My first choice hotel

The fact that the hotel took my booking knowing that they were to close the hotel during my stay. I was not even informed the hotel would close until I ask reception what was happening. Disgraceful way to treat a customer. I will never stay in a Harmoni Group hotel again.

Great location and very good value for money. Room is almost like a serviced studio with a mini fridge, microwave, cooling stove and basic utensils and cutlery. Also the hotel is walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall which is very convenient. Breakfast also very decent considering the price and options on offer. Not too noisy at night as well. Overall definitely recommend to stay.

Extra towels are provided but chargeable, would be nice if this was like other hotels just provided on request. Also soaps were not changed/provided new the next day after housekeeping.

Disliked · Extra towels are provided but chargeable, would be nice if this was like other hotels just provided on request. Another point was my booking allowed for an early check-in but they sadly did not have a room ready, so had to wait about 40 mins till I got my room.

Hotel was closed when arrived... didn't get any notification of closure...booking was still charged...still no response from hotel nor booking.com side... truly disappointed. Have to book another hotel nearby last minute.

- There’s no attraction there. - No smoking allowed in the room, have to go down to smoke at first level. - Surrounding abit creepy. - Food not really delicious. - Aircon was down for a night, they provide fans (but limited). - Water Pressure for Bidet is Too Low.

Our stay was disappointing due to the dated rooms, which lacked modern touches. The smell of cigarettes was overpowering, and the pillows and mattress were old and uncomfortable. Additionally, the stained carpet detracted from the overall ambiance. Hopefully, the hotel will consider renovations and updates to improve the guest experience

The hotel and room is quite dark , it could have been more lighted up. The air-con control temperature does not seem to be working. The bed had a little depression.

I book your property with BF and charge by Booking.com. When check In , I was informed by your front office that my booking was room only with no BF. I ask for assistance from your staff on the matter,non of your staff assist me on the matter. Really disappointed pay for BF but was denied.

Old vibes. Lighting in the room rather dim. Towels are worn out. Iron only available upon firm request, otherwise i have to use shared iron at another floor.

The room was alright, with a kitchen facility. giving the guest an option to cook if he/she wanted. There were many convenience stores and shops just within walking distance from the hotel. good location.

Room cleanliness not very good. Air-conditioning not cold enough. Pillow and bed sheet not comfortable. Bath towels torn and worn out.

Facilities and room features were very good.

There was a room cleaner on the 6th floor, she was rude to me. I just asked for a coffee packet and creamer. She said she would only give that when she cleans my room. Then she told me why I kept my plates outside and that I should keep it inside. The tone used was rude. Really bad experience with her.

Nice hotel to be at if on a solo trip. Hotel lightings are bright and place is safe.

- Check-in and out was fast and smooth, took a few minutes each time. - Generally close to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre through the back gate (approx 5mins walk) - Price was decent

- We chose a non-smoking unit, but the room still smelled like smoke anyway. - Probably due to the smell of smoke, the towels also had a bad smell even though they were fresh. - Saw a small cockroach on our 2nd night of stay

There are a variety of food choices for the breakfast, it was nice though not fantastic. The room is spacious and clean with toiletries provided. The staff are friendly and polite. There are convenience stores and eateries behind the hotel within walking distance. There is welcome drinks provided at the lobby and water dispenser at every level.

Location not very near to city area, have a take a taxi to nearby Grand Batam Mall which takes less than 10min ride. By walking is about 20min.

2 toilets, air con very strong, 2 tv, 1 living room spacious enough for family of 8 get together. Water dispenser outside rood, have kitchen complete with cutleries, rice cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge, daily cleaning, daily bath towel, gym, table tennis, have pub within the hotel.

Even tough it is an old hotel, it doesnt smell old. Value for money. We like the street restaurants nearby.
