Kiranshree Grand

Clean and beautiful

Nothing at all

Everything was excellent.

Nothing, everything was very good.

The location and the service, plus the hotel room was nice

The Guest that was beside my room was creating a lot of noise

Stay was very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the restaurant served excellent food.

Gym and the Spa needs improvement.

Very close to airport

Their Dinner buffet was below average The rooms were not that standard of a 4 star

Location to airport Staff excellent and polite helpful

Property needs a good clean floors in the rooms very dusty Pool side having maintenance Had very poor guest in next room noisy until 3am - staff did there best but split our trip

A sumptuous breakfast spread. Courteous staff. Clean & well furnished rooms. Free shuttle to the airport was an additional bonus. Location - in front of the new airport terminal.

There was a problem with the air-conditioner, in the allotted room, which could not be rectified. But we were shifted to another room, because of this. This was a bit of a bother.

Staffs in the restaurants were very helpful. Food varieties was good and authentic.

Water logging in the washroom and room service was erratic. Had to remind the fouth time for drinking water.

Good transfer hotel by closeness to the airport

It was almost empty

It’s perfect if you have a early morning flight out of Guwahati. It’s nice and clean, with great staff.

Can’t really comment as I did not have the time to explore the property as I checked in late and had an early morning flight out

Poor WiFi, fridge wasn't working

Excellent property

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff really tried to be helpful and fast

Room readiness was terrible. I had to call in repeatedly for Wi-Fi issues, toilet paper and other basic amenities. Also, I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms and walking steps from upstairs. It was pretty loud.

Good location

Noise from The next rooms . The Walls too thin

Excellent staff and excellent service

Some construction work is going right now

Nice large property located close to the airport , big spacious and clean rooms. Fitness Center and playroom facilities were good, staff were helpful and quick response on housekeeping , good breakfast

Nothing

Location, Rooms, Staff, Cleanliness

The Breakfast items were being refilled very slowly. The hotel needs to focus more on client's needs on this.

Easy access to airport

Bit dated in parts… needs some more maintenance

Too expensive for what it offers. nothing spectacular. ver far away from city and isolated.

A wonderful breakfast with well trained and friendly staff. Check in and check out was a good experience.

We returned because of a great experience during our first stay there. Unfortunately our room this time was not as good as our first room.

Location and style

Not great food and no minibar

Good

Very nice room, bed, hotel, pool. Reception staff very good.

The restaurant was a disgrace. All 10 staff were starring the buffet. The restaurant manager even calling while stirring; I saw the water from his mouth landing in the food. This guy should be fired. He does not give a good example to his staff. Payment in the restaurant took ages. Loud music playing in the hallway. Which was only settled after 2 calls and 20 minutes.

Very good looking

I came when they were building around so it’s not at all what you expect after seeing the pictures. And this triggered the wifi not being available and I wasn’t warned about that

It was near to the airport

A bit unclean n old

An amazing breakfast - a great variety of Indian and Western food. Our room was very comfortable - complementary biscuits and chocolates were a nice touch.

Excellent and friendly reception staff and very good food at restaurant

Good location Neat and organized Friendly staff Good deal 👌

Rooms size was excellent. Greenery is great

Bathrooms were leaking and overflowing. Bar wifi went off for two hours.

Loved the food and the atmosphere. Very clean.

Close to Guwahati Airport

They switch off the AC and act that something is wrong and don’t change the room. Pathetic service.

Food Room services Cleanliness’s of room

Nothing

The staffs at Kiranshree Grand are very humble and try to accommodate all the requests. They arranged for a cake within a short span of time. Moreover, my parents prefer food as made in our home. Their request for home like food was also accommodated. The food, the staff, the location (just 5 min from the airport), the rooms (quite spacious) are all very nice. Definitely worth a visit.

It was just 5 mins from the airport.

It was far off from the central area , so for anything one would have to travel to the city.

The 10% discount on food/drink offered by Booking.com was not provided by the hotel saying they had no idea about it. That felt very unprofessional. Rest everything was good.

Convenient to the airport, very nice grounds, quiet and clean

I had no complaints

Ottima soluzione

Location and settings

Spacious Room

The property is great Neat and comfortable Good location With spacious rooms Very courteous staff Very good value for money

Very close to the Guwahati airport and they offered one way airport transfer

Property is not worth the price they are charging. Breakfast is okay not great! Also not sure if its a thing indian hotels that they dont want people to use the swimming pool, they open it at 9.30am and close it by 8.00pm ( exactly during the time we will be outside). People want to use the poole early morning and late night not during the active day.

The staff at the front desk were not aware of pricing. Communicated incorrect prices. Dhiraj was very good and provided with an excellent hospitality service but the front desk staff were quite unprofessional.

Asked for late checkout- was not given. Miscommunication between staff members and one staff lied.

Food was excellent

Food is excellent.... !! Service is nice... !! Thanks

Everything

The property is located very close to airport The rooms are large enough for family of 4 The staff is very good. Breakfast and dinner layout were exceptional

Breakfast was OK

Dinner was not up to the mark.

My stay was pleasant, with the exception of the rooms not being soundproof, leading to noise disturbances from other rooms, including snoring and the sound of children playing.

The gym is excellent 👌. However, the bathroom needs a handshower to be fitted as you can not expect everyone to wash his head during bathing. And especially, woman need it badly because she always needs special washing. The food items served during breakfast and dinner (both buffet types) are great.
