The hotel was very premium and luxurious with all the potential needed amenities provided for by the hotel.

The location was excellent, easily accessible just across the road. The unit was spacious and comfortable for 3. And it was well equipped with amenities.

In general, the cleanliness of the place is acceptable but can be more thorough in some areas.

We liked everything about this place. The apartement very cleaned and spacious enough to accomodated a family with toddler . Receptionist very welcome and helpful.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable and quiet

Lobby is not air conditioned and is really hot especially in the afternoon. Water doesn’t drain well in the shower, the AC in the room is cold and unresponsive to any manual changing. TV in the bedroom maximum volume is set to a level that can barely be heard.

The location is excellent, with the property situated next to the largest mall in Indonesia. The hotel has a modern feel and is exceptionally clean. The staff are genuinely friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Untuk keluarga 4 orang dengan harga yang mirip dengan harga hotel terdekat, lebih nyaman dibandingkan hotel, karena kamar luas, ada ruang tengah dan sofanya yang bisa untuk tidur, pantry dan ada mesin cuci juga… lokasi bener2 next to mall

It's near a mall, it's very clean and the staffs are very nice. They communicate everything even though sometimes i think it's not even needed. Was a really great stay overall.

I would rather have jetspray aside from the bidet but that's just personal preference. The toothpaste was too small. There's no airconditioning in the halls and it can get very hot sometimes when you go out of the room and wait for the elevator but that's minor inconveniences.

Overall experience is good! Good for family who needs multiple rooms per stay. Living room is spacious, great kitchen area with cookwares ready! Drinking water fountain in the room is awesome!

This hotel opposites Pakuwon mall. Easy to grab something from the mall. Near with Darmo Golf Club too. Room cleanliness is always maintained. Friendly and helpful staffs.

A bit difficult to find a taxi. it's better to book previously.

It needs to be renovated soon. Wood floors are old and some parts may need to be fixed up. Need to check tv connections or tv age as it was very grainny. So we don’t use the tv at all.

My 4 nights stay from 30 May to 3 Jun 2025 was a great experience from pick-up at the train station to check-out. The staff were warm, friendly and professional. Made good recommnendations on where to dine, shop and sightseeing. Even helped us to order local snacks to bring home. The property and apartments were well maintained. Thnaks to Budhi (property manager) and Mia (Asst Property Manager) and their team it was a memorable experience staying here. Looking forward to our next stay.

There are convenience stores in the same building, with a 24/7 one just outside the lobby, making it easy for us to grab snacks and some grub to cook up for breakfast and supper. There are also several launderettes that can clean and press your clothes—trust me, this is useful for a family of six! Just across Ascot is Pakuwon Trade Centre (literally a stone’s throw away), which connects to Pakuwon Mall. Not only is the place aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, but the service from the front desk is top-notch. We loved how we could get assistance via WhatsApp (we were contacted even before we arrived). We also enjoyed the privacy, as our unit was tucked in one corner, just like the others.

We couldn’t rely on the WiFi connection because, on most days, we couldn’t connect. Luckily for us, we had international SIMs, so our children could rely on our hotspots! It wasn’t a major issue, but reliable WiFi would have been helpful, especially since all our kids (and us parents) use our devices a lot.

Very convenient location. Just opposite the mall. Unit is really spacious. We are happy with our booking. Rooms are clean. Staffs are friendly. We have some enquiries and need help during our stay and they are really helpful and very efficient. Highly recommended. We willl definately stay here again

Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. All small touches but important and normal in most suites I have stayed in.

Great location for shopping as it was right across the road to a big mall with plenty of eateries around. Good apartment size and amenities.

First and foremost, all requests made are met upon arrival, such as airport transfers. Upon arriving at the hotel, we're greeted with such warm and hospitable staff on duty. Language not much of a barrier, and they do understand simple English. The FO staff that stands out is Mr Ian, who had discharged his professionalism in service provider, with such sincere, warmth, and reliable. We felt as though we had known each other for a long time, even though it was the very first meeting. He deserved my personal compliment as a "CPR" category staff leader award, which stands for "Caring, Passionate & Reliable" Security and other FO team members were commendable as well, as your presence was wellnoted and greeted any time of the day. Room amenities are adequate, and cleanliness was admirable. HSKP staff are always ready to assist you in fulfilling your needs and desires, providing a little personal touch.

great location, there's a mall with everything included just across the street. Yet Surabaya is't pedestrian friendly, if you plan to visit anywhere other than the mall across the street you might want to consider to grab(local taxi) there. The service was great and the facilities (pools and gym) is well-equipped. There are even two different pools option for you to enjoy.

The AC location is literally next to bed and fan right to my wife's head. She have to open the door room to block the aircon otherwise she'll get sick. Wifi is unstable, we use our own data and I hotspot data for my laptop cause it's really bad

Apartment are huge, good for family. Shopping Mall just across the road, handy to get food or shopping. Staff was helpful and assist with room upgrade by advising us to sign up as a member that gives us 30% during our stay.

The location was convenient and near to Pakuwon Trade Centre / Pakuwon City Mall. Hence, there was an abundance of food and shopping options at our disposal.

The bathrooms lacked ventilation and needed to be upgraded slightly due to wear and tear.

Very....very help full I got the picture from my daughter's Cumlaude graduation (my daughter is currently away to follow her husband) which always make me proud, and the picture was there....on my bedside table, really AMAZING.....they put effort to make this which was really touching. * Just accross the hotel, there is Pakuwon Mall. Easy to go around to find food or anything. * I know that I will be well taken care here while away from home. * Nowhere to go if I have to be away from home, only here, where there is home for me.

I like the room and facilities in here . All the stuff are friendly and helpfull . Next time in the future when I have my holiday ,I will come over here again and stay more longer .

Only there is one that I dont like . There was one securty in portal gate and bit rude they way he spoke when I came in with my driving instructure . Actually he wont let the car in ,until I said I stay there and my instructure just want to drop me off . Hopefully the management of Ascott will do something about this as the way that security act is not nice at all . Please take notice for this . Thank you
