Pude descansar, la recepcionista muy amable y atenta

No servía la tele no me hubo solución en mi estancia Las amenidades k me ofrecieron nunca se proporciono y se requiere hacer mejor limpieza de la habitación la puerta del balcón estaba muy dura qué no se podía abrir

Buena atención por parte de la recepcionista, el alojamiento bien

Más mantenimiento a sus servicios, la televisión con más canales, el aire acondicionado con regulación de temperatura y la señal del wifi más fuerte

Not coming back, I had to pay extra for another hotel cause the room had a big mould smell. Bed sheets were dirty, I kindly asked the staff to change them but, they put new ones that were dirty as well.

Rooms inside are nice, staff is friendly and it's quite close to Zona hotelera, very quiet.

Rooms are renovated and nice, but the hotel itself is old and requires refurbishment. There is a weird vibe in this place and multiple bad stories which we've realised after getting there. Before booking I recommend checking opinions on the internet.

I like to stay at this hotel, they used to have restaurant in the reception area but now only breakfast. There is shop near the hotel they have food service as well but the food is kind of expensive. The rest it is secure and peaceful polite workers.

False advertisement on Expedia showing a nice and clean hotel...boy were we in for a surprise! After one night we had to leave and call it a loss (already paid for 3 nights) I would not recommend. They said they would give us a refund and it would take 72 house - that timeframe has come and gone. Not expecting it.

Nothing was unique,its on a kinda gated community.Only its a summary check not because im speaking hypotheticallly, On Saturday evening 9-30pm, there was a shooting about 400 feet from my room.Thre facts are what they are its off the beaten path, the closest Beach is 4-5km, all ana all the staff was friendly, and you also have to download WhatsApp for Wi-Fi.All and all it was quiet, and the staff were friendly

If you dont like to walk or don't have transportation, it will be hard to move around. Luckily we had Uber available. Much better than local taxi's. Property needs lots of upgrades. Staff not so friendly, at least not with us, kitchen for breakfast is limited as well. If you're in a rush, yoi cant eat there.

The employees were very smiling and pleasant.

The cleanliness was not very impressive, the doors were problematic, and the internet was terrible.

They were very servicial and always willing to help you out if you have any situation.

The hotel room was good but the hotel is very old and out of the way of everything also the bed was not very comfortable and neither were the pillows or blankets

The location was nice and quiet while staying close to beaches and activities. The staff was nice and friendly.

There were no towels in the room upon arrival and we could not get dry ones on the same day. The mattress was curved towards the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep with my partner. The bathroom was small and the shower head was rusty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The A/C was not working properly, being very cold or not working at all, the temperature setting seemed to be ignored.

the hotel was fine- it is what it is. it’s a budget hotel, bed was comfy, bedding was clean. got us in last minute after a flight delay, staff was nice.

no bottled water was provided which is a must in mexico. location is very loud.

I seen it for 5 minutes and I left and booked somewhere else. Worst place I’ve ever seen.

Terrible experience

the property looked very old nothing updated rooms did not look like pic only two towels for bath given nothing else as for new ones when they cleaned they left same towel we had just asked for and used instead of replacing pool super small paid for a night i didnt stay due to flight cancellation

Cheap budget option

The hotel is already in a dilapidated state. Far from the beach.

It's in the "hotel zone" though about 2 km from a beach I found that I could visit by walking through a big hotel (Dreams Sands Resort). The restaurant had a good menu and decent prices. The staff were helpful.

To get between Reception and my room I had to go outdoors which wasn't good when it was pouring rain!

It was in a quiet and nice neighbourhood. It was safe and in the hotel zone

The hotel lacked a thicker comforter, making it difficult to use the air conditioner without something to keep warm. I don’t like sleeping without a blanket in air-conditioned rooms. Additionally, the pillows were too thin, and there were insufficient bathroom supplies. There was no hair dryer provided. To make matters worse, a massive rainstorm caused a leak in the ceiling, damaging some of my belongings.

The pool wasn’t open for most of the stay. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English so they cannot communicate for tourist at all.

The hotel is in really poor conditions, photos don't show the reality, but for the price is ok

The staff was really nice. Renee at the front desk was very helpful and quick to response.

The toilet wouldn't work until you move the sensor each time you use it. There is no blanket, the bedsheet is super thin. No mirror anywhere and no shower curtains.

Overall a nice place to stay with a 5 min walk to the bus stop giving acces to anywhere on the strip for 12 pesos The outdoor taco shop right beside is very cheap and very good quality The room had a big tv with ok internet

Their is no safe and their is no fridge so keep that in mind

The Room did not look like the pictures at all the was plain no blanket to cover we need to ask for towels no toilet paper funny smell bed was so hard you can’t rest at all you can hear other people out side talking all night to much noise

The check-in took over one hour. They are very slow but nice people. The hotel is not like the pictures. Its in ruins. They are very understaffed

The king bed room is with bad strong-humidity smells. The room is much different with the advertisement pictures.

The smell of sewage was in the air, and the sink tap was so short very hard to get water, the shower head was on the top pouring down but they had no hairdryer in the room. No electricity for a while on the last night. The aircon was good, quiet, and clean room. Staff was nice enough... I did not use their internet so not sure whether it was good or bad.

This was my third time staying at Green 16. I love the location and it is a very good value. I go to Mexico from time to time to photograph birds. This is nearby many very nice birding areas. It's close enough to the grocery store and other decent places to eat. This hotel is not extravagant in any way. However, I like it and will continue to return in the future.

The WiFi, while better than in previous stays at Green 16, is very inconsistent. There are maybe 5 TV channels and some routinely glitchy. The water temperature in the shower was also better than in past stays at Green 16. I stayed there for 6 weeks on my most recent trip. For one of those weeks I did not have hot water and for at least 2 of those weeks I had fairly significant struggles with the WiFi. All in all I had a great time and I like Green 16 for what it is.

I don’t like nothing about the property it was not worth it for the money

Bathroom was smelling. No electricity on the last day. No fresh towels. Only available upon request. TV doesn't work.

Peaceful with friendly neighbor tiny restaurant/bar Clean sparse room with good towels and sheets 5 min walk to R-1 Bus Route between City and Hotel Zone on busy Kukulcan Blvd- Cross that for another 5 min walk to nearest beach Playa Linda via the Ferry Terminal-- walk past hotel beaches for more seclusion.

Ave Pok Ta Pok #4 will take you to the WRONG address- a Private Residence Keep Walking! "Green 16" is a clearly lmarked building. YOu need to go further up the road is all I will say, Google and Apple Maps were NOT happy with the copied address but the Booking.com Link WAS correct-- just much harder to use- had to switch between. I am sure they will fix this by more simply putting in the Latitude and Longitude which the above maps understands My Spanish was NOT good enough to figure this out over the phone call to them : ( But that;'s MY problem : ) This is Just FYI & nothing against the Property. Be Warned!

They didn’t have blankets. The tv was not functioning properly also credit machine wasn’t working. The water was not working for a day so wasn’t able to bathe.

Location was good. At first I thought I was too far away from everything but it is only a 30 minute walk into main Cancun strip and 3minutes in an Uber. It was peaceful and everyone around seemed to be locals with the exception of guests at the hotel who were very friendly. Room was a nice big size. Mini Supermarket close and a bar for food and drinks. Great price!

The grounds of the property are out of date and not of the pictures advertised, the pool looks dirty however I had seen it been cleaned. The grass needed cutting and the white buildings have black dirt all over them. The shower head needs changing or the limescale cleaned off and there was a smell that usually came in the morning, I think this was more about the area. Only a handful of sun loungers were available.

Workers were great! But the hotel wasn’t, spend the extra money and go elsewhere

This property is a disrepair. There seems to be mold on the buildings. My door of my room would not lock so I couldn’t leave the hotel because my belongings were not secure. They were able to repair the door but it was too late for me to go anywhere. My room had unfinished drywall and I didn’t have any towels in my room. When they delivered a towel it had holes in it. The worst hotel I have ever experienced. The staff was professional and kind, it’s not their fault.

Room had plumbing issues: Sewer gas odor; no hot running water morning of check-out. Uncaring & unconcerned Front Desk men.

The whole place was great.

Only thing I wish was they had wifi in the rooms.

First room smelled of fungi, so we got another room. The second room was not cleaned and we had to ask twice for change of sheets and blankets in the bed. Wifi was not available. We changed hotel and asked at the hotel and at Bookingservice to refund us amount paided for five nights we did not stay there. We have not got the ammount refunded yet.

The smell of mold will make you sick this place should be close for health reason the mold in the washroom it’s unbelievable the wall are falling apart from the humidity it’s one one of the worst places I ever stayed

Ypu obviously have NOT had any travel representative inspect the property or investigate the condition of said property! Apparently, there are squatters occupying the property. I would like a refund! I can be more specific and will be on the internet!

The whole staff was unfriendly. It seems they are used to deal with unhappy customers. They did not accept credit or debit card, cash only. The parking lot is a real dumpster, and worst of all, very noisy until late night.
