Its a bit dingy and dark. Probably personal choice as we like brigher rooms. Also, the guest next door had to big dogs that barked when he was out but the air conditioner fan helped drown the barking out.

The hotel is very pet friendly but the staff knew nothing about local kennels or pet sitters. The hotel does not want pets left in the rooms alone but had no information about places to leave pets while dining or working.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2025The staff here were super friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, there is no on-site gym and the laundry room/area (washers/dryers) could use some serious TLC. When it rained and became damp and chilly, I was told that the heat could not be turned on due to the boilers only coming on during seasonal times, however they did offer me more blankets and a small heater. There was a very large gap under my door, where I could see the outside very well, which made me think of all the spiders and other insects that had a personal doorway into the room. I will end up by saying housekeeping was absolutely fantastic! The beds were clean, the towels fresh!

I can confidently say I’ve never had better customer service than hers before. She was very helpful and accommodating along with being super kind. Highly highly recommend!!
