45 Park Lane - Dorchester Collection

Two sunny nights at 45 Park Lane and I've been ruined for normal hotels. Unbeatable Mayfair location, spotless everywhere, a spa and pool worth staying in for, and staff who somehow anticipate what you want before you do. The room was a touch shy of perfect , but only because everything else set the bar in the clouds. Superb value for this league. I'll be back before I've unpacked.

Amazing art deco design, fantastic location close to Knightsbridge, Oxford Street, Hyde Park and tube services

Lovely hotel. Perfect position on Park Lane. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great care taken to welcome our grandchildren. Rooms were roomy and very comfortable.

I booked a night here to celebrate my partners birthday and the team went above and beyond to make it so special for him. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches were so lovely and they even upgraded our room which was such an amazing surprise for us both. I am so grateful to the very kind FOH team and everyone here for making it such a truly memorable weekend. The hotel, room and spa were beautiful and I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much!

Nothing at all- everything was outstanding

I strongly advise against staying at 45 Park Lane. During my stay, I was the victim of a serious theft inside my room by someone with authorized access. My genuine Rolex watch was stolen from my handbag and replaced with a counterfeit. This was an unprecedented and shocking experience, and the hotel management failed to handle the situation properly. For the safety of your belongings and peace of mind, I do not recommend this hotel.

Everything.

Great location, staff were extraordinarily attentive. We had not 1 but 2 butlers assigned to our suite!

Nothing!

Malý hotel se skvělou restauraci The Cut a krásný bazénem.

Snídaně a la carte a nebyl velký výběr zdravých variant - saláty, ovoce ( jahody, borůvky apod).

Our view was looking over. London , breakfast really lovely and room amazing lovely bathroom and great comfort

Just. A small x Complaint pillows were not hard enough

The service is incredible, it’s all beautiful, food amazing, great location, lovely spa!

Nothing

Overall the stay we had at the hotel was incredible and the staff very helpful. Room was amazing. The only blip on a what would have been a perfect stay is.

I was surprised that the staff at the hotel were practising lifeguard exercises in the pool during opening hours for guest. This could have been done during the evening when closed to guests. Coupled with the hot tub being broken we found the the pool area could have been more relaxing and did not meet the standards of other similar priced hotels in London

Travelling for a business trip. The staff are fantastic. From a friendly check in to wonderful butlers (Hamza is a legend!!) I stayed in a studio room which was very comfortable and practical for a 5 night stay with a sofa area, large desk, bar, and large bathroom.

موقع الفندق مميز والنظافه مميزه الموظفون كانو لبقين مع النزلاء

صاله الفندق ليست بمستوى الدوشيستر

Super friendly and professional staff. Our second time here and the staff remembered us. Very welcoming !

The bar area was a little dark and wasn’t as expected versus the photos but the staff, the room and service was excellent!

The bar and restaurant areas

Breakfast choice, seemed short staffed, long wait time on room service

Everything, and I loved the vibe of the staff.

High quality service. We will come definitely again.

Staff are 10/10 Delicious food Great pool and spa

The room is dry and airflow needs to be improved.

Super friendly and professional staff. We were given a free upgrade to a suite. We had a very comfortable stay. The pool and gym were impressive!

The spa was lovely The rooms are terrible. We had two rooms and both were dusty, beds weren't comfortable. They need a renovation

The staff especially Nikoleta , Lisa and Priscilla they were great . They did everything to make us comfortable and happy. The hotel chefs also were kind and generous and made lovely pastries . We loved our stay so much that we would give it a 7 stars.

We think the housekeeping can be better and more professional.

breakfast was very good and location was very good

Amazing hotel, super fast service, very calm and peaceful, very delicious and high quality food, very friendly and nice staff. The security is very high. I can’t ask for more what I had.

We loved the hotel and the staff, specially Serena from desk manager , we wish that all staff was so welcoming and nice.

We don’t like staff at the spa , specifically gentlemen that was quite rude to us and our small baby girl

Everything it’s one of mine and my husbands fave hotel in London.

I love it all.

The very heart kind of places if you want to enjoy the London experience, as any other dorchester collection, they will never fail to make you feel you are one and only guest! Thanks to the all the staff from the door step to the room service!

The staff are on the ball here and the hotel is very clean and fresh looking. Great location and it has very nice bar. The bathrooms are amazing with fully electric commode. The little extras that they put in the room like the chocolates etc are really good and definitely worth having.

The first thing that hits as you walk in the font door is the smell of food coming from the restaurant. Unfortunately this is the reception area and kind of cheapens the ambiance. Its not what you expect from such an up market hotel. The bed was not the best as it sank in the middle.

Amazing spot, amazing staff, great location, extremelly clean AMAZING HOTEL

We fell in love with London - but it might have been 45 Park Lane that is what we truly fell in love with, and London was just a bonus. We cannot wait to return as soon as we can to this amazing hotel.
