excellent, offering outstanding amenities and a convenient location close to the resort's main facilities, including the restaurant, swimming pool, and beach. The sandy beach was beautiful, and the water sports and activities center provided a great range of enjoyable experiences. The resort enjoys a prime location in the city center, within easy reach of Naama Bay and its vibrant shopping area.

While the restaurant staff were attentive, the restaurant facilities could benefit from renovation, and there is room for improvement in the quality and variety of the food offered.

Kahvaltı ve yiyecek servisleri yeterliydi. Lezzet olarak bir sorun yaşamadım. Otelde ana bina olmaması tüm odaların dağınık halde bulunması özel bir otel hissiyatı oluşturuyor. Böylece kalabalık içinde tatil yapıyorum gibi hissetmedim. Sahil çok güzel ve kum plaj. Derinden girmek isteyenler için duba iskele mevcut. Dalmak istemeyenlerin balıkları izleyeceği bir resif hemen plajın ilerisinde bulunmaktadır.

Yemek sunumları geliştirilmelidir. İçecek servislerindeki bardaklar, içilen içki ile uyumsuz. Örneğin bir şarap içmek istediğinizde su bardağı ile veriliyor. Yemek ve içecek tabak ve bardaklar çok temiz bir hissiyat oluşturmuyor ama aşırı kirli de değil. Bazı tabak ve bardaklarda lekeler görünüyor.

Beyond the excellent location, beautiful maintenance, and unique style of the property, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding level of service. I have stayed in some of Dubai’s top hotels, and the service here surpassed many of them. A special mention goes to our manager, Sima, who made every request a priority and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. She regularly checked in on us and paid attention to every detail, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and always smiling. The all-inclusive food was fantastic, offering a great variety of choices throughout our stay. The property also benefits from a lovely sandy beach, which added to the overall experience. The design of the resort is truly unique, creating a memorable atmosphere. The rooms are modern, spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and luxuriously furnished with beautiful interior décor. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return.

Every thing vas extremely perfect, staff were really helpful, rooms are super clean and comfy , food was amazing, you can find everything you want, animation team and Spa team were more than perfect And special thanks to the amazing Sima for her care since our arrival she was very helpful and caring she is one of kind

The hotel was in a prime location in proximity of naama bay. The staff was super friendly, doing everything that is possible to keep the costumers happy.

It’s a great location nice rooms , amazing lovely staff, Thanks to all the staff start from Omer & moutaaz at the reception, hany with his nice rides , the restaurant amazing helpful staff at the restaurant thanks Mahmoud and Muhammad , we had the best experience at the Italian restaurant thanks for Mr. Jaafar for looking after us very well , and big thanks for the beach staff they are all so nice and helpful we are so grateful

The dessert section at the buffet need to be improved big selection looks nice but they are so dry and tasteless.

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza davvero eccellente. Presenza in struttura di turisti 80% Russi / Ucraini 20 % europei . Il personale, sapendo che viaggiavamo con una bambina di meno di due anni, è stato estremamente premuroso e ci ha assegnato una Camera Deluxe Parte Anteriore Preferita, situata nella posizione più comoda possibile, vicinissima a tutti i servizi: ristorante, piscina e spiaggia. Un’attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. L’appartamento si è presentato fin da subito molto bello, curato e soprattutto spazioso, perfetto per le nostre esigenze familiari. Ciò che però ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stato il personale: sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento in ogni momento. Dalle persone addette alla pulizia della stanza, sempre precise e cordiali, allo chef che ogni mattina preparava con passione delle ottime omelette, fino al bagnino e al personale della spiaggia. Senza dimenticare il personale di sicurezza, che garantiva un accesso tranquillo e sicuro alla struttura. Tutti, senza eccezione, si sono dimostrati simpatici, educati e professionali. Un servizio impeccabile che ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura!

L’unico inconveniente riscontrato ha riguardato il pagamento della struttura. Con la carta American Express si è verificato un problema che inizialmente è stato attribuito alla mia carta. Questo mi ha costretto a contattare il servizio clienti in Italia, dove mi è stato confermato che non risultava alcuna anomalia (carta American Express Gold perfettamente funzionante). Si è trattato quindi di una situazione poco chiara, che avrebbe potuto essere gestita meglio, evitando inutili disagi durante la fase di check-in. Fortunatamente avevo con me anche una carta Visa, che ha permesso di risolvere rapidamente il problema.

Hello, We had a wonderful holiday at the hotel with my wife and son. First of all, I can honestly say that the staff’s attention and hospitality were truly outstanding. When you mention an issue or request to one staff member, another staff member is already aware of it the next day and immediately responds accordingly. Nothing is left unresolved, and there is clearly strong follow-up and coordination to help guests in the best possible way. Due to our flight schedule, they were very helpful with early check-in and allowed us to enter an available room earlier than expected. I would especially like to thank Mr. Gamel, the night reception manager, for his kindness and support. In addition, the responsible manager Mr. Amr Yousef approached every issue with a very solution-oriented attitude. Our room request and room change were handled very quickly and professionally according to our situation. They also made a very kind gesture by helping us with airport transportation and arranging a vehicle for our taxi request on our departure day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and premium holiday experience. Another great advantage of the hotel is its location. Compared to many beaches in Sharm, the sea becomes deeper gradually, which is very comfortable for families. Also, there is a beautiful reef area with colorful fish within a very short distance, making the sea experience truly amazing. Thank you again for everything.
