I booked and upon arrival I was asked for 150 dollar deposit. I extended my stay by 3 days and was again asked for a further 150 dollars deposit . I found this off putting 🤷‍♂️

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, excellent spa. They even provide umbrellas for rainy days. The biggest problem is the location. Incredibly dirty street, smelly and bad reputation.

The staff was fantastic! Especially the staff members who worked the front desk. They were very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful with coordinating our stay in the hotel and our travel plans in and around Phnom Pehn. Thank you for a memorable stay!

I just had the best massage I’ve ever experienced at Sun and Moon Massage and Spa. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease in a serene, spotless environment that instantly helped me unwind. Theara is a true professional who speaks excellent English. Her communication was warm and clear, and her technique was both precise and incredibly soothing. She listened to my needs, tailored the session to address my tension, and checked in at just the right moments to ensure maximum comfort without interrupting the flow of relaxation.

have stayed here a few times and always great, the staff are amazing. The room is spacious and well set out. Amazing for Asia is the hot water, sun an moon the water was hot straight away, no waiting.

the only thing i found that i didn't like, is the door. You have to make sure it is fully shut. if u let is shut on its own it wont shut/lock

This had almost everything you needed in a hotel. This hotel had pool bar spa restaurant very clean area. The cooking class was OK.

One thing I will say about the breakfast sometimes they had eggs sometimes they didn’t. For breakfast buffet it had a lot of lunch items.

I stayed at SUN & MOON, Urban Hotel three times, each time for three days, and I was impressed every single time. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar and a rooftop swimming pool with a great atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the city. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, and the lovely Mekong riverfront promenade is also within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious, bright, clean, and decorated in a beautiful modern style. I really like the overall design of the hotel. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional kindness and honesty of the hotel staff. I accidentally forgot a large amount of money in the safebox in my room. By the time I noticed it, I was already in another country. The staff was incredibly helpful and honest enough to send the money back to my home. I would like to sincerely thank them once again for that. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and can highly recommend it.

Very nice hostel, nice room and reception

I stayed in this excellent property for a month straight. After staying for two weeks, I was impressed and extended my stay. A special thanks goes to Mr. Panharoth Vuthy, the reception team, the manager and all the other hotel staff. They did everything to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The food choices are outstanding and the pool and gym are beyong expectations. All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone. It offers value for money and the location is central. The rooms are modern and it felt like home.

Staff were really helpful, you get a free 15 minute massage with the booking and that really came in handy! Gym is open 24/7 which is great too! Great view from the pool.

Not a dislike but a suggestion would be having the pool open until later.

The rooms are fairly bright, well furnished and modern with comfortable beds. The hotel is located in a vivid neighborhood close to the central market, the night market and the tonle sap river. The hotel offers a big rooftop infinity saltwater pool overlooking the skyline which is partly shaded. There is also a bar and some tables and sun beds on the roof to sit and relax without consumption. There is a Spa section with a Finnish sauna, an aromatised steam room, a hot whirlpool and an ice cold pool which is pretty spacious. On some floors of the highrise building there are public open-air balconies with tables where you can sit. In the lobby there is a refill-station for your water bottle so you do not need to use single-user plastic. If you want, the bed is made daily.

The mosaics in the pool have mostly fallen off, which feels weird when touching it. As it is normal in Southeast-Asia, the Spa is separated in two sections between men and women.

This hotel has a really nice air-conditioned gym with a good variety of free weights, exercise machines and a view of the city. The hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms are big and the shower has lots of water pressure.

Poor room, windows looked onto walk way. So the curtains are closed all the time. All the tiles in the pool have peeled off.

Went I went in the room, when I open the fridge still food from people before. Toilet seat broken and dirty, clear chair dirty. They fix everything when I complying. I was the happy with the rest of my stay.

a great place to stay. a very nice, large room. we could move around easily. very nice bed with linens and the bath was also very nice. it served our purpose well for visiting the Killing Fields.

Sun and Moon Urban Hotel has been so kind in honoring my stay when my flight was delayed. I want to thank Mr. Kina Bun for helping to make a travel delay much easier. I have to mention this is a very beautiful Hotel! Very clean and the staff has been so helpful and kind! I love the accent lighting, the beautiful rooftop pool and bar. The breakfast buffet and restaurant Salt and Pepper are amazing! I have stayed here in the past and will definitely stay here again! Highly Recommended!!!

Ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre. Tolle Lage, direkt im Geschehen alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Toller Rooftop Pool mit super Aussicht über die Stadt. Besonders am Abend sehr schön zu verweilen. Entspannung pur. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles sehr sauber. Leckere Cocktails und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne in dieses Hotel. Wir waren bereits 4 x hier, wir lieben es. Rundum alles perfekt.

Preis ist ein wenig hoch

Das Zimmer war riesig und sauber (ich wurde upgegradet auf eine Suite). Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut (mit Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht weit ins Stadtzentrum)! Das Frühstück war auch recht gut. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen bei der nächsten Reise, allerdings darauf bestehen, ein wirklich ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen.

Leider gibt es eine Baustelle hinter dem Hotel und nach der ersten Nacht musste ich ein anderes Zimmer bitten! Das vom Hotel organisierte Flughafentaxi zum Hotel am Anreiseabend war leider auch verhältnismäßig teuer. Nicht weit vom Hotel ist die Zone mit "diversen" Bars und dergl.

Das Zimmer war bequem und ruhig. Trotz der Gegend hörte ich keinen Lärm von der Straße

Die Sauberkeit. Die Kissen gehören seit langem ausgetauscht 🤢 Die Sonderangebote für Massagen. Einfach mal ums mehrfache teurer als in wirklich luxuriösen Spa's...... Da fühlt man sich schon verarscht.

Everything great the room was very cool and well equipped. I was initially disappointed by the beds which reviewers had extolled as very comfortable. They are a bit too firm for my liking but didn't stop me having a good sleep both nights of my stay. A very high quality and well equipped gym a beautiful rooftop pool big enough for a serious swim and a fabulous sauna, steam room and hot and cold jaccussi. And the rooftop bar serves a stonking dark beer for $5. I would have stayed another two nights but alas there was no room. If I visit Phnom Penh again this is where I will stay. Final words for the staff who never tire of greeting you enthusiastically, they made a big difference to my stay and I'm very grateful, thanks.

Es ist sehr central gelegen, große Suiten, Pool auf dem Dach und aufmerksame Angestellte.

Konnte den Balkon nicht nutzen weil er abgeschlossen war und 2 Meter daneben angebaut wurde. Wurde mir auch nicht zugetragen und das bei der teuersten Suite. Gut das ich mit dem rauchen aufgehörte habe und der Balkon nicht mehr so wichtig war.
