Needs better decor and peaceful not loud with blaring music 🤦‍♀️. Also have a jasmine or a lovely fragrance at the entrance and corridor.. it was stinking of food

Wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati, Staff is so proactive, Room excellent. EspeciallyFood at main resturant is superb, we were superised the quality of food here. You no need to step outside for any other restruant , in housing dinning is fab. Would highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati for family.

Mr. Sanjiv is an exceptional employee working as a gym trainer in Radisson Blu. He hasso much dedication towards work and treats customer as topmost priority. Very humble . Great keep it up. 5 stars to him.

We had a lovely time in radisson blu Guwahati it was our first visit in Guwahati we enjoy lot visit different places and specially Kamakhya tenmple was peaceful. Thanks radisson team for making our stay memorable and comfortable special mention to Isha and Krishna from front desk looking forward to visit again

The restaurant staff was exceptional.

The behaviour of Staff was good. Quite understanding and considerate. Although the floor access was an issue since all our colleagues stayed at different floors and the check-in at desk was a little time taking, rest of the service, stay and food was nice.

Conference was conducted there from Apollo hospital & arrangements from hotel is very good. Staff is also helpful. ( Thanks Suraj from banquet) for good service.

As a hotelier and mystery auditor, I often uncover gaps—perhaps linked to low business volumes—reflected in staff quality, uniforms, and behaviour. What’s needed is focused training and a loyal mindset so every guest feels truly at home.

Staff were very cordial and supportive. Each one of them greeted me whenever I had an eye constant with them. Hotel entrance is ethereal. Rooms are Cosy and clean. I celebrated my birthday at the Hotel making it memorable for my lifetime.

Sweets, Dessets, Chapati, Parathas and similar basic food items could have been lesser priced.

The property is well-maintained. The staff are accommodating. They are quick to respond to requests. Our room was upgraded without us requesting. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items. The restaurant provided extra non-spicy option for my toddler during breakfast as well as lunch.

Mr Suraj from Banquet is a Very professional along with his entire team, love the overall ambiance

The cafeteria was late to deliver the order to my room despite of being full of so many sweets snacks and beverages

I had a great time staying at the hotel for a trip with family and kids. The food was delicious, service was quick and I enjoyed the live counters a lot. The travel desk gave good recommendations and the checkout was quick and easy. The staff gave us a warm farewell with a thank you cake! I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I visit the city.

Very nice food and nice service from the staff. The spread on dinner and lunch is diverse and a good introduction of Indian cuisine for us.

Pickup from the airport was beautifully coordinated. Simanta, our driver, was polite, soft spoken and knew the roads very well. Due to incessant rains, most known roads were water logged. Simanta took us safely through all traffic congentions in record time. Highly appreciated.

Delicious food and a lot of kindness from the staff. Karishma, chef rafid were so kind and helpful. I enjoy it a lot!

The property was located in a good location, closer to airport, Kamkya and also route to Shilling. The food at the Nest Asia and the Hospitality was excellent. Similar is the breakfast spread and hospitality.

Beautiful property which was Very badly mismanaged by the staff. Except for the F and B manager Mr Pradeep , all else are not proactive or competent enough to handle issues . We were made to change 3 rooms and finally settled into our last 4 th room in one day . With lots of issues like being checked into someone’s already checked in room with all their things lying around , then saying we got graded and putting us in an identical room and then shifting us to a bigger room where the ac wasn’t working . finally at 10 pm we got a proper room . so from 3 to 10 pm … this was the drama … also no one left a note or approached us from the Management until at check out I pulled the Front office manager and told her what had happened. She offered and 20 percent discount on our food bills and a taxi to the airport 🤦‍♀️

@7600 INR with early check out we don't deserve Twin Beds. Sad. The Oberois and Taj don't do that. I think that's the only difference everytime you spot with Radisson or similar brands.

Experience and check in hospitality was nice. We were even offered an upgrade to suite rooms by the reception staff.

We had requested and were confirmed by the hotel staff regarding packed breakfast at 6.30 AM as we had to check out early for our flight. However, it wasn’t ready and were told to wait for additional 15 minutes which we couldn’t considering our flight timings.
