I enjoyed the breakfast, definitely worth getting. The Thai style house is nice but expect it to feel old. The pool was nice to have but expect lots of mosquitos when sitting outside.

Where our Villa was on the property it was hard for Grab cars to pick us up due to the steep hill.

Утром приходят и готовят завтрак. Завтрак можно выбрать из 4х вариантов, к удобному вам времени. Далее уборка. Сотрудники всегда на связи, и выполняют просьбы! Мы просили гриль, лежаки и ножи. Принесли просекко в качестве извинения за кратковременное отсутствие воды. Места общего пользования отличные, гостиная, бассейн, гриль и беседка на крыше.

Мастер спальня хорошая, большая, без особого вида. Спальня на 2 уровне маленькая. Спальни на -1 этаже метров по 20, но шумит насосное оборудование. Насосы выключаются и включаются автоматически, в 10 включение, в 22 отключение. Но после выключения шум текущей воды сохраняется. Детям было всё равно, но взрослым не очень.

Vi fick byta rum ,då utsikten var ett tak först (1 av de 4 ) lägenheten med ”ny” stil hade havsutsikt som på bilderna

Une mauvais expérience qui a nous en partie gâcher les vacances

Logement pas du tout selon les photos. Villa insalubre avec de la moisissure, mauvaise odeur, cuvette des toilettes en mauvais état, tout était vétuste, pas d’eau chaude. Les hébergeurs de mauvaise fois n’ont pas voulu rembourser les nuits non consommées. Nous avons pourtant dû faire une check out dès le lendemain car impossible d’y rester. Ne comptez pas sur un 5 étoiles. Bien entendu, l’hébergeur prétendra qui nous n’avons pas réservé la bonne villa sur le site car il existe le style Thai et moderne. Alors que les photos sont identiques pour les deux types de logement. Fuyez ou vous perdrez de l’argent et vos vacances ! Dans la finalité, l’hébergeur n’a pas eu de scrupule à encaisser 1400€ pour une seule nuit pour un logement insalubre.

Lovely Villa, clean, great view, pool is small but adequate. Great for a family. BUT! One big problem for me was no privacy, no peace. The staff come in and out of the villa all day and it’s really uncomfortable for me. I had to ask over and over again for them to leave. On two different occasions there was a man wondering round as I sunbathed, I felt so uncomfortable. No one use doorbell they just walk in like I’m not paying for villa and for privacy. I was so upset by it I told the housekeeper but she still outside my room with a bucket and mop waiting for me to leave. No. It’s not relaxing. Very bad experience and no one cared when I explain I don’t like it. I Would not go back. They didn’t try to fix my problems they ignored it. The villa is not yours to enjoy they behave like you not allowed to use as they always watch you inside the house.

The villa was absolutely stunning. So spacious. Private pool was glorious. And housekeeper making breakfast was just amazing!

Nice equipped big villa, lots of bathrooms, apart from road, so is not loudly place. You can make it by foot to Kata beach 15-20 min or taxi 250 BTH. If you have moped - 4 min. Very friendly staff ready to assist in any matter

From time to time we had problem with water supply (pressure, temperature etc) which also affected pool system. They fixed quickly but when problem repeated just gave us another villa and helped with bags to drop from one place to other even if it is 1 min walk. Tech problems might happen and they solved it very professional way

The services were fabulous. We had a wonderful lady who not only cleaned our room and house but also cooked our fantastic breakfast every morning. What a great experience.

My friends and I booked this place to explore the natural beauty around Phuket, and we have no regrets. It's a short taxi ride to Kata Beach from the villa. Excellent service from staff, the in villa facilities and huge living space made our stay comfortable.🤗 I’ll definitely miss the taste of the breakfast prepared daily by the housekeeper and also food from Splendid Cafe.💕 Thank you for such a unique experience in Phuket; it was definitely worth the price!

It takes about 40 minutes to reach the villa from Phuket International Airport. The time spent here was truly amazing, thanks to the friendly staff. The facilities, fantastic pool, and breathtaking sea view created the perfect vibe. The services like massages and delicious BBQ dinner at the rooftop made my family's stay even more memorable. One of the best private villas with a private mid size pool Includes cleaning every day and drinking water. Nice and polite and helpful staff. Most villas with a relaxing wonderful view. Definitely i am recommending and renting again upon my next visit to PHUKET.

We rented the villa with 4 bedrooms and pool. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids We had plenty of space. I felt very safe when walking around at night alone or with my kids. Center of town is 30 minutes walking but it is very easy to get a taxi and inexpensive Fast internet Many dinning options near by. The villa has no laundry room however they offer laundry service that it is very inexpensive, the only draw back is that it takes 24 hours Laundromat is nearby: it is called Otteri, I realized too late I also used laundry services nearby, also 24 hours: 3 kgs of clothes 150 baht. Full kitchen and fridge. They gave us many bottles of water and welcome non alcoholic drinks. I will definitely stay again when coming to Phuket.

We got the Vila with the view and pool. Nice place very big I mean very big. The Location is just right above Kata. Great views of KATA and just under the Big Buda . The unit we were in needs some more TLC. Just a little older but nice and clean the staff was great. We liked having the staff come and make us breakfast in our kitchen. They did great and my wife got a vacation from dealing with the kitchen.

I liked how they clean the villa every day. And they are friendly people. You don’t need to worry about leaving your things in the villa.

The rooms was fresh but the beds on the lower floors was really hard and tough to sleep in, it was very clean and a good hotel but the pools was really bad, specially the one in the rooftop, it was all brown and you could not even see the bottom of the pool. The pool in the villa was better but still not very clean. The staff was really polite.

My stay at Kata Sea View was nothing short of fantastic! The location, a mere 5 minutes away from Kata beach and 20 minutes away from the Patong, struck the perfect balance. Good location and perfect seaview from the top floor with swimming pool. so, we were very lucky to got this villa. Just 15min drive to Patong Beach and 3min to Kata beach. Very good service and the staffs were very polite. The surrounding area are more natural quite and peaceful. I must say this is best place for family or couples who loves seaview and natural environment. Every movement we have spent here is so valuable and enjoyable. We will definitely back here again and I strongly recommend this place to who traveling here.

We had a wonderful relax holiday thanks to Kata Sea View villas for exceptional hospitality. Our villa was spacious and well equipped and cleanliness was maintained everyday. Friendly staff always there to assist you if we needed anything.Overall it was wonderful stay.

Our family visited there during last April and stayed for five nights. we found that Kata Sea view Villa is excellent both accommodation and service. We really appreciate it and recommended our friends there and then they found it as good as we did.

If you go Phukhet, don’t miss to stay in this villa. It’s an amazing place with ever so kind and supportive staff, best hospitality and management. After the stay I am certain, you will carry good memories of Phukhet. I will always remember the wonderful time I had here in this dream place. Beautiful villa with everything you need! Handy location with an amazing view, very friendly helpful staff, everything was spotless, lovely pool and roof top BBQ. Beautiful breakfast cooked to perfection everyday, she really made our stay wonderful. We can highly recommend this place and would love to go back again.

Stayed here with 8 people and a baby. The villa was absolutely amazing, always maintained, the cleaner was always on point and the staff at the villa were always very helpful. 25 minutes from the Patong peach which give you very good time for relaxing with great View, nice swimming pool and less noise. Daneil at the Front desk very nice and helpful. I recomend mostly for families

Really enjoyed staying at the Kata Sea View Villas with close friends. The villa set in the hills provides panoramic views of the ocean and sunsets. Staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. 10 mins taxi ride away from Kata Beach and Karon beach.

Booked through Airbnb and it was a fantastic stay. Great apartment split over 4 levels with top level being a viewing deck. Lovely views. Private pool. What sets this apart is the free daily cleaning, all taxis come up the steep hill, no surprise electricity bill at the end and of course great service

We spend a lot of time in Phuket, Kata, and the best place for a relaxing sunset Kata's bay sight is from these Villa. They have a nice decoration, the rooms are very comfortable and the location outstanding, they are close of everywhere in Kata and Phuket Town. We always come here. You have to enjoy this place.

We were 4 friends to stay on the villa (#1) and it was big enough for all of us to have our own room with a private bathroom and a shared living room/kitchen with access to the swimming pool and a great view on the city and the sea. Breakfast was included, so every morning we went to eat to the restaurant in the next building (fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon and juice) which was a great start of the day. The villa got cleaned every day: they brought us fresh bottles of water and changed towels, which was nice. If you need any help or arrangement - Daniel is The Man. He’s managing everything and has an answer to every question you might have. Need a taxi? Laundry? Talk to a driver and explain the route? Fix something in the villa? Literally - Daniel was there for us all the time we needed something. Thank you Daniel! ❤️ You make the stay at Kata Villa easy and relaxing. The location of the place is also great. If you have bikes, you can easily get everywhere pretty fast. If not - use Grab app for taxi. We felt like home there, what else do you need, right?

Villa is clean, owner always making effort to make it better. Although villa is not new new condition, but its clean and proper. Breakfast is readily cooked and staff are very friendly. For lunch and dinner, you can order from them, price is reasonable and delicious, the cook can cook very well. Just that you will need to wait 45mins to an hr for it, but it still ok for us (Family of 7). One thing exceptionally good is the owner, Daniel is very responsive and helpful, we feel safe in his villa.

Every year I come to Thailand to catchup with friends train muay thai and have a holiday and usually the couple days of our trip we like to stay somewhere extra nice and treat ourselves, this year someone had the brilliant idea of leaving bizzy patong and sharing a villa in kata beach which has a more relaxed atmosphere. Sharing the price of a 4 story luxury villa was alot cheaper for our group in the end and being in the villa was like having our own resort with our own pool rooftop gazebo and staff onsite ready to help us with food cocktails anything we needed anytime. I dont write many reviews but I felt I should this time it really is a special place we will be back next year special thankyou to Daniel

ホテルというよりはマンションで、バイクがないと何処へも行けない

Vi var där i 10 dagar 9 nätter. Vi hade en fantastisk semester i Thaistyle villan, David som vi hade mest kontakt med var mycket hjälpsam och städerskan/hushållerskan Key var helt suverän. Det är jättestort hus med en härlig pool. Huset ligger en bit bort från pulsen så det krävs Taxi om man ska ner till stan 200 bath enkel resa. Men kan absolut rekomnedra det, fast det behöver underhållas en del om det ska kunna upprätta de stjärnor som det ska ha.

部屋、シャワールームが別れているので 友人 、ファミリー などが3.4組で泊まれるのでとても便利です。

施設自体は一見したら綺麗に見えるのですが床のタイルが剥がれかかっていたりトイレの排水が悪く流すのに苦労する程でした。現地スタッフの対応は毎日非常に親切に対応して頂き感謝しました。

4房间只有1個浴缸太小了，但是位置理想去哪里都方便，有管家服务又很nice櫃枱職员有問必答，下次都會選擇這里

We stayed for 2 nights from 25 aug to 27 aug. David the manager was exceptional in helping us from settling down on day 1 to checking out. He is also exceptionally helpful in providing flexibility as we have 2 young kids as well as support when one of our travel mates fell sick. Truly a highly recommended stay for family or huge group of friends

The service really good. I and my friends have good moments and very enjoyable here.

What a great villa to relax in. I had 2 elderly and 2 young children of 7 and 9. Breakfast is cooked for us every morning and "Kay" our housekeeper took care of us the entire 5 days. She is such a great cook! This villa is close enough to most destinations by taxi or car. The only downside is the WiFi which comes on and off but still decent and our tvs connections are down for first 2 days. Overall, David and the rest of the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Vi havde en villa i Thai stil, det kan varmt anbefales. Fantastisk sted og servicen fra personalet helt i top. Villaen lever fuldt ud op til beskrivelsen, dejligt køkken og meget fine badeværelser. Rigtig gode senge. Det er et sted vi varmt kan anbefale. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage til dette dejlige sted.

一行八人入住四房別墅分開三層 但其中三樓房間面積不足一百尺而厠所在外面 感覺這個是工人房 真失望 主人套房面積是那工人房的三至四倍但入住期間厠所淤塞 另外二房廁所可能抽氣不足 明友說常聞到臭味 而洗衣房在外 運作時非常嘈吵 總括來說四房等於三房 入住朋友多多考慮 其次是景觀算不錯 在天台 大廳及泳池皆可觀嘗日落但本人不會再入住

Dejlig stor villa med super pool område og fantastisk service hele vejen igennem - kan varmt anbefales. Kata området er godt - man er dog til tider i tvivl om man er i Thailand eller Rusland.

整體尚算可以, 服務員態度好好, 不過廁所環境同設施差左少少！ 最意想不到係有管家煮早餐畀我哋食！

المكان مريح جدا وهادئ الفله واسعه وكبيره ويوجد خادمه في فترة النهار لم اجرب الافطار او الوجبات الافضل الطبخ في الفلا جميع الادوات متوفره المسبح والجلسات جميله لايتوفر الكثير من الخدمات بالقرب من الفلا ويمكن ان يوفر المسؤول احتياجاتك مدخل الفلا متعب وغير مناسب لكبار السن

I loved the house, I loved the scenery. But I'm afraid that there's only one unit (which was the one I got) with such good views. The other villas probably cannot see such a scenery (I'm not 100% sure about this though). Areas of improvement: - Floor felt sticky, perhaps the floors should be mopped - There should be a switch to switch off the swimming pool lights. Else, there'll be lots of bugs in the pool in the morning (the lights attract the flies) - I wish there was a vending machine for drinks. Shops are too fast away. - What would be nice? A barbecue pit. Bath robes.

The staff is superb. David and John are a delight to deal with and customer focused. The villas are wonderful and above par for the area. Our family enjoyed our visit.

ヴィラ自体はとても素敵です。朝食も美味しく、素敵な時間を過ごせました。しかし三階建になっているのでちょっと物を取りに行ったりとかが個人的には大変でした。。また、一番下の階にはプールのボイラーがあり、なかなか夜まで凄い音を出しています。 ベランダからはお隣のプールが見えました。一番奥の部屋ならどこからも見えないのかなと思います。
