Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The location was convenient for me and the room itself was generally fine. I also really appreciated that a late check-out until 10:00 PM was available for an additional fee, as this made my departure day much easier.
Unfortunately, I was unable to use the TV at all during my entire stay due to technical problems with the TV/Sky signal. I would expect such a basic hotel amenity to work properly. The issue could not be resolved during my stay, which was very disappointing. The service could also have been better overall. These issues had a negative impact on my stay.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Prima locatie, jammer dat het zwembad op het dak in onderhoud was, dus daar konden we geen gebruik van maken. En het restaurant boven daar was niemand toen we wilde gaan eten. De kamer zijn goed de bedden erg klein. Koffie aanwezig, waterkoker en koelkast en shampoo en douche crème.
Erg kleine bedden en het zwembad op het dak was in onderhoud, dus daar konden we geen gebruik van maken

These are the worst organized rooms I have seen in my life. So much space, and the worst use of said space. I was upgraded to an executive suite, and I've bumped my elbows or knees or feet on things that just didn't need to be there. There is a kitchenette which you're not allowed to cook in and all the cabinets there just take up space. There is a bathroom and a half, and the room would be so much better if they didn't have the half bath there at all. There are so many useless cabinets in closets. The bathroom door doesn't open the whole way because a towel rack is in the way, the beds are genuinely full beds and not Queens, and we had to rearrange the furniture in order to make enough space for my girlfriend and I to sleep there. The location of the hotel is not great. There is free parking, but there is only six spaces. And they called us three times to move our car. This is not a bad hotel. It's a very disappointing hotel. For the money we spent it is acceptable, but I would choose somewhere else in the future. Also, the squeakiest bed I have ever slept on..... I am pretty sure half of Makati heard us.

Insgesamt war das Hotel räumlich eng. Wir hatten viel Gepäck und wir kamen im Eingangsbereich schwer zum Hotel, weil parkende Autos den Weg teilweise blockierten. Das Foyer ist auch eher klein.

We were not able to use the TV as there was no signal at the time of our stay. Did not not do anything about it. Added one person, additional cost but no mattress available as they were fully booked. Did not do anything about it.

Estaba sucio, mucha humedad, zonas estropeadas y oxidadas, vajilla sucia… sinceramente parecía que no habían limpiado. Camas duras e incomodas, poca luz y ventilación. La zona de la piscina muy pequeña para estar fuera del agua, no podías tomar el sol, solo sillas y mesas para comer. Además, tenías que usar la misma toalla del baño de la habitación para la piscina… Fatal todo.

Kamer handdoeken moest steeds om vragen,anders kwam er geen verschoning koffie zakjes suiker werd ook niet elke dag aangevuld dus weer vragen .oke you get were you pay for.

Die Betten waren Standard,Im Zimmer war eine Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher und 4 Tassen.Keine Messer , Löffel,Töpfe etc,da es ja auch keine Herdplatte oder Mikrowelle gab.Kein Tisch, keine Stühle.Der Ausblick war auf ein Hinterhof Müllhaufen. Gebucht war Deluxe Familienzimmer!Der Pool , war zum Schwimmen, aber keine Sitz oder Liegegelegenheit!

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026We appreciated the breakfast, but my wife could only eat the eggs, as she's vegetarian, so perhaps another vegetarian dish could be added or substituted for one of the meat dishes. The staff were very friendly and the location close to the supermarket was very handy. The road was very busy / noisy but there's nothing that can be done about that. We appreciated the two bathrooms / toilets and the separate bedroom to the lounge / kitchen. Overall, it was good value.
We would have liked to have been able to at least use the kitchen to make sandwiches, so some cutlery would have been appreciated.

It was noisy, not particularly clean. The bar staff at the infinity pool, were not very knowledgeable about making even a Bacardi and coke and then running out of coke! Beers were not cold, when the bar had been open for 6 hrs. Breakfast was ok but cold. We asked for a packed breakfast - just fruit or some bread, as we had to leave for the airport early and they could not offer us that!

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025The room was great. My girlfriend, my mom and I had a great stay. The guards are very friendly. The rooms are very clean. At first I had doubts since some reviews say that there are cockroaches. But during our stay, nothing was seen. The location of the place was also convenient since it is just a walking distance from Shopwise and a lot of fastfood stores. If ever we'll be visiting Makati, I'll be booking here again.

The AC in the room was extremely noisy, like really a lot. We had an issue that one of the bedsheets got stained a bit during our stay and they charged around 15 Euro additionally for it which we believe to be overcharged. We didn't take the breakfast there but took a quick look and it didn't look very good, also not really anything vegetarian there except eggs.
