Very friendly & helpful staff who couldn't be faulted

Lack of poolside bar or cafe not allowed to take alcohol to the pool or glass bottles which I can accept

We've ended up being as ill as covid would make you feel from the air con. The bar was completely deserted the hotel looked like a ghost town including in the restaurant. The room Was really dirty where they haven't bothered cleaning it properly. They don't understand what do not enter means because they still knocked on our door when it said do not disturb for cleaning. The security guard was really rude and didn't even try and speak to us even though I tried using Google Translate, he also made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable by trying to look in the room whilst that I was going down for a cigarette. It did not make us feel like we're in Spain didn't even have a balcony. Our fridge barely worked in our in the room. We wish we paid the extra to stay in a better hotel we wanted it to be a cheap holiday so we went for something really budget but it was honestly disgusting don't waste your money even if you're trying to go for a cheap holiday.

È un peccato che le stanze non dispongano di un balconcino, ma già lo sapevo alla prenotazione.

Struttura datata e mal tenuta. Ka camera era spaziosa ma trascurata. Muri sporchi mobili in decomposizione. Le tende sporche e i cuscini semivuoti. In bagno l'asse del wc era smangiata . Abbiamo sollecitato per cambiare il tappo del lavandino perché era intasato. La pulizia appena sufficiente nel rifacimento dei letti ma i pavimenti non venivano puliti tutti i giorni.

Davvero un'ottima colazione con vasta scelta e buona, discreta anche la cena, la stanza è abbastanza grande, il bagno ha il bidet e i letti sono comodi.

La presenza di una blatta poggiata su un asciugamano probabilmente uscita dalle tubature con il caldo uscita dallo scarico nel bagno e il fatto che il wifi della struttura non prendeva fino alla stanza.

Namestaj je star poprilicno, moj krevet je imao jednu nogaru kracu pa se ako sednes na ivicu klacka, vrata od ormana su mi ostala u ruci u jednom trenutku pa sam morao da ih zasrafim kako bi stajala. Soba je 540 ako neko bude boravio da zna.

Very good location, not overcrowded. Close to the beaches, restaurants and the center. Enough and good breakfast. The room was spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The WiFi continuously dropped the connection.

Hotel Zentral was a very nice quiet stay, spacious and not overcrowded which added to its charm. It is situated a comfortable 7 min walk from the beach area, away from the crowds and partying.

Around the pool at the top floor, some clients played loud music on external speakers at the same time, very unpleasant. No one to police or enforce calm. Patrons refused to turn down music.

Great stay, very accommodating staff. Roof top pool was lovely.

There is no bar in the hotel. This wasn’t an issue for us as we went to the supermarket and brought drinks/snacks back. Whilst very clean and tidy, the hotel is a little bit dated, and the rooms in particular could do with a bit of a revamp.

Location was perfect - room was very clean. Roof top pool and top tub ideal, 10mins walk from the beach. - The staff were absolutely amazing! But a Big thank you to Gary from reception when we lost are phone and he helped arrange everything (Kyle) The whole team are brilliant! - definitely would stay again

Great location, the staff were so lovely and helpful. Mini fridge was helpful, the 3 single bed room was useful for us as a group of 3 men, reasonably sized room Also taxi lane was great pulls up right out the front of the hotel. We also used the scooters on the corner which was also worth it. Didn’t use the pool or pool table but they all seemed like good additions

Tired property in terms of air con We left it on for the whole trip and it didn’t cool down our room at all. The reception was even hot so I can imagine the whole building struggles. Couldn’t leave the window open due to noise, so was too hot to sleep most nights. I just wish we had a small cheap fan for the room. We asked but there wasn’t any. Also any bottle opener would have also helped but that’s minor. Also to note walls can be thin so hearing people in hallways and next door can be a little annoying when going to sleep I do think If we could stay cool at night it would have been a lot more comfortable

It was a lovely quiet area was a short walk to the beach shops bars and restaurants near by

i materassi, completamente macchiati di giallo e altri colori, ho provato anche a girarli ma erano peggio, che li separava c'era solo un lenzuolo ho fatto presente la situazione mi hanno dato un materassino (quelli che si mettono sui lettini da spiaggia) e ho dovuto dormire su uno di quelli

Location good, clean and friendly, staff friendly so for the money I do t think you can grumble at all

Hotel staff were exceptional and lovely! They always greeted us. We were not aware there were no balconies for certain rooms (I should have checked this) which was a bummer but I never asked for one so that’s on me - we asked about the gym and they made sure we got our discount for it since we were guests. If you are very picky about your room being immaculate and pristine this hotel is not for you, the towels were stained and torn, cracks in the walls and bath - we did not make the staff members aware as it did not bug us. The pool could do with a clean and re-tiling. Myself and my partner have gotten a rash from either the hot tub or the pool or both - pool is on the roof top, any bit of wind and you’ll be freezing. Location is perfect and within walking distance to everything. There definitely better 4 star hotels around the same area that have entertainment in the evening and better facilities - they don’t serve food in May/June and I think the bar is the same as I never saw anyone in it. Cannot fault the staff :)

I liked the location the best. We didnt eat in hotel. The staff were lovely. Room v comfy but no english tea and no milk! Otherwise ideal

The property was clean, clean towels changes everyday, clean room.

Very old furnishings. Needs a good upgrading in general. The restaurant is 80s style, food for breakfast and dinner very basic and cheapest stuff. More like a 3 star old fashioned structure.

Exceeded my expectations: - Room was very clean and spacious with excellent sanitary facilities; - Rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi was fantastic due to the views of the mountain range and coast; - Staff were very helpful and accommodating; - Location was super; - All in all, excellent value for money - I would definitely return!
