1.Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock zur Straße - die Lärmbelästigung trotz geschlossenem Fenster sehr hoch. 2. Während der ganzen Nacht war die Fassadenbeleuchtung eingeschaltet und trotz der dunklen Vorhänge war es zu hell im Zimmer. 3. Frühstücksbüffet könnte besser organisiert sein - die Anordnung der einzelnen Stationen

Zentrale Lage

Es wird als modern und renoviert beschrieben, aber unser Zimmer war absolut alt. Der Föhn war aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Absolut zu teuer für das was man bekommt !!

La ubicación es una de las mejores aspectos del hotel, pero principalmente la atención de su personal. Nos gustaría destacar el trato y disposición de Alina, quien fue tremendamente amable y servicial con nosotros, ayudándonos en cada aspecto y detalle. Ese tipo de cosas son las que dan valor a un hotel.

El horario del desayuno podría ser más extenso.

My girlfriend and I were staying in Chrispy for 4 days and everything was excellent, from beyond helpful receptionists (they allowed us to put our bags until our flight late in the evening even tho we went to Heraklion for two days after stay in Chania) to excellent location near the Chania center. Huge recommendation if you are coming to Chania :)

A very clean, modern and well equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the middle of the city center.

The staff were super friendly, the location was perfect, walking distance to everything, including the main tourist attractions in Chania.

A wonderful place to stay! Cozy, clean, and comfortable. All the main attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city on foot. A pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. We were very happy with our stay!

10/10 the best I can say about this hotel, all the hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast great. The hotel is very well cared for and maintained. I would especially like to praise the maid who cleans the room when we return to the room, it looks as if we just entered for the first time, the room is cleaned very thoroughly. Kudos to the whole hotel and thank you for everything

חדר נוח ונקי מאוד, מקלחת מפנקת, ארוחת בוקר בופה טעימה . מיקום מעולה על רחוב ראשי שמגיע אחרי כשלש מאות מטר לכניסה לעיר העתיקה, בסמוך יש מסעדות, קונדיטוריה, תחנת האוטובוס המרכזית של חניה ואפילו מכבסה בשירות עצמי

המלון על רחוב ראשי ויש רעש של מכוניות, אין חניה במלון וקשה למצוא חניה בסביבה הקרובה.

The staff is exceptional! The facilities... ugh....not great. The location is very good.

Εξαίρετο και πλούσιο πρωινό.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und sehr reichlich. Busbahnhof, Supermarkt, Bäcker befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis zum Strand ist es auch nicht so weit. Gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich das Restaurant Kapari. Das Essen dort ist sehr lecker und preiswert.

Sve mi se svidjelo, lokacija, soba na 5.katu, balkon, osoblje na recepciji, osoblje u kuhinji i sali, stvarno sam bio prezadovoljan. Svaki dan očišćeno i promijenjeni ručnici, novi sapun i šampon, svaki dan 3 besplatne bočice vode u frižideru. Sve pohvale hotelu na besprijekornoj usluzi i ljubaznosti cijelog osoblja. Preporučam ga svakome tko želi udobnost i mir i preodlican i raznolik doručak!

Great location in the center, close to the bus station, but no noise could be heard in the room. There was a coffee/tea maker in the room, and the balcony was small, but we were glad to have it. We would like to return for a longer stay.

Great place for staying. Very close to main bus station and the center, yet not in the old town, so there's no crowd. The staff was very friendly, room was clean and had everything needed. The breakfast was also ok, perfect to start a nice day.

There's nothing to complain in general, but for the people addicted to the internet I have to admit that Wi-Fi was not stable. Sometimes like a hurricane and sometimes very slow, almost unusable. And also the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. But if you are quiet, they also will be ;-)

Very close to the KTEL bus stop, many shops, and Chania center. Very reactive (I was able to check in two hours after booking). The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast could have had more options. The room was rather small, and the bathroom's toilet was not level.

Really lovely hotel, good price, welcoming staff, right next to the bus station and in the centre of Chania. Only stayed one night on our way to another part of Crete would like to stay longer next time. Good breakfast selection.

The desk staff were absolutely delightful and very friendly. The positioning near the bus station was perfect for getting the airport bus, but also near enough to pop into the old town.

Unfortunately there was a sort-of pop-up music/bar place just next door. Lovely greek music but very difficult if trying to get to sleep before midnight! Would have liked coffee/tea in the rooms (there was a kettle & cups 👍).

Zeer praktisch gelegen op een boogscheut van het busstation voor mensen die een vroege bus moeten nemen. Eenvoudig maar onberispelijk schoon en lekker ontbijt.

Veel straatlawaai maar dat is overal zo in het centrum van Chania.

Everything was really good, it was very close to the bus station which was very important to us travelling round the Island by bus. Large outside balcony, very spacious.

The only complaint we has was the kettle lead was too short and in our opinion dangerous. The hot selection of breakfast was tepid merging on cold. First time we went down was 09:00 the second time was 07:10 and both times it was tepid.

Location is within a 5 minute walk to the harbour. The buffet breakfast was well laid out with a variety of foods to choose from.
