Comfort Suites Carlsbad

Comfortable beds and very nice staff

The bathroom needs a big upgrade, mainly the bath tub area. Kind of pricey when in need of few upgrades.

The nice and clean facilities!

Nothing

Very welcome staff nice extra touches in the lobby for guests.

The room was huge. The pool was perfect.

The bed could be bigger. The only ice maker that worked was on the 2nd floor.

Friendly, helpful staff. Better included breakfast than most hotels. Comfortable room. Good for a nights stay over.

Bed is comfortable and location is near our event.

I have nothing bad to comment.

Great parking, amazing and helpful staff, comfy beds, clean room, and great breakfast. What else could you ask for in a hotel?

The rooms were a little outdated

Wszytko na 5+

Wszystko mi się podobało

Gutes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Popcorn-Automat in der Lobby

The evening staff crew are fantastic especially a red haired young lady.

There was some sort of mixup on day crew and management on our first morning there and they "accidentally" checked us out of our room which in turn led to a whole hassle of issues that I'm still having to deal with. My bank card on file has been denying charges from this hotel to the tune of over $4,000 as of now, mind you they have now been paid in full 2 times! The manager is absolutely crap and yells at the employees and really needs to be fired!!! Mark, the manager refused to come into work to try and resolve the issues for 2 days and never did do his job and come in ( the only way to get ahold of him is through email and he doesn't even reply or respond back to those)and left it to staff to try to deal with that had no idea what was going on or access to things to try and fix the issues (only the manager could). I was told he can make changes to everything from home which makes me uncomfortable, is he on a secured network for one and having access to everyones cards on file from home is scary (who can get to all that information at his house) and very unprofessional. We traveled for a funeral and having to try to deal with all of this just made the trip all the more unpleasant.

Stains in carpet. Ice machine on our floor was broken.

The staff was so amazing and nice made us feel at home and the facility was so warm feeling and clean this place was the cherry on top to our relaxation vacation

The staff the welcome accommodations and our room

Breakfast ok. Could use a change of food items daily.

Front desk let people check in at 5 am on Sunday. For 30 minutes it sounds like wresting match upstairs. Thump. Thump, etc we were rudely woken up and couldn't go back to sleep . . making it worse it was the day we were traveling. Called front desk on noise and response was i just check them in! What the heck, I'll never go to a comfort suites again. Also. We were locked out of our suite at 11 am, check out time is 12 noon, we got the maid to open the door! Also you need blackout curtains. In our room curtains didnt close shut. Thus. Sunlight coming in too early. Point of traveling is to rest and relax. 0 score here.

The cleanliness of the property

The location isn’t the greatest but it worked

Loved everything, comfort, staff, amenities

Nothing

The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.

All was good

Propre, récent, spacieux et accueillant!

Rien à signaler

Super clean, great space in the rooms, lots of variety at breakfast.

Very nice rooms, very clean!

A couple more chairs at the pool would have been nice.

Is very clean and the rooms are very confortable. The staff are very friendly, they help me with an EarPod that I had lost.

The staff were very nice and the continental breakfast was great as well. Very simple food which was perfect for my picky kids. They loved the bacon and sausage and waffles.

The microwave and the TV were working at least.

The fridge was out from day 1, the bed had a pubic hair in between the sheets, the shower didn't have enough pressure, the pool had a lot of chlorine, the AC wasn't cooling enough, the sofa was sticky for some reason, there was rat poop behind the toilet, and on the sink there was a pretty fast bug that was resembling like a scorpion. It had the clamps but the tail was long and skinny, we ended up killing it. The cameras I don't think they work, because somebody hit my vehicle and there was no evidence of what happened. Even when a cop was present there, they refused to show the video (which that reinforced my belief that their cameras are not even running, they're dummies, or they just don't have a clear view at all. To make things short, at least they gave me some points, to make up for a $380 side mirror that now I have to pay out of pocket because they refuse to give the cop the evidence needed for my company. My advice, spend a little more and get something better, at a better location, and with faster accommodations. You win some, you lose some I guess.

Clean and friendly staff

N/a

Rooms were comfortable

Key card read does not work very well

Good breakfast, clean rooms, part of the staff were super friendly

For where it was and what we got it was not worth the price.

Breakfast

Breakfast is very good.

Nothing within walking distance

Nice clean facility, and quiet

It’s very clean

We went to the water park there in Carlsbad and it was myself and my 5 kidos ages ranging between 9 and 17 they had a full blown day at the water park and for some odd reason still had the energy to go to the pool area at the hotel the best thing though abour the stay was the breakfast 10 outta 10 saved so much money staying at this hotel

There was nothing thay we didnt like the room had more than enough space to sleep and it was very comfortable

Clean, big rooms

Nothing

Close to our worksite and the breakfast was good.

The pool and the hot tub and the cleanliness

Very clean, rooms are large, sitting area and decent closet.

Nothing

Large rooms, clean, comfortable beds, large closet and drawers to hang clothes. Good breakfast.

Nothing

Easy access off of highway

Facilities are worn. Loose shower rod and moldy caulking in tub. Ice machine out of order on our floor.

Very good value, we enjoyed our spacious bedroom, the breakfast, the gym and clean swimming pool.

The front desk lady checking us in was very helpful and kind, the needs were comfortable and the breakfast and coffee were very good

Nothing

The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the huge bathroom with double sinks and long counter.

The key card system was not working properly and it was nearly impossible to get into our room each and every time we tried. The system seriously needs an upgrade!

Beds are comfortable

The space of the room, amenities

Needed a bar. Hand soap needed In bathroom. Workers opened room door on us 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to check out time

Good price, new hotel, big room and bathroom.

Breakfast was horrible. Hotel is far away from center.

Wirklich alles top! Nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, schöner Pool, guter Sportraum, Popcornmaschine.

Convenient, affordable and clean

I didn’t have anything that I could say I didn’t like

Friendly staff, good location, sparkling clean bathrooms and rooms. Great outdoor pool and jacuzzi area, nice breakfast.

Excellent staff, comfy bed with soft sheets, quiet room, everything super clean. Loved the popcorn. We moved from another place that was moldy, no mold here.

The sheets smelled of bleach. Breakfast needed more GF choices and fruit besides apples. I couldn't fully close the blackout curtains so there was a lot of light from outside coming into the room.

We really enjoyed the "suite" room. The shower was very much appreciated.

TV was fixed mounted & we could not move it to get a better view in the sitting area of the room.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

The TV remote was semi-functional

Very clean and very nice staff

I loved that they had popcorn and lemon water for the guests

Nothing
