Everything is in a great standard. Friendly staff, great room and accommodation.

The only thing that I hope can be fixed in the future is the entrance for pedestrians. The path is very small. It’s hard for people to walk through especially when they carry a lot of luggage. The rain also only makes it worse.

- My first impression when I entered our assigned room, I said to my hubby that the room smell awful (smell like bad body odour). Then the next day, I woke up early in the morning because my arm and my hand was so itchy and had rashes, and found out I was bitten by bed bug. It could be from one of the stained and old pillow. We complained and requested to change the room and luckily they gave us a new room within 2-3 hours. - I think the faveroom we booked doesn't have soundproof as every morning I heard people open and close the doors as well as people walked and talked outside. I felt like sleeping in a boarding house. - As the hotel located in the business complex, we have to pay parking everytime entered the complex, even only to drop off/pick up the hotel guests in front of the hotel.

I like to deco & sweet colour of the hotel, It is also very clean & tidy. The rooms and toilet are big in spaces. Drinking water is also being provided.

I didin't like to lift because the sensor is very slow and less sensitive.

Came to this horrible hotel for short transit before go to Malang. Noisy Aircon with warm air. Creepy and dark room.. No window found in the room. strategic location but not meet my expectations for Aston Chain.

I ordered for twin bed room for business trip, but they couldn't provide it. If only they confirmed before, I'll stay at another hotel. We came at night so we have no other than to accept it. The have no solution also

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. So far, it s a budget hotel but they offered clean room, good function AC, warm water and drinking water at dispenser. In opposite of this hotel, there are lot of good restaurants to try. Also some high class chinese food restaurant like May Star is just by side of this hotel. So far, if you want to stay in east Surabaya, this is one nice recommended hotel.

Pretty good place to stay because all the services is great, but the room needs more improvement. Strategic location, you can find any kind of restaurant around the hotel. And also it's only take around 15 minutes walking to mall

But the parking cost is to expense Rp. 8.000 per car in. And not have support from hotel to their guest which can in and out few time at there , so the parking not comfortable. Anyway it still nice, but will be nice more if can help to arrange the parking for guest

Major security concern. Bedroom window was unlocked! I only discovered this when I was checking the view from the window. Outside the window is an alleyway (on the same level) used to store aircon external units & for maintenance. People could have easily gained access into your bedrooms if your window is not locked. Otherwise the bedroom & bathroom are okay if you use it just for rest & sleep. Too little for a family. Beds & bathroom are clean. Walls are a but thin so you could hear what your next door neighbour is up to.

This is the terrible hotel in my life, when the housekeeping (named galih) can open the guest room without permission..! I won't stay again and recommend this hotel to family or friends.. This hotel not like the others favehotels..!

There aren't a lot of options for breakfast, but everything else was AMAZING! The cleanliness, the service, the piano in the lobby, and the closeness to Supermall! Just amazing!

for short stay is good enough but please make variatif combination of the breakfast menu. if you get deluxe room when in the morning you will be get feeling hot because the sun directly into your room and AC is not working optimal

Clean hotel with great location for many options to eat just walking out the front door. Recommend the Deluxe Rooms for a bit more; big city view windows, small sofa and comfy beds. Hats off to this hotel for reducing plastic waste with water dispensers on each floor and a pitcher in the rooms. Great concept and hopefully to become an industry standard. *Only disappointment was the rooms don't have a mini frig...so don't have cold drinks in the room or to offer visitors. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasty with options for both Western and Asian menu.

Comfortable place to quick with a good quality of rest during a short business trip. Great breakfast and good location with a lot of eating places around. nice staffs and very helpful. Totally will stay there again for next trip

All the condition in hotel is good. Maybe can multiply the variety of food, sun facing rooms at least use a good air conditioner, so it stays cool even if it's hot outside. This hotel near with Pakuwon Mall, Carl's Jr, Aiola atery, Pizza, foodjunction, Spazio and many mores.

so so.. the plus of the hotel is the location, easy to find food and place to hang out. near to Pakawon mall surabaya but you must use the transportation if want to go to the mall. Thanks for your service.

I stayed from November 12th to November 15th, I found that the Hotel is not only good for business travel, but excellent as well for family gateways. I wish I could book and stay there again in some other time soon.

this is the first time i stay in the hotel,and i found the mineral water isn't free. Thats the first time too i found the term . i don't know which hotel that use the same term. so i hope this can change, thanks for the experience favehotel hope u all the best

Nice and strategic hotel, perfect for stay and short trip. Staff is friendly and informative. The room is perfect, has a lot of space if you solo traveler, but fit enough for couple too. Close to shopping center and a lot of dining place also.

I came as a family with young children after a 4 hour drive, as we were in town just overnight to go to the US Consulate. I got the best room available so that we could have good rest. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke, in which the receptionist did not change my room right away but had it treated first with an air filter. It was a waste of my time. The hotel has a great location but I think needs much improvement and innovation. The breakfast area is not that appealing, could use some improvement in food selection, food display, interior design. The staff are friendly but some improvements can be made.

The staff are friendly but the beddings were not in good condition and not so clean as well. There's a lot of good food just accross the street, so it's very convenient.

Room was ok though very hot in the morning, location is ok, service was not satisfactory. Need improvement in staff, especially those works at reception desk. Breakfast was ok, not really many choice.

Nice place to stay around Pakuwon mall, various menu on breakfast, helpful staff, convenience bedroom and free drink water from dispenser also fair speed WiFi. Easy booking and Checking. But there is no smoking room available

Room is pretty decent for the price, location is great as well. Bedsheets were a little stained but overall still comfortable. Lift was a little slow and room walls were pretty thin. But still, overall pretty good value-for-money.

Room was clean, good and friendly staff

Walls are super thin. You can very much hear every person opening the door to their room on your floor. I could hear people sneezing in the other room. Didn’t sleep for 3 nights because staff didn’t really want to give other guests warning even though they partied all night for the weekend. Definitely will not be staying here anymore. Room also smelled like smoke in the morning because even though I booked a non-smoking room- the room next to us was a smoking room. Exhaust fan was broken and all the smoke just went to our room. Very very disappointing stay.

Location is ok, close to Pakuwon Mall and eatery area and National Hospital. Room cleanliness is not up to the standard. No window / no view...towel is smelly....

My Girlfriend said it is not a very nice place to stop

Comfortable hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff that I met are very courteous and attended to my needs.

I stayed at Fave Hotel Graha Agung from 06 to 09 November 2016 and I had a wonderful experience as the hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. Being a lone traveller at that time still makes me feel closer to home. My only comment is for the breakfast buffet as maybe you can add up some western breakfast. Room is relatively small but still felt comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Fave Hotel.

1 night stay for business, typical 3star business hotel with no fuss. Lots of food choices in the area and 2 shopping malls just around the vicinity. Downside is the hotel charge 15k for 1 bottle of water while you can get the same size of bottled water for 2k-ish at mini markets. Additionally the bathroom had some stains on the ceiling and floor but didn't really bother me. All in all good enough experience.

Perfect hotel for a short stay after Mt Bromo trip, not too far to airport via highway. Easy access to nearby mall. Reasonable price.
