I will recommend to make sound proof between the floors. At night guy just walk on the room on the 2 nd floor and the noise comes down to my room.

Fridge was stuck open just a little. Nothing spoiled and beer was still cold😁 Shower needs work for pressure nothing major just soft for me.

Had a noise complaint submitted against less than five minutes after we walked in after being out all day over for 12 hrs, I guess we were called but my son answered and I did not know what was said not 2 mins later a man was knocking on our room door to tell us a second complaint came in. when I told the man I was confused as we just got back he said it was my second warning and next time the cops would be called which frightened my 2 youngest children.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Cleanliness of outside, the location was great. They kept the outside very clean. The staff that was able to speak English were friendly. The heater worker really well.
No breakfast was included, and no coffee maker or teabags or anything. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I wasn't well rested. They doublecharged my mastercard and im still trying to get my money back

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Upon arrival check in was simple and the room was clean, had what we needed except for a kettle, and the bed was comfortable.
Staff communication was poor. We weren't warned in advance of noise in the night. Staff themselves did unnecessary snow shoveling at all hours, and rolled noisy carts beside ou window multiple times, guaranteeing we couldn't sleep through the night. When confronted and asked to be quiet there was no apology or change, just more noise. When in the morning we asked for towels because the shower leaked all over the floor, we got none. When confronted, both manager and staff claimed they'd added towels, but they didn't come check and find out they'd actually forgotten. There were no fresh towels.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026It is always a very quick and easy time to check in and check out. The rooms are a good size and kept clean amd comfortable. The only thing I noticed is that the comforter on the bed had cigarette burn holes. It's too bad that some people can't respect things like that more.
