La Villa du Golf à Cancun Hotel Boutique

Staff gentile e accogliente, colazione buonissima, letti comodi e condizionatore

Everything looks great. The hotel is in a nice quiet part and has a great atmosphere.

Bella struttura in ottima posizione

Rien. Tout était parfait.

Alloggio pulito, in buona posizione vicino alla zona hotelera.

Helpful, pleasant and friendly staff. Good sized rooms. Secure parking,

Dated decor

Ontbijt was erg lekker!

Katten

The private parking garage was nice. The pool area looked like the pictures. Location was good for hotel zone.

This hotel was definitely an experience… just unfortunately not the kind we were hoping for. First impressions were rough. The hotel did not really match the pictures, and the moment we walked in we were greeted by a smell that was impossible to ignore. The AC had been left off, so the room felt like it had been preparing for a career as a sauna. It took close to two hours before it finally cooled down. Once we settled in, we discovered we had roommates: about seven mosquitoes. I successfully handled five of them. The other two remain fugitives. The real highlight came at 3:30 a.m. when the fire alarm battery died and decided our sleep schedule was over. After the alarm went off, it continued chirping every couple of minutes for about 30 minutes until I finally went to the front desk. The employee did not speak English, which normally isn’t a big deal, but it made solving the problem much harder. I even had to show him the exact battery it needed. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have one available. I asked if he could remove the alarm temporarily, but he said he couldn’t, so I ended up taking it down myself. Then I could still hear it chirping from the lobby, so I had to move it outside too. By the time the smoke detector saga ended, nature’s alarm clock took over: birds chirping, cats meowing, and pretty much every other sound nearby making its way into the room. The walls do not block much noise at all. Overall, this was genuinely one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Between the smell, mosquitoes, alarm issue, and almost no sound insulation, we only got around two hours of sleep. Because of that, we didn’t even get a chance to try the breakfast. On the bright side, if you’re looking for an unforgettable stay… it definitely qualifies.

Comforatble and clean small hotel in a quiet residencial neighbourhood. Excellent staff.

Nothing hotel specific. The location is physically close to the beach, but access issues means a long walk to get there (25mins). Limited restaurants in walking distance.

Perfect, looks like on the pictures! Breakfast prepared fresh on order basis

Hotel maravilhoso

The uniqueness of the home, perfectly decorated with attention paid to such specifics . The pool and courtyard had plenty of seating , the water temperature was perfect.

N/A

Cama maravilhosa!

Mainly the two cats :) But also the breakfast was good and the staff is very polite

TV was not working

Camera spaziosa, pulizia, ottima colazione inclusa

Nulla

The staff (especially the lady) was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The first day I found hairs on the shower wall, and the crib was provided without a mattress for the baby (just some duvet). The price of the breakfast was fair but I would have expected some discount due to the two mentioned issues. Furthermore, the main lights of the room have the switch outside the room meaning that you have to get out the door.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past few years and have always appreciated the comfort and the location. It’s in an area I really enjoy, which is a big reason I’ve continued to return.

This most recent stay was noticeably below my previous experiences. The room had several maintenance issues, including a non-functioning light, a soap dispenser that wasn’t working, and a shower with inconsistent pressure and spray. The internet was also very slow and at times unusable. Access to the property was inconsistent, and I was locked out at the entrance gate on two separate occasions during the day while guests were actively coming and going, which was frustrating. I also had an uncomfortable interaction with the night guard, who followed me off the property while I was moving luggage and did not approach me until I reached the gate of a nearby building, where he then asked to see my room key while I was still an active guest. This felt unusual and inappropriate. Additionally, there was an unusual cleanliness issue in a common area during my stay that, while later explained, still affected the overall impression.

Super Ambiente

Large and comfortable bed. Nice staff and owner, they even let us use the pool after check out.

We could only pick from a list of 4 or 5 dishes for breakfast, but the portions were quite generous.

La stanza è grande, molto spaziosa e i letti grandi e comodi. Tutto molto pulito.

Uprzejmy personel, pyszne śniadanka, cisza i spokój przy porannej kawce nad basenem.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, lovely setting. Relaxed and classic style accommodation. Safe parking.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet and beautiful. The pool and the parking were cool.

It could have been a little closer to a beach. Note that Playa Caracol is nearer and accessible and that Playa Ancha is nearer still but not accessible.

Lovely little hotel. We only stayed one night but was worthy and totally recommend it

Thought it had a beach very close by. My bad

Really average, nothing special or beautiful pictures

Rooms completely not sound-proof and facing the main corridor, so you always hearing everything from people, especially in the night 🙄

A real oasis of calm away from the busy main road. Staff couldn't have been more lovely

Seeing it available for half the price we paid nearer the time. But hey, that's the risk you take when booking early

Petit-déjeuner incroyable ! Chambre propre et bien équipée et jolie piscine et terrasse.

Rien.

Breakfast was delicious

Tudo ok!

Bardzo wygodne kanapy nad basenem i miła obsługa. Pokoje wygodne a lokalizacja bezpieczna i cicha.

Mega freundliches Personal! Liebevoll gemachtes Frühstück! Zimmer sehr fein!

Tutto bellissimo, camera meravigliosa

Alles was positief 👍

Alles was positief

Beautiful furnishings

Would have been nice if the room had been pre-cooled we had to turn on the AC when we arrived and it was pretty hot

Super nice service and good breakfast. It was very clean. Location was perfect.
