Echt een fijn hotel

Location, Lobby design was surpizingly good beyond expectation. Breakfast area design was good. I got some issue with the cleanliness of the bed as there was wood termite droppings (frass) on my pillow, but staff was very helpfull, they change my room. They did not offer to upgrade my room or other complimentary for the inconvenient, perhaps this hotel was not having a high star hotel standard prosedure from upper management/Operator SOP when things like that happend, but the front office&housekeeping were good to prepare another room within the hour. Front office, House keeping, restaurant staff and other staff on the hotel were friendly. Good effort from the staff.

Had breakfast at around 7am, food was a bit below standard. Nasi goreng was very dry, cold, stiffen, hard to chew and taste blend. Some food were also already cold as well. Perhaps need to find solution for that.

Ruime kamer, goede service, vriendelijk personeel, veel keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet, mogelijkheid om bagage achter te laten voor een nacht.

Op 1 januari was het ontbijt in een soort congreszaal, waar op een groot bioscoopscherm Spongebob werd vertoond op keihard volume. Niet echt een fijne ervaring. Ontbijt op de tweede ochtend was in het restaurant, veel en veel fijner

Le petit déjeuner était super et la salle de sport c’est pratique, le personnel était gentil

En arrivant les draps étaient sales et le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû changer de chambre

Loved that the staff were so helpful with sending my wallet that I left in the taxi. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly. The room was quite spacious and luxurious. It has everything you need.

The room was clean, beds, table, sofa, coffee area.. toilet was clean. Very comfortable pillows and L bolster. Aircon was strong and the TV had youtube etc. It was great. Please keep up the amazing work.

Yes, I do have and hope that you can improve on the lightings in the toilet. Additional installation of lights would be good. It would be good to have white towels. Those that I had felt limp, not crisp, and was light grey-coloured. It didn't feel fresh or that clean.

Only two elevators are available, leading to long wait times.

New property and clean. Close to pakuwan mall.

Rooms doors were squeaky and hard to close. No bathrobe was there so had to request for one. It’s opposite of pakuwan mall but can’t cross the road and reach. Need to take a bike or taxi.

Very satisfying Only delay 15 minutes when check in process due to issue on the door room that not closed well. The the officer move to other room. Other than that, everything is great include the facility to drop to the front mall with hotel car for free.

Location nearby the work place

The structure of the hotel is awkward. Lobby at 16th floor Restaurant at Ground floor And… only 2 elevators for the full building… during weekend you can spend 10 minutes to go up or down

I arrived the hotel at 4pm, the room still not ready. I had to wait for an hour for them to clean up the room. For the room, the towels and bed sheets are very dirty. The water in the sink goes very very slowly. I had to call the people to fix it, but after 1 day, all the problems came back to me again.

high floor, big windows, nice view. Modernly furnished and clean. Best part is its in the bussiness hub, which is very modern and nice for pedestrian

not yet too many food stalls options in the bussiness hub complex Mall and other culinary area is nearby but not pedestrian-friendly

The location was perfect for my appointment at the US consulate. Very comfortable bed and pillows and good shower with good pressure and the water was always warm. Easy check in and check out. The view from the room was excellent. Breakfast was good enough. Plenty of options
