Everything for the resort was perfect all staff helpful, smile and do their job with pleasure. The rooms are clean 👌. Ver relaxing mattress. Car park is wide. Aquapark was updated and safe

The location if you don't have a car you are in nowhere. The entertainment esp. At night is not worth like other resorts

Из "+" отеля, персонал, семейный номер люкс, был достаточно просторный для 5 человек. Отличная анимация и питание на хорошем уровне. Большой аквапарк, есть где развлечься взрослым и детям. Хорошая уборка, даже если в течении дня, не удалось убрать номер, это можно сделать позже.

Из "-" могу отметить, мокро/скользко у бассейна в течении дня. За этим не следят. В аквапарк вход с едой и напитками запрещён. Проверяют сумки. На территории аквапарка свои точки питания, которые не включены в систему All отеля. Иногда, можно остаться на завтрак без жареных яиц, потому как, их долго жарят и подача через высокое стекло, крайне не удобна для поворов и отдыхающих. Минус пляж. Акцент отеля сделан на бассейне и аквапарке. Пляж не большой. Шезлонгов крайне мало. Море мелкое, не прозрачное. Кататься на чем либо можно. Но это не то место, где можно долго и с удовольствием купаться целый день.

I liked the staff's kindness and helpfulness. Also the a la carte restaurants were very nice.

There is room for improvement in the food buffets. Sometimes there is nice food at the grill like fish etc but it quickly disappears and then we should wait long (if more is coming at all) or pick something different.

We were staying with family for the second time, this time in a larger accommodation. The room was very clean and had good sound insulation. We also appreciated the fruit plate prepared to celebrate our arrival. The staff were friendly, responsible, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Buket, the barista at Thea’s Café, who was very nice and provided excellent service. We really enjoyed the aquapark, which has a great variety of slides. Several of the slides can even be used by four people at a time, which was a lot of fun. There is also a lazy river for a more relaxing water experience. Safety is clearly a priority throughout the aquapark. All the slides have appropriate safety measures and safeguards, and the staff carefully follow the rules and explain them to guests before using the attractions. There are also many pools for different purposes — quiet and active pools for adults, separate options for children, mixed pools, and pools with entertainment programmes. There is something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea views and the pontoon area. The restaurants offer a wide variety of delicious meals, for different taste preferences. I particularly liked the fact that, regardless of the time, there was always an opportunity to come and have something to eat.

The only thing I found a little irritating was the number of flies when eating outdoors. It seemed to depend on the time of day, as there were more flies at certain times. Because of this, we sometimes preferred to eat in the kids’ buffet, which was fortunately usually empty.

Amazing staff, the waterpark is excellent, and the pools are very good. Some nights entertainment was great. Food is generally good, but can be mixed. The beach is also excellent.

The location is quite isolated, be prepared to travel if you get bored by the waterpark/ pool. The indoor pool was closed for renovation. The first night's sleep was heavily disrupted by drunken neighbours, but this was sorted quickly and professionally by the staff.

Aşırı kalabalık Yemekhane personeli az (restorant özellikle demiyorum yemekhane) Aqua parkta içecek alabileceginiz yer yok icecek sokmak yasak 300-400 metre yuruyup dısardaki barda suyunuzu içeceginizi içiyorsunuz sıcakta yolda bir daha susarsanız geri donersiniz artık. Kafeterya ve barlarda cok kalitesiz cerez kullanılıyor ,5 yıldızlı otele yakısmayan sekilde .

Самое замечательное это пляж и волны, народу в разгар сезона немного, брали уроки серфинга, Красивое место, море, горы и сосны. Также очень много вкусной еды, глаза разбегаются, рыба каждый день. Непонятно почему нет местных фруктов таких как инжир, везде его продают, но в отеле нет, к сожалению. Аквапарк тоже достойный. Горок не так много, но достаточно для нескольких дней отдыха. Персонал был очень любезен, и разрешил задержаться на час, когда мы не успевали выехать. Номер был немного меньше ожидаемого, но в кровать была удобная, мебель приличная и хорошая сантехника. Также в отеле есть доктор, сам не лечит, но отправляет в клинику (если у вас есть страховка, или придется оплатить), машина возит туда и обратно, удобно. Пришлось дважды воспользоваться. Рядом с отелем ездят маршрутки, и можно доехать до Сельчука, Измира, Кушадасы. Не обязательно брать такси. Но услуга такси в отеле конечно есть. Я бы хотела еще вернуться в этот отель с семьёй.

Насекомые это минус. Отель тут конечно не причем, но хорошо бы в каждый номер положить фумигатор. Надо постоянно следить, чтоб насекомые не залетали в номер. Но они садятся на еду на террасе) еще кошки могут украсть вашу еду на террасе, имейте ввиду.

Das Hotel war sauber, die Anlage wurde gepflegt. Der Strand war nahe und es wurde alles geboten. Der Wasserpark nebenan konnte ohne zubuchen genutzt werden. Im Restaurant The Pearl kann man sehr lecker essen! Das Personal ist aufmerksam und wirklich auf zack! Kaum sind die leeren Teller am Tischrand, sind aie auch schon weg. Geschmacklich auch absolut zu empfehlen. Bei Fragen kann das Personal schnell weiterhelfen. Die Zimmer sind schön und auch ruhig. Es gibt mehrere Pools darunter auch einen nur für Erwachsene.

Im Hauptrestaurant, The Oasis, war es ganz ok. Das Personal fragt zu Anfang nach Getränken und bringt diese dann. Mehr Service gibt es nicht. Die leeren Teller werden gekonnt ignoriert. Das Personal läuft mehrfach am Tisch vorbei ohne die Teller abzuräumen. Mehrfach lagen Obststücke am Boden, nachdem einem Mitarbeiter dies auffiel, sagte er einem anderen Bescheid. Dieser stellte ein Schild darüber - Achtung rutschig. Ein weiterer Mitarbeiter kam und stieß dieses Schild mit einem Wagen um. Schob es dann mit dem Fuß zu Seite. Ergo - 3 Mitarbeiter für 1 Obststück und die Arbeit wurde nicht erledigt. Die Hotelanlage ist doch sehr groß. Das sorgt in den ersten Tagen für Verwirrung. Die Verkäufer in den Shops sind sehr unfreundlich. Meine 3 jährige Tochter wurde angeschrien als sie an meiner Hand war das sie nichts anfassen soll! Nur wenn gekauft wird.

- Chambre : très spacieuse, propre et agréable, avec un balcon propre également, une vue reposante. La clim était particulièrement bien réglée (réglable également), peu bruyante, bien placée aussi donc pas de sensaion d'air froid qui vous arrive dessus quand elle fonctionne. C'est très appréciable la nuit notamment. - Apéro : les cocktails des formules all inclusive sont très bons, originaux, bien préparés et joliment servis, et bien dosés (ce n'est pas de la flotte comme parfois dans les all inclusive). - Repas : buffet assez fourni, avec à la fois des spécialités turques et des plats plus "européens". Contrairement à d'autre resort du même type, il y avait un effort de cuisine sur les plats chauds. Bcp de fruits coupés, très appréciables et plutôt bons. Petits dej' assez fournis également, sympa. - Piscine : de très belles piscines et un complexe de toboggans aquatique assez dingue. Des piscines pas si bondées pour le monde présent donc c'est agréable. Piscine bien entretenues et peu abimées. - Plage : accès à une plage avec transat qui jouxte l'hôtel. Très agréable aussi avec un bel espace de baignade surveillée. Plage qui descend très doucement donc top avec des enfants.

- Bémol sur le restaurant principal : difficile de trouver une place le soir et le matin (nous étions 5) et la propreté des tables laisse franchement à désirer (toujours collantes, même redressées). - Bémol sur les repas : hormis les desserts turcs, le reste des desserts restait quelconque. Bcp d'effets visuels mais un gout totalement plat et inintéressant. - Gros gros bémol sur les transats de piscine réservés dès 7h le matin, donc pas d'autre choix que de procéder pareil si on veut en profiter. Dommage.

Everything was simply perfect. Aquapark is really good for kids. What I like the most is the chef preparing the deserts, I would come to this hotel again simply just for the deserts:))

We have chosen Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa for our family holiday for the past two years in a row. Both stays have been wonderful experiences, and once again, we left extremely happy and satisfied. The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable. The internet connection is also excellent, with fast and reliable Wi-Fi not only in the rooms but throughout the entire hotel. One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is the professional, friendly, and helpful attitude of nearly every member of staff. From the reception and housekeeping teams to the restaurant and bar staff, pool attendants, and the lovely people at the Kids Club, we would like to thank each and every one of you for making our stay so enjoyable. During our holidays here, our children truly feel at home. Seeing them happy, comfortable, and safe is priceless to us. Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa will undoubtedly remain our favourite choice for next summer. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team (especially to Nursima, Nisa, Kubra, Hasan,..) for their wonderful hospitality and for helping us create such beautiful family memories. Die Unterkunft ist maximal ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Wir haben extra ein Babybett bestellt, dieses kam zu spät und war defekt. (Brach mitten in der Nacht zusammen). Das Personal kennt sich im eigenen Hotel nicht aus und spricht nur teilweise Englisch. (Wussten nicht wo die eigenen Restaurants im Hotel sind) Die Pools sind teilweise ungepflegt. Der Garten ist absolut lieblos und ungepflegt. Das Essen ist täglich das gleiche. Der Strand ist verschmutzt und wird nicht gepflegt. Die Öffnungszeiten sind teilweise eine Frechheit. Welcher Wasserpark schließt um 17:30? Die Pools und die Poolbar schließen um 18:00. Das Indoorpool war überhaupt komplett geschlossen. Die Anlage allgemein ist nicht schön und ungepflegt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Aqua Fantasy Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Essen war jeden Tag frisch, abwechslungsreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Besonders begeistert waren unsere Kinder vom Kinderbuffet, es gab eine tolle Auswahl und sie haben sich jeden Tag darauf gefreut. Auch die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und war immer in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Leider hatten wir jedoch ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis mit einem Taxi, das über den Taxistand beim Hotel gerufen wurde. Wir sind während unseres Urlaubs mehrmals mit dem Taxi in die Stadt gefahren und haben jedes Mal zwischen 600 und 680 TL bezahlt. Bei einer Fahrt verlangte der Fahrer plötzlich zuerst 1.200 TL, später 1.000 TL. Er behauptete, es gäbe eine Vereinbarung mit dem Hotel und deshalb müsse ein Zuschlag bezahlt werden. Anschliessend erklärte er, weil das Taxi ausserhalb von Kuşadası komme, würden zusätzlich 50 % berechnet. Nach unserer Rückkehr erkundigten wir uns beim Hotel. Frau Büsra vom Gästeservice hat den Sachverhalt professionell aufgeklärt und bestätigt, dass es keine Preisvereinbarung zwischen dem Hotel und dem Taxistand gibt. Die Zusammenarbeit besteht lediglich darin, dass Gäste schneller ein Taxi erhalten und nicht lange warten müssen. Als ich ankündigte, das Kontrollschild des Taxis zu fotografieren und den Vorfall zu melden, drohte mir der Fahrer sogar damit, mich anzuzeigen. Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Touristen ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ein grosses Lob an Frau Büsra für ihre freundliche und kompetente Unterstützung. Sie empfahl mir, den Vorfall an CİMER zu melden. Da dies ohne e-Devlet-Zugang für Touristen schwierig ist, habe ich stattdessen Kontakt mit dem Hemşehri İletişim Merkezi der Stadt İzmir aufgenommen und den Vorfall dort gemeldet. Mir geht es nicht um die zusätzlichen 300 TL. Davon wird der Fahrer nicht reich und ich nicht arm. Es geht einzig und allein ums Prinzip. Ich hoffe, dass künftig keine anderen Hotelgäste oder Touristen auf diese Weise getäuscht werden.

Absolutely loved every single moment of our stay – it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely fantastic and incredibly delicious; every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making dining there a real highlight of our trip. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely cooperative. We arrived unexpectedly early at around 8:00 AM, even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, and we were prepared to wait. To our pleasant surprise, they went out of their way to accommodate us and allowed us an early check-in without any hassle. That kind of thoughtful service really sets this place apart. It made us feel valued and at home immediately. The entire atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a memorable stay. We will definitely be coming back! Five stars well deserved and worth every penny. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so special and stress-free, we left with beautiful memories. Can't wait to visit again soon with family and friends for another stay.

Very comfortable and spacious room for family holiday. Service upon check in was great. No frills all inclusive that’s main attraction was the included water park, which was great. Pools on property were also enjoyable. Beach access was best along that strip! Food was not as good as other TUI Blue resorts we’ve stayed at but was good. Steak restaurant was fantastic. Really enjoyed the water park and the family time.

Staff were excellent, went above and beyond to help. Al a cart restaurants had very nice quality food. Adult pool was beautiful but we could not spend much time there as our well behaved 16 year old son was not allowed to enter.

Buffet was extremly crowded. Wine was never cold enough (except at the al a carte restaurants). It was impossible to get a good coffee. Coffee machines at breakfast were regularly breaking and even the barista coffee at the pattisserie wasn't great.

We loved everything about the hotel, the general areas, the facilities, the waterpark was great, the rooms were great for our family setup, the food was super, the entertainment team were super friendly and they had great entertainment on within the complex, thanks for a great stay.

The beds were hard, the walls were thin, so we could hear the neighbours, the cleaning within the rooms could have been better, the staff at breakfast/lunch and dinner were abit hit and miss, sometimes you would be asked what you would like to drink and other times you were ignored and you would see other tables being asked.

Aquapark and Beach both very close, that was perfect. Also food was great, especially fresh vegetables and fruit. The day with Turkish specialities was a highlight. Almost nobody had too much alcohol which was also included, and the group who drank too much and became a nuisance for the other guests quickly got alcohol restrictions and the problem was solved quickly. Well handled! Staff was especially nice and helpful and everything was uncomplicated.

Food was great and there was even a special buffet for toddlers. However, for very picky children, the food selection was a bit limited. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were very stuffed which didn't feel comfortable any more.

The rooms were air conditioned and comfortable to sleep in, clean and maintained well throughout our stay. The facilities themselves were fantastic, lots of pool areas to choose from, we loved the volleyball and tennis areas, spa facilities great too! Al a care restaurants were amazing, especially the Chinese were the staff went above and beyond! The Icing on the cake was full unlimited access to the onsite water park

The fact that dinner is supposed to run until 10pm but one evening after our day trip we arrived to the dining area at 9.20pm for them to be clearing the food away and we could not eat dinner. it seemed for all meal sittings breakfast lunch and dinner atleast 30 minutes before end time staff were out clearing the buffet. That was disappointing and stressful to have hungry children. Also. Ice cream, more access to ice cream is a must!

Une propreté irréprochable des lieux. Les chambres sont quotidiennement nettoyés et les agents laissent toujours des petites attentions (des fleurs fraîches, des ballons pour les enfants, des petites figurines…). Le personnel est très impliqué, souriant et serviable. L’hôtel est conforme à la description et vaut son prix. Les services proposés sont de qualités.

10 jaar geleden was ik hier voor het laatst. Doordat de hotels nu zijn opgedeeld is het kleinschaliger. Daardoor was er veel rust. Het was zo rustig dat we op sommige dagen het waterpark nagenoeg voor onszelf hadden. Gold ook voor het strand. Ideaal!

We hadden last van (vleer) muizen die ons balkon bevuilden. Maar na klacht bij receptie heeft house cleaning het schoongemaakt.

The hotel is very large and clean, with excellent facilities and a large pool, many large slides, many active coffee shops, a great location with a simultaneous view of the pool, sea, and forest, and very lovely and polite staff. The only thing I would like to complain about is that the food variety should be greater, although the sweets and drinks are excellent. Overall, I liked this hotel and would choose it again.

We had a wonderful stay in Kusadasi. From check-in to check-out, everyone—from the housekeeping staff to the staff in the restaurants and bars—is incredibly friendly and helpful. The clay tennis court was my favorite; it’s very well-maintained, cleaned daily, and I truly enjoyed my time there. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was very happy with the variety and taste of the meals. I also managed to fit in some sailing while I was there, which was a huge plus. Comfortable rooms and perfect for anyone who wants to stay active and healthy.

The breakfast lunch and dinner were excellent and exceeded all expectation, the facilities staff and information provided far exceeded our expectations our children were happy.

From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally well. The place was spotless and every member of staff, right down to housekeeping were so lovely and nobody could do enough for you. The food was delicious and so varied and the facilities were excellent

We had an unforgettable vacation at Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Spa! Everything was perfect — from the friendly staff and tasty food to the fantastic water park and beautiful beach. The resort is clean, lively, and full of positive energy. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Merve, who is truly a golden girl! 🌟 She made our stay even more special by arranging early check-in, late check-out, and even upgraded rooms for us. Merve absolutely deserves to be recognized — her kindness, professionalism, and sincere smile are a treasure for this hotel! At the Seafood à la carte restaurant, Mr. Murat went above and beyond. I was fasting that day, and he prepared everything specially for me — without butter, eggs, or milk products — showing genuine care and attention. We also want to thank Mehmet from the Chinese à la carte restaurant, who was equally wonderful — polite, attentive, and always ready to make guests feel comfortable. We left with beautiful memories and full hearts. Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Spa is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we can’t wait to come back again! 💙🌊✨

Some Staff were rude ,UNWELCOMING and careless👎, never apologized for their mistakes. We missed our Turkish dinner because of their booking error — no apology, no compensation. Reception didn’t even mention we could pay for early check-in until hours later. Most staff barely speak English and act annoyed when you ask anything. Buffet was the same dull food every day. Dirty plates, greasy reused cups at the bar — disgusting. For the price, this place is a joke. Definitely not worth it.👎👎👎

De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel. Personeel aan de grote balie is heel vriendelijk. Ze doen hun best om je op je gemak te stellen. Personeel aan de bars zijn niet zo vriendelijk tegen de Turkse bevolking. Ik kreeg een gratis kamer upgrade.

Te veel drukte door Europeanen. Moeilijk een ligbed of een tafel tijdens het middag eten kunnen vinden. De zee is zeer vies met zand. Prijs kwaliteit valt tegen. Ik verbleef er 4 dagen en heb veel moeten betalen. Er is geen winkelcentrum in de buurt, daarvoor moet je naar centrum van Kusadasi en die ligt op min 30 reizen. prijzen in de hotel zijn heel duur. Simpele zwemdonut kost €20. In Nederland kost hetzelfde €2,50 bij de action.

Not a big choice of healthy juices and the beach with a long and shallow coast, cloudy water due to dark sand and algae.

Hotel tres bien équipé au niveau des chambres et des piscines. Le restaurant est tres bon, le poisson y est délicieux. Beaucoup de choix. Par contre, le personnel est professionnel mais un peu froid. Beaucoup d'anglais tres bruyants et irrespectueux dans les couloirs le soir et la nuit. Prévoir Bouchons d'oreilles. Le site de EPHESE à 15 min de l'hotel est magnifique mais coute 40€ (gratuit pour les enfants de moins de 8 ans avec justificatifs). La ville de Kusadaci à 20 min est tres agréable avec ses rues pietonnes et sa corniche.

Food was exceptional, all the different verities catered for everyone. Fabulous!!. Pool, drinks, beautiful beach what more could one ask for.

One complaint the guy in the bag and shoe shop was not very nice,on my last day I bought a bag, purse, and one pair of shoes, €100 which was complete rubbish and then charged my card €140 which I didn't realise till I reached home, been going to turkey a lot of years and that's the first time anyone has ever did this to me, was so disappointed and saddened after a fabulous week there.

L'hôtel est très bien . ✅️ accès simple et rapide ✅️ serviette et propreté ✅️ animations tout les soirs mais plutôt pour les adultes ✅️ acces facile a l'aquapark ( qui est au top du top) ❎️ les glaces ( pendant mes 5 nuits il n'y avait que cône a la VANILLE aucun autre goût ❎️ terrain de foot avec énormément de trous ❎️ les desserts étais toujours les mêmes. ❎️manque d'animation pour les enfants. Sinon c'étais un bon séjours, Mais je pense pas revenir.

Dinner and breakfast were good can be improved Lunch varieties were excellent but some kinds always finished early.

Die Anlage ist schön mit Blumen angelegt und gut gepflegt. Direkt am Meer, hier ist das Wasser leider nicht so türkis wie erwartet. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es sind zu jeder Tageszeit ausreichend Liegen vorhanden.Das Frühstücks- und Abendessenbuffet war ausreichend. Abends hätte die Fleischqualität etwas hochwertiger sein können. Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Das Mittagessen nahe dem Meer war immer sehr laut. Auch wenn es ein Strandbuffet ist, sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass die Gäste nicht barfuß und nacktem Oberkörper das Restaurant betreten. Das Steakrestaurant war für uns persönlich leider kein Highlight. Die Vorspeise wurde lieblos serviert als wir noch nicht einmal richtig saßen. Die Chickenwings waren verbrannt, deshalb lagen sie mit der oberen Seite auf dem Teller. In allen Restaurants leider zu wenig Personal zum Abräumen der Teller. Abends wäre etwas mehr Atmosphäre wünschenswert, z.B. mit Tischdecken und etwas Deko auf dem Tisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Poolblick. Leider funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht. Dies musste 2 Tage reklamiert werden bis er getauscht wurde. Dies sollte die Reinigungskraft beim Auffüllen der Getränke feststellen. Der Safe war nicht fest montiert, da er aus dem Holzschrank rausgerissen wurde. Dies wurde trotz Reklamation nicht gelöst. Am schönsten war für uns und unseren Sohn die Poolanlage und der Wasserpark. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unseres Erachtens leider ungenügend.

Aquapark closed, the heated pool was cold for me, sea water was also cold in this period.

Fantastic people, very accommodating when it came to Food allergies. Food was delicious! The rooms were always cleaned. Good facilities and things to do for Family with children. The spa was lovely to use to relax. We went sailing and had a lot of fun. Thoroughly enjoyed my Family and I being there and Highly recommend this Hotel and Resort & Spa. Compared to another Hotel we were at (not so far from this Hotel) Aqua Fantasy Hotel was far the best and glad we decided to stay here!

Nothing that comes to mind, it is Perfect for the Family.

Everything about the hotel was great the staff were very kind and Friendly specially the receptionist, her name was Merve she helped us through all our stay, other barmen and waiters were so great too including Hossein in the bar and Seçim in restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay the only thing we had to do is to enjoy our trip and the staff took care of all other things. Resepsiyon çok efendiler Merve hanım bize çok yerdim etti, hersey çok güzelmiş biz sadece eğlenceye kerar verdik.
