Location was ideal, friendly staff.

Asked for extra polling but didn’t arrive. Be prepared to pay for extra that are usually free ie cup of tea, leaving you bag after check out etc.

Early check-in costs an additional £15, even when the room is already ready. This charge was not mentioned in the welcome email received after the initial booking.

Lack of kettle to make tea/coffee in the room. I have never been to a hotel in England that doesn't provide a kettle or offer complimentary hot drinks if no kettle is provided.

The beds in the twin rooms are tiny and really uncomfortable. Plus the room did not have a table or plugs beside both beds.

Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko różnych linii metra, przystanku autobusowego oraz areny o2. Na arenę jedzie się 2 minuty metrem, tylko jedną stację. Pokój jest trochę mały. Łóżko wygodne i czyste. Jest telewizor, są wieszaki na ubrania, krzesło, półki, sejf oraz kilka luster. Szybkie zameldowanie oraz wymeldowanie. Był to mój pierwszy taki pobyt w hotelu (także mój pierwszy za granicą i byłam sama) i bardzo mi się podobało. Obsługa bardzo miła.

Location was excellent for restaurants and getting to the London Underground. I travel to Canary Wharf for business and accommodation at this price point is acceptable if you don't mind no frills. The AC was good and kept the room cool.

The room simple contains the bed so you can imagine it is not very big. For one person this is fine but if you are a couple, I think it could be a concern.

Location is excellent for my work, the staff are brilliant, friendly and know me now.

We stayed one night. The staff was friendly, there was everything you need for the breakfast. The room (in the new building) was very clean and original! Located close to the metro, and into the business/trendy district

we had a cosy standard room and it was perfect for the two of us. The room is in the small size but was big enough for 2 people. It was clean and the bed was soo cosy. Would come again soon. Staff where friendly and welcoming.

I loved the location, the room and that it had aircon because I went in a hot summer week there. The bed was so comfortable and the room looked brand new.

My room was right in front of the elevator which proved to be very noisy with traffic of people coming in and leaving quite late and early. disrupted my sleep a little bit.

convenient for canary wharf

They dont tell you that there are 2 different buildings. The one building is far from main hotel and has zero facilities. I didn't feel safe walking there at night because its near construction site. If id known this I wouldn't have booked.

Staff was super nice! Our room was rather small but it had everything we needed. At night it was quiet and we were able to sleep well. The next tube station was not too far away.

The shower drained a bit slow so we had to be careful so it doesn’t spill over.

An extra plug socket in the room would have been nice and it was quite hot in the room even with air con on.

Great location & breakfast. A lot of shops and restaurants within a walking distance. Very clean and modern.

Very compact room (hard to open your suitcase). You can hear most noises from the corridor to your room. Other side of the bed had no nightstand. Beds were a bit short in length & stiff to lay on.

L'hôtel est bien situé, le lit est confortable.

La chambre est assez petite et il n'y a pas de boîte de mouchoir. La douche était sale avec la porte de douche qui ne se fermait pas. Le plus dérangeant était que la nuit les portes coupe feu du couloir étaient fermées et comme notre chambre était située juste à côté, les va et viens des clients nous réveillaient systématiquement à cause de ces portes qui grinçaient.

The staff were really friendly, especially a staff member named Ulises. He was so warm and accommodating that it felt a home away from home. It was also great value for money with the breakfast included.

The room was nice, a good space and everything needed for a short stay. The breakfast was very nice and a reasonable price.

Everytime I spoke to the staff leading up to our visit, I was advised that I couldn't request an early check-in until we arrived on the day and it would be subject to availability. We therefore had to arrive in London 3hrs early as we were a 4hr drive away and they did not have early check-in available for us so had to hang around for 3 hours. Another guest arrived at the same time as us and told the staff he had early check-in, they got him his room straight away. How did he get early check-in before he arrived??

we visited the O2 for a concert, and the hotel was perfect. One quick tube stop away. Price was brilliant.

It’s always my fav hotel to stay at when I go to a concert at the o2 arena. It’s near the Elizabeth line stop so it’s easy to get quick link to Paddington. Loads of food options nearby too. Picturesque too

Location was great, with easy access to DLR and close to lively promenade. The staff were very nice, and the room was small but comfortable, with customisable lightning and A/C.

The duvet was very thick, so we either had to leave the window open or have A/C on at night. So it's probably a good place to stay in winter :D

Good location, about 10 min walk from the underground. Cosy room but the facilities were good and clean. Would book here again, good value for money for sure. Didn’t interact with the staff a lot but were friendly each time.

Would’ve like a slightly bigger room, as not a lot of space to move around. But a double bed, en suite and TV with enough storage space works for me.

The property was in a good location. Had what we needed and the staff were SO friendly. Two members of staff when we arrived were particularly helpful and kind. A man and a woman (I forgot their names) The man started with a U I think. They were on shift 1pm on the 21st of August. Absolutely fantastic, I would come back just because of how lovely they were!

Air con didn’t feel like it ventilated the whole room.

The windowless rooms are clean and well thought, but they do feel like prison cells and no space to open suitcase

Amazing location, close to a number of beer gardens and Canary Wharf station! The staff were also lovely and made our stay really pleasant.

La ubicación con respecto a la red de transporte público, especialmente el acceso a la Elizabeth Line qué nos ayudó a movernos hacia y desde el centro con comodidad.

La habitación terminó siendo más pequeña de lo esperado, no hay armarios, el cabezal de la ducha no tenía suficiente presión y tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente varias veces mientras nos duchabamos.

The rooms were compact but we expected that so not a criticism as it was just a base to sleep in.

There wasn't tea and coffee making facilities or a vending machine in the building I stayed in so would have needed to walk across to the other building if I needed something.

Cute little rooms

The hotel is situated in a great location. The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. The room had comfortable beds and it was a bonus that the room had air conditioning, as it was very hot during our visit. Great price, would stay here again.

Woken early by other guests talking loudly in the morning. Small spillage down the side of the bed that had not been cleaned from previous guests however this was in a hard to reach area and the rest of the room was clean.

Room was very small and the air conditioning only worked near to it not the whole room as it was very hot ,very uncomfortable.

Allereerst fijn dat je voor het inchecken je bagage kwijt kon. Daarnaast bieden ze een fijne service met heel aardig personeel wat graag meedenkt en altijd een aardig en gezellig praatje maakt. Het ontbijt was heel goed, er was veel keuze. Ook was het fijn om een kamer met airco te hebben. Ondanks het een kleine kamer is, is er onder het bed ruimte voor je koffer wat fijn is. De locatie van het hotel was via meerdere metrostations goed bereikbaar. Een echte aanrader!

Er was op onze kamer maar 1 bed met nachtkastje/stopcontact naast het bed

Very clean room, with all the necessary basic things for a short stay. Very good breakfast, with nice staff members willing to accommodate your requests. Lovely safe area, with the subway and coach station to from/to the Stansted Airport nearby. Also, nice restaurants around the hotel. We also had a lovely chat in the morning with a guy at the reception on the day we left, we appreciated it.

The room was very small, there was barely enough space to move around, but maybe this is a well-known issue in London. Some staff members at the reception are difficult to understand for a stranger, so maybe I would suggest to speak slowlier, but this is really a detail.

Staff were lovely. Rooms were compact but comfortable; LOVED the air conditioning!! It was also very clean.

However unlucky issue in that noticed large oily stains on otherwise laundered bedsheet when got in to bed. Staff very apologetic and replaced sheet.

Very well thought through use of space, rooms have hair dryers and bathrooms have space for toiletries. Close to Canary Wharf so perfectly located for ABBA Voyage which we came to London for
