De omgeving, schone hotelkamers en vriendelijk personeel, verschillende zwembaden met drukte ( muziek en entertainen en zwembad zonder muziek en lekker rustig.

Ik vond het eten minder, minder keuze.

The management is very professional, absolutely brilliant, they approach customers to check on them. The members of the staff are quick to assist when needed , always with a smile. The buffet was attractive with a variety of choices to suit everyone, which is much appreciated. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The shops inside the resort were closed... But I supposed that may be because it was the low season.

Hotel in bellissima posizione con mare trasparente. Molto piacevoli i cani ed i gatti che gironzolano nel resort. Fermata fuori dall'hotel x i bus che collegano a Kusadasi. Un ringraziamento a Mr Alì Yay x l'accoglienza ed a Mrs Zuzu x l'organizzazione del nostro rientro facilitato dal suo buon italiano.

1.Как оборудован выход из пляжа. 2.В момент прибытия в отель на ресепшене находился сотрудник отеля, который был максимально не приветливый. Я путешественник с большим опытом, но такой прием у меня был впервые. Все остальные сотрудники отеля которые работали на ресепшене были очень вежливые и приветливые, большое им спасибо.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and had a truly memorable experience. The location is stunning, with a picturesque bay featuring fine sand and crystal-clear water—perfect for relaxing or taking in the view. The facility itself feels fresh and luxurious, with modern design and well-maintained surroundings that elevate the overall atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, especially Ali YAY, the Public Relations Manager. He stood out for being a great listener and communicator, always approachable—even outside of office hours, which made a big difference in how welcomed we felt. Families will appreciate the aquapark, which was a hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the evening shows, which added a lively and entertaining touch to our stay. The snack bar staff were warm and attentive, and both the café and bar offered great service and quality. Overall, this hotel combines a fantastic location, luxurious feel, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for both families and couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

While the main restaurant offers a wide variety of food, the quality could be more aligned with the hotel's overall standard to better meet guest expectations. The grill smoke tends to cover the entire outdoor seating area, which unfortunately affects the enjoyment of the otherwise beautiful view. A better system is needed to manage towel reservations on sun loungers, as many are occupied early and left unused for long periods. The elevators are insufficient for the size of the hotel, often causing long wait times. Either better calibration or additional elevators would improve guest flow. The aquapark pool water was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable for children—adding some heating would be a great improvement. The children’s toilets near the aquapark need better maintenance, as they frequently clog and become unhygienic, which is concerning for families.

In general, everything was very nice. Different interesting show programs were organized every evening. The rooms were cleaned every day. Each of the employees was very careful. According to the special attention, I would like to thank Ali Bey, especially from the Customer Service Department. The dishes were very tasty and the menu was updated every day. With pleasure, I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

L’emplacement est super. Ali est vraiment sympa et professionnel.

L’hôtel est vieux, très vieux. Je pense qu’il était au top il y a 25ans et qu’il est resté dans son jus depuis. Tout est "à l’ancienne". La suite est grande, avec une vue magnifique et un dressing. Il y a aussi un vieux jacuzzi. Tout l’ameublement et les equipements sont vieux. La douche ne ferme pas correctement et il y a de la moisissure, la tv est ridiculement petite, le frigo pue et ne refroidit pas. Les lampes ne fonctionnent pas toutes. J’ai testé le jacuzzi, c’était mauvais. Il etait très sale, j’ai passé 1h à le nettoyer comme j’ai pu avant de pouvoir le tester... il faisait un bruit de camion énorme. Les chambres standard n’ont pas de grand miroir pour voir les vêtements, et elles n’ont pas de coffre. L’absence de coffre dans la chambre est un vrai problème, pour l’argent et les passeports... L’hôtel est très cher, les trucs en option aussi. 100euros le massage, 7euros le jus d’orange frais, 70euros les 15min de jetski... c’est plus cher que Paris ou la côte d’Azure !!!. Je vis à Paris et j’ai été choqué qu’on me demande de payer plus cher en Turquie. J'ai testé le spa, j’y ai laissé 400euros. C’était pas mal mais aussi décevant et frustrant en même temps. Je le répète, tout est mal entretenu ou vieux dans cet hôtel. Cela vaut aussi pour le buffet de nourriture et pour les boissons. Les boissons sont une catastrophe. Que des faux alcools qui ont un goût horrible, pareil pour les sodas ou softs. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel vu les tarifs pratiqués. La nourriture et les boissons sont catastrophiques, surtout les boissons. Cet hôtel est un saut de 25 ans dans le passé.

Communication before the booking was very poor through messaging in the hotels.com app and over the phone. I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English. My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience.

Beş yıldız otel kalitesine sahip değil. Otele vardığımızda 1 saat odamızın hazırlanmasını bekledik . Oda fotoğraftakilerle aynı hiç bir fark yok ama hijyen konusunda çok eksik var. Mini bar denilen şey 2 şer tane fanta ve kola . Daha sonrasında odamızı tekrar temizlettik. Müşterilerle ilgi ve alaka oldukça güzel , personel gerçekten çok cana yakın . Yemeklerde hiç bir lezzet yok , hergün aynı menü. Köfte - balık- tavuk bunun dışında bir arayışınız varsa size hitap etmez. Bol sebze yemeği ve salata da mevcut ama lezzet konusunda gerçekten çok eksik. Tatlıları hayatımda ilk kez gördüm ve tattım bir daha görmek ve tatmak istemem. Türk mutfağını bilen ve seven insanlar için hayal kırıklığı. Sabahtan akşama kadar yeme içme sınırsız ama insan o lezzetsiz yemekleri tadınca akşama kadar acıkmak istemiyor. Bu parayla böyle bi mutfak kalitesi olmamalı. Çürük meyveleri müşterilere sunmak oldukça kalitesiz bi davranış. Plaj ve havuzlarda boş şezlong yok sabah saat 5 te doluyor hepsi. Biz önce misafirler dolduruyor sandık ama daha sonrasında anlatık ki plaj çalışanları bahşiş karşılığında her gün sizin için yer ayırıyormuş ama şu var ki bu kadar para verince bahşiş vermek içinizden gelmiyor. O yüzden istediğiniz yere oturun. Kapımızın alarm sisteminde pil bitmiş 3 gün boyunca dıt dıt sesini dinledik en sonunda gece 1 de gelip birisi sorunu çözdü . Vaad edilen kalite yok , aynı otele bir daha gitmem.

Otel resmi olarak 5 yıldızlı olarak görünüyor ama şahsi deneyimine göre 4 yıldızlı bir tesis. Fiyatına göre de alınan hizmet gayet makul. Personelden herhangi bir talep olduğunda , ellerindeki imkan dahilinde yapmaya çalışıyorlar. Yemekler ne kötü ne iyi orta seviye.

Really lovely hotel but we went at a very quiet time of year (April) so there was not much to do and many of the bars, restaurants and other facilities were closed.

We stayed in December and had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered a stunning sea view. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves, far from the hustle and bustle, was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel's location right by the sea is perfect for peaceful morning walks along the shore, and there are also lovely walking trails in the surrounding area. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, with a special highlight on the delicious traditional Turkish dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team.

Hotel 5 stelle secondo i parametri Turchi ma paragonabile ad un 3/4 stelle Italiano. Personale di sala troppo invadente. Praticamente portavano via i piatti da sotto il naso anche se uno non aveva ancora finito di mangiare. Spiaggia praticamente inesistente. Non tornerò.

What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. Easy to get around from the hotel, taxis are available outside the front of the hotel and can get you into Kusadasi in 10 minutes. Will definitely book again.

Service in general, front desk and guest relations and entertainment team were very good.

Food selection. While trying to cater for a variety of cultures, it was no better than average, tasteless (I sampled everything on offer!). The 'reserved' restaurant was no better. At any given time, 2 or 3 of the drinks/coffee vending machines were out of service. Most of the time, I had to request cups or glasses or crockery - staff were not pro-active. I am an early riser, so no excuses here! For the rest, a mundane inclusive offer. The resort may meet the Hotel Association's requirements for 5 stars, but no way is worth more than 2 or 3 stars at a push. Want a true 5 star experience - stay at the Polat Renaissance Hotel in Istanbul!

I was disappointed for All Inclusive deal as you have to pay for the water and juice. The food was disappointing. The service was disappointing.

The room was nice and clean. Spacious room. The Lobby smells nice when you enter.

This all inclusive we paid is not true. As we have to pay for the water and soft drinks. Food was poor. There is no hot chocolate offered for children which is disappointing. We have requested for an iron, toothpaste, bathrobe but they said they don't have it.

Staff is excellent but facilities are very dated and it shows. I would rate this a 3 star facility not 5 star for sure.

The sea was beautiful but, unfortunately, the beach was too narrow. The hotel was big, bright and spacious. The personnel was friendly and helpful with one or two exceptions. Our room was reasonably big, clean and comfortable, but I imagine the cleaning staff was a bit overwhelmed since the daily cleaning service came always pretty late in the afternoon. The beds were a bit too hard, which I didn't mind but my daughter complained about. The food was good but could be better at a 5-star hotel.

Value for money: All things considered, I thought 300 Euros per night was a little too high.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Kusadasi. Der Blick vom Hotel aufs Meer war super, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Meer war sauber und das Essen sehr gut. Insgesamt war alles bestens für einen schönen Urlaub.

Preis leistung ist top, am meisten hat mir das essen gefallen, sehr abwechslungsreich und schmeckt auch super. Internetverbindung gibt es auch aber verbindung ist miserabel. Hotel ist 5 Sterne, aber es gibt viel bessere hotels kosten aber auch dementsprechend. Für Hamam, zimmersafe, etc. muss man extra bezahlen.

Deluxe Zimmer eine reinste Katastrophe…. Abgenutzte Möbel und eine defekte Dusche. Haben uns 4 Tage lang beschwert, aber es hat niemanden interessiert. Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und nicht kompetent!!!! Bedienung und Service im ganzen Hotel lustlos und langsam. Tische wurden erst mach einer Aufforderung sauber gemacht. Putzfrauen auch überhaupt nicht gründlich, weder auf dem Zimmer noch in der Hotelanlage. Tagsüber Animation sehr langweilig. Abendshows waren wirklich gut. Essen wenig Auswahl aber guter Geschmack. Getränke waren in Ordnung. Insgesamt würde ich für das Geld nicht nochmal hin.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Traveled as couple. Nice, romantic trip. Beautiful sea view, rooms were quiet, staff so attentive, great private beach. Buffet food was good set on nice terrace, but was loud because busy and lots of families with children. Offered at least 4-5 hot selections and plenty of cold mezze, salad, soups, breads and desserts. A la carte restaurants only for weekly stay guests. Various food options available almost 24hrs. Beautiful, clean, calm private beach. Beach chairs reserved early but plenty on upper level if you want shade. Great value for what they offered. Would stay again.

Grundsätzlich war das Hotel in Ordnung und für Kinder und Kleinkinder super geeignet. Es gibt insgesamt vier Pools und das Meer. Das Essen wurde nach dem dritten Tag etwas eintönig. Das Meer ist zwar ein Sandstand allerdings ist der Anfangseintritt ins mehr steinig, sehr steinig. Das Hotel ist hauptsächlich gefühlt mit Azubis besetzt, die dementsprechend etwas unbeholfen teilweise wirkten. Alles in einem war das Hotel in Ordnung, aufgrund der vielen Bademöglichkeiten und dem Spa Bereich. Nochmal würde ich es allerdings nicht auswählen. Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage! Sehr privilegiert.

Schrecklich! Keinerlei weiterzuempfehlen! Ich würde lieber Campen statt in so einem schrecklichen Hotel zu übernachten. Nicht mal ein Stern wert!

Çıkış yaparken oda bilgisi sorduğumda yeterli bilgi verilmedi. Satın aldığım odadan daha küçük bir oda verildiğini düşünüyorum fotoğraflardaki boyutlarda değil kanepe yoktu yalnızca yatak yanında bir berjer vardı. Yemekler genel olarak vasat diyebilirim. Çok ilgili çalışanlarla birlikte asık suratlı ve ilgisiz çalışanlarda vardı ancak mevcut durum itibariyle hoş görülebilir herhangi bir çalışandan kötü bir enerji almadık. Büyük havuz ve plajda şezlong sayısı yetersizdi. Büyük ve kalabalık bir otel, tercih ediliyor olması iyi olarak düşünülsede gerek akşam oturma alanları ve bahsettiğim diğer durumlarla birlikte bir memnuniyetsizlik oluşturabilir. Genel olarak f/p olarak tercih edilebilir.

Bu fiyata daha iyi oteller var. Yemekleri aşırı lezzetsiz ve çeşitliliği yok. Kırmızı Et yok sebze yok. Sadece tavuk eti hindi eti balık var. Mezeler lezzetsiz kullandıkları yağ kötü. Havuz inanılmaz küçük. Sadece denizi güzel oda öğlene kadar sonrasında kıyıya yosunlar vuruyor. Tekrar asla tercih etmiyeceğim bir otel.

resepsiyon giriş biraz kalabalıktı, onun haricinde herşey güzel. odalar temiz ve bakımlı, yemekler çeşitlli ve lezzetli, denize gün içinde ve sabah girmek gerekli. akşam üstüne doğru denizin kıyıları kirleniyor. ana havuz kapasiteye göre biraz küçük ama çocuklu aileler için çok ideal. ve eğlenceli. çocuk havuzu dahil 3-4 adet havuz var. personel ilgili bardaki içecekler normalin üstü idare eder. vermiş olduğunuz paraya değer.

Ein zu empfehlendes Hotel. Die Zimmer und die öffentlichen Bereiche sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich wohl. Die Getränke-Auswahl an den Bars lässt etwas zu Wünschen übrig. Aber der All-Inklusive Preis ist auch günstig. Service-Personal teils super, teils leider enttäuschend. Ümit von der Gästebetreuung ist Top!!

Positiv: + Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, direkt am Strand. + Schöner, allerdings ein etwas zu schmaler Privatstrand + Die Anlage an sich (Bars, Pools usw.) Negativ: - Safe ist gebührenpflichtig. - Die Zimmer haben einen sehr alten und unhygienischen Zustand (vergilbte Toilettenbrille, schwarze Schimmelspuren an den weißen Silikonfugen, Abflussgeruch,...) - Ständig unterbrochener W-Lan Empfang. - Mitarbeiter haben sich untereinander öfters mal gestritten - Wasser in der Mini-Bar wurde nie aufgefüllt

Family friendly resort. A lot of good food. Perfect sea view and many swimming pools. Live music and activities until midnight close to local market and port. We had a good time. But, Front desk not as Professional As I was expecting for 5 star hotel.

Zimmer ok, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit haben nicht den Standart von 4/5 Sternen.

Tusan otelde kalmisligim var ve cok begenirim. Bu yuzden misafirlerimi orada agirlamak istedim fakat giris yaparken ilk esnada hotels.com uzerinden yapilan rezervasyonu bulamamalari beni misafirlerime karsi mahcup etti. Sonrasinda sorun giderildi fakat ilk irtiba onemlidir, beni bu durum hayal kirikligina ugratti. Haricinde her seyin guzel oldugunu iletti misafirlerim.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hoteleigenem Sandstrand, der sehr flach abfällt. Auch sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, da auch liebevolles Kinderparadies (für kleinere Kinder) vorhanden und etwas abgelegen vom Strand und vom großen Pool. Dadurch keine Lärmbelästigung durch Kindergeschrei.

No pride in their work or care. Charged for room safe use. Quality and hygiene not up to standard.

I chose this hotel due to its beautiful beach, but I was really disappointed with the service quality. The most of the staff work long hours and the food was absolutely terrible for the price. They use the worst quality ingredients which is not acceptable for the price they charge. Also, they only gave 1 key for even big families, so you have to constantly plan for going to your room with the rest of your group. Lastly, you can only get fresh pool towels in a 2 hour time frame per day, if you miss that, you simply have to use your old dirty towel.

Food was very good. The beach was great too. Overall was satisfied with my stay
